The place is very clean and fresh. The food is very good and the prices and also good. It gets very busy for breakfast (especially on Saturday and Sunday) and lunch. Their bread is excellent, the empanadas, doughnuts, corn bread, rotisserie chicken are outstanding. I personally can’t comment on any of the pastries (aside from the doughnuts) because I only eat pastries from an Italian bakery. All the cashiers are very nice and polite and all are bilingual. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

Its decent food . Basically what your paying for. Order only if you have alot of time. Thats the major down fall. They take so long to make sandwiches. Even if you call ahead of time its never done by the time you get there. Coffee is good. Pastries are fresh. Employees are nice and average.

Terrible sandwiches! Ordered eggs, cheese, ham, onions, tomatoes.. i literally got one scrambled egg in my sandwich ... my friend ordered steak with white american, got pastrami & swiss. The coffee was cold, watery , and it was more like milk with coffee. Fancocho tasted like the plastic container it was probably in all week. I Was excited about the location because it was recommended, but very very disappointed. Didnt go back because i was on the road and starving, and definitely wont be back. First impressions are big.

Great Pastries but no type of great atmosphere. Where’s the greeting when u walk in? Well of course starting with the owner who constantly have a face like she having a bad day, Not great for business. Young ladies at the counter are not friendly whatsoever. Customer service is out the door. Every time me and my family come to this place we always have to wait more then 5-10 min while they all gossip about non work related. Been coming here for many years and to be honest the staff they had on their small location up the street where phenomenal made me feel like I was in one of the bakery in my island. Never complain until now have more courteous on daily customers. Starting with the owner treat customers with respect set an example to your employees. Thank you

The workers all have an “I don’t care attitude” and as customers they don’t like, walk out they talk nasty about them! They have about 5 workers behind the register and still manage to keep people waiting in line for a good 6 minutes with no one ahead of me in line! (I literally timed them because this isn’t my first time here, their sandwiches are good) they all just walk back and forth make eye contact with waiting customers and ignore them until they see customers start getting impatient. Then attend the customer with NASTY ATTITUDES! This place needs extra training in customer service! Although the products the sell are good the service here will definitely make you never want to call me back! Even if you call and place your order ahead of time to avoid wait the attitude they give makes a person mad enough to snap back and be rude! And their mission statement is “the provide great customer service” LIES! Horrible service, I’ll drive to Hartford and get my sandwiches from now on so worth the trip not to deal with nasty attitudes! Ps: half of these 5star reviews looks like the reviewers workers there! Hummmm the deception!
