We used Lisa for our wedding cake, it turned out great! I loved the cake! I have no complaints. Lisa was great from the get go, super nice, easy to work with, responsive, on top of it... I couldn't have asked for anything easier/better. You won't be disappointed if you pick her.

Lisa not only made us the most amazing wedding cake, a multi-tiered cake resembling the Denver skyline with beautiful rainbow layers inside, but one year later she went above and beyond. She made us a complimentary individual chocolate cake with raspberry ganache and buttercream icing for our one year anniversary. To top off our anniversary celebration, Lisa hand delivered our cake to the bar where we were watching our football game today. Her cakes are amazing and she is the sweetest person to work with. I am so excited that we have a cake studio now in Firestone! We went to the soft opening weekend of A Cake Come True, and it was amazing! We all got something different and we enjoyed it all. Everything was beautifully done and if you look on her website, facebook page or Instagram, you'll see the amazing work she does. What was even better was how friendly everyone was, it is so great to see someone who is so nice be successful. This place is a great addition to our little town!

My husband and I were turning "100," and hosting a party for 85 people. I called Lisa, owner of A Cake Come True, and asked for a "centerpiece, multi-tiered, Mexican fiesta-themed" cake. Her creation BLEW US AWAY!! It was truly a piece of art. Lisa was creative, professional, friendly, and so easy to work with. And, of course, the cake was fabulous (even the "gluten-free" tier)! We look forward to many other occasions with Lisa!

Lisa was absolutely amazing! Our original cake supplier had to back out two months before the wedding due to medical issues. Lisa stepped in and made the most incredible cakes for us! Our wedding cake was 3 tiered with the following flavors: Spice cake with a caramel apple filling, lemon cake with a blackberry compote buttercream filling, and chocolate baileys cake with baileys filling and a rich chocolate ganache. We also had a grooms cake done in the baileys cake. The entire wedding cake was decorated in buttercream with mountains and trees. She even added branches and pinecones that she carefully sculpted. The grooms cake was a fabulous batman cake. The guests raved about the cake and there was barely anything left over. I would recommend Lisa to absolutely everyone!!!!! She was exceptionally kind and easy to work with and despite the major time crunch we put her in she produced two exquisite cakes for us. We couldn’t have been any happier!

We were very, very impressed with Lisa when we first met with her to do the cake tasting. It was obvious to us that she truly cares about her products as well as the experience that comes along with it. On top of that, her cake samples were delicious. It was a little difficult choosing between the flavors because they were all so good. She worked to fit our budget, and was very responsive with any messages we sent her way. One of the most asked questions our guests had was, "Who did your cake?!?!" I saw genuine joy on their faces when asking about our geode cake. We decided to opt out of decorating with flowers at the wedding so we could splurge on a cake, and our decision did not disappoint. Thank you, Lisa, for making our special day that much more beautiful.

When I tell you she was everything I thought that’s an understatement this cake was amazing I can’t wait to have an excuse to use her again from how soft it is to have everyone in my reception mention the cake I actually think the cake was the star of the evening thank you so much for making my moment so special with this amazing cake can’t wait to have another excuse to eat another one of your cakes again worth every penny.

People can't stop talking about our wedding cake, guests were taking pictures of it all night long! It was absolutely stunning and the best cake we've ever tasted... and we tasted a lot of cake! Lisa was so accommodating, she even contacted the designer of my dress to get a sample of the bead work and replicated it perfectly with icing. And her sugar flowers are so impressive, they look just like the real thing! We would use a Cake Come True Again in a heart beat.

Absolutely amazing! I'm the kind of girl who looked up pictures of wedding cakes as a kid rather than dresses, so I had very high expectations for my wedding cake and A Cake Come True did not disappoint! Not only was Lisa a pleasure to work with but she made what several of my guests called "the best wedding cake" they had ever seen! I agree of course :) Everyone was raving about the flavor and the design (she made a custom watercolor cake with skylines of the 4 cities my husband and I have lived.) Lisa was excited about designing it and always available to chat through any of my questions. I wish I had another big event coming up, just so I could order another one of her delicious creations!

Working with Lisa was one of my favorite parts of wedding planning! I was needing to find a new vendor for my wedding cake one month out, and fortunately A Cake Come True was available to work with me. Her presentation from the very beginning was impressive and she was very responsive. Not to mention the cakes and icing were out of this world (yummmmm tasting). She helped me come up with a concept for my wedding cake that was modern, romantic and delicious all in one. Those flowers are all made out of sugar! It was absolutely dreamy. I also wanted to surprise my groom with a guitar pick cake and she delivered something out of this world - in chocolate and dulce de leche icing. I received so many compliments from my guests on not only how gorgeous our cakes were, but delicious! I would recommend Lisa to any bride out there for her big day.
