The best ice cream cone I've ever had. I ordered the White Chocolate Lavender, and it came in the most delicious waffle cone. It's probably a good thing our family was just passing through, because I'd be tempted to eat here way too frequently!

I had never heard of this place or ever stepped foot in it and from the one time I've been there I can tell if I'm ever downtown again or wanna get something sweet for a date or just for myself or someone in my family I will definitely come here this was very impressive love the taste of all the food and There's a wide range of options the service is pretty quick trying to find something did not like about this place is a chore

Can't believe I've never tried this place before. It's amazing and I can see why my friends love it. Brought home Pueblo green chile caramel, a cranberry scone, chocolate chip pecan cookies and something like a honeymoon bar.i wish they had a place near us. I'll definitely be back when I'm in town next.

I tried the carrot cake here for the first time because I read a review on here which seemed to indicate that it tastes like carrots. I was intrigued by this, so I bought one and, I have to say, it is by far, the best carrot cake I have ever had. I can certainly see how, if you desire it to taste like something from Albertson's, you'd be disappointed, and if that's the case, you are in luck! I know where you can go to get that! But if you are interested in allowing your palate to evolve and actually taste some of the ingredients, this is definitely the place for you. All of this stuff is formulated by a professional pastry chef, and I've had nothing here (and by now I have tried almost everything) that has not impressed me. We are lucky to have this place in Pueblo.

Great variety of baked goods, including gluten free, and sandwiches/lunch items. They will deliver to businesses- parking is the only drawback, but a quick walk from around the corner.

I would absolutely recommend this bakery if you enjoy being talked down to and looked at like you're an idiot for being 20 minutes early to pick up items that were a gift to you that you didn't know had a certain time they'd be ready. The staff, especially the male there was very condescending and rude. Also I wouldn't believe any review wrote by "Google User" often it is the employees and/or owner or friends of the owners. I'd give 0 stars if that were possible. Never in my life have I been treated like that while picking up a birthday present.

We found this little gem by pure coincidence. I needed a desert of some sort for my grandmother who I was visiting. I was traveling through Pueblo so my wife googled and ended up calling and speaking with the very nice lady running the bakery. She had carrot cake ready which was my grandmother's favorite so I got her carrot cake and also picked up half dozen delicious-looking cupcakes. Well I have not tried to cupcakes but I can say the carrot cake is the best I have ever had. My grandmother who was celebrating her 90th birthday agreed that they were the best she had ever had. I would have to assume that my grandmother has tried a few carrot cakes in her day, and to hear her say that this was the best one she had ever had should be taken as a great compliment to your baking ability. Very nice and professional service as well. I was just very impressed overall and will definitely go out of my way to return.

Haven't been able to try too much because hours are pretty off. But everything we have tried was pretty good. Their items aren't completely loaded with sugar like alot of other bakeries. And their Lemon cookies are to die for!

I have been going to Hopscotch Bakery for a while now. I normally always get a Pikes Peak brownie and a couple cookies. Today I went at lunch time and tried a sandwich. So, so good! This place has become a favorite for my husband and I and we regularly buy treats for our out of town guests. They offer a variety of handmade cookies, pastries, and lunch options (including sandwiches and salads). The staff is friendly and helpful. If you only stop at one place in Pueblo, this should be it!

Definitely recommend using Hopscotch Bakery for your catering needs in Pueblo! We were catering a large event (~75 people) and they were always kind and helpful when we repeatedly added more people to our order. They were really communicative and fast to respond to our calls. They have a wide range of options which can accommodate food restrictions, and their cookies are delicious!!

A wonderful store if you're completely healthy. I couldn't find anything that would be friendly to my diabetes or my chronic kidney disease, which require whole grains and no sugar. But if you're healthy this is a great place to stock up.

Me and my wife have visited this bakery several times. The best item they have is the carrot cake cup cake. The cookies are over priced and not that good. The chocolate cupcake is also over priced and not that good. We won't be going back very soon. They should offer free samples.

I purchased their mini cakes for my anniversary/wedding party and was blown away by the service and pure decadence of those killer little cakes. Don’t judge the mini cakes by their size, because my wife and I shared a cheesecake and it was more than enough for both of us. Everyone had a blast and raved about those awesome little mini cakes.

Went in for the first time for my son's birthday. Because of his food allergies we always do individual cupcakes. As far as a bakery goes, I was disappointed in the very limited selection. We walked out with an individual Raspberry Cheesecake for my son, a Pikes Peak Brownie for my husband, and a Midnight Chocolate Cupcake for myself. The brownie was the best and worth the $3, the cheesecake was good but not $5 good, and my cupcake was bleh. Even my husband, who is a massive chocolate lover, didn't like the cupcake.

Amazing locally owned bakery. Hopscotch has addicting cookies, ice cream and other pastries. They even have salads for those on the go. Not only does Hopscotch has wonderful baked goods, the owner (Mary) is a genuine wonderful person. Her staff are friendly and wonderful, as well.
