The WORST customer service ever..! Order 2 shrimp scampi pasta and a a chicken noodle soup and the Soup flavor was not good so I try to get my redound for the soup but the manager was very rude and refused to give me a refund for the soup .. I let them keep my money and I put the soup in the trash can waste of money don’t ever buy a soup from there..

THE GOOD: Older lady serving food is awesome! She literally hugs everyone and wishes them a good day. I hope they're paying her well because it's her that really makes this a worthy visit! As for the food, the pancakes were the best item. THE BAD: The grits were absolutely DISGUSTING! They're only served with cheese and it's a fake cheese that tastes like chalk and very ARTIFICIAL. The consistency was bad too. Overcooked and watery. HOW could anywhere in the south, especially ATLANTA, mess up grits??! Also, the dishes were not the cleanest either and although the older lady is lovely with the hugging and all, she brings food and also clears the tables and empties the trash bin. Didn't look as if she ever washed her hands between all of that. Very unsanitary.

Compared to so many other places around this is my favorite to drop in and grab a healthy lunch. The staff seems to take pride in the dishes they present. I say this because I went to the other store by main place, and the staff was just as pleasant, but the salads were much prettier and packaged nicer. If you are having a salad for lunch it makes a difference if it looks amazing!

Their breakfast menu is delicious. I love the Anaheim scrambler. I don't eat pork but they let you substitute with chicken sausage no additional charges. And their chocolate muffins and crumb cake, are heavenly as well. Not to mention their lunch options are the best and they offer coupons. Definitely not a wallet buster.

I like this place, and I would say it’s similar to Panera in many ways, except they don’t skimp on their Mac n cheese portions :) Good food, good prices, nice staff, but possibly poor management? Bakery items, and sides slip through the cracks often in my experience, and one day I ordered a chai latte, no issue, and the next day when I asked for one, the employee spent 3-5 minutes going around trying to figure out if they even made them. Don’t know what’s going on, but still one of the better quick, good, cheap food places in the mall.

I LOVE corner bakery. I'm a transplant from SC and we don't have these where I'm from. This place has huge portions with fresh tasting, delicious ingredients. I am a part of their eClub so I frequently get discounts, offers, promotions, and more sent to my inbox. My suggestion: If you frequent Corner Bakery for meals, or even just enjoy an occasional sweet from their bakery, sign up for the eClub. I've gotten several handfuls of free sweets such as cinnamon rolls, lemon bars, cookies, brownies, bundt cakes and more. They give you goodies for your birthday, anniversary of joining the club, and just because. They'll send promotions so you're always up to date on what's going on and what the best deal is. My favorite is the "any two Tuesday" where you get two full sized entrees for $10.99 . Two portions for $10? You can't beat that in this city. This particular location is right across the street from my work. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly. They have deals on bagels at the end of the day. If you are like me and buy bagels in bunch to freeze, this is a great way to save some dough. TLDR: Great food, good prices, variety of options, can't go wrong

Meatball panini was delicious. The iced teas are fresh and they kept the place nice and clean. Not officially fast but you get quality and that is worth the slightly longer wait. I wouldn't call it fast food but it was yummy.

Great parking... great variety on the menu AND only one thing I could eat (fruit salad) due to Celiac Disease and food allergies... Gluten Free options (like GF oats), ingredients list available, and another dairy alternative for coffee other than soy, as well as some vegan options would make this place a viable option for the almost 20% of the population that had one or more food challenges. Was really really bummed I couldn't even get a coffee.

Got our order wrong, had to go and reorder, then sat down and waited about 20 mins for a couple bagels and they still got the order wrong, they also got the order wrong for the people say next to us and they had to return it. Food was alright but it’s hard to get bagels wrong and they still managed to.

The place was a mess. All of the outdoor tables had dirty dishes. We had to clean a table to eat at it. Thankful my wife had sanitizer wipes wth her. Staff brought out our food and then went back in emptied handed and left dirty dishes on the tables around us. The food itself was adequate but the cafe it’s of was dirty.

Prices seem like they're always going higher. Panini for mid $9 seems too much. I literally stopped buying the Chicken Pomadori sandwich after it crossed 9 dollars. Consider making your pasta and paninis at home, unless it's far more convenient to grab a bite out. Didn't this business become a franchise, maybe that's why prices have gone higher? Bad choice, you're losing customers.

Literally cannot say enough about Mrs. Yvonne! We were visiting Atlanta from Texas, and decided to go to Corner Baker for a quick breakfast (I love their overnight oats!) Yvonne was so welcoming and offered such amazing customer service, we came back for breakfast the next day just to see her again. She is an AMAZING addition to have in your store and makes each customer feel seen, appreciated, and welcomed. I visited the store at Lennox . I ordered the turkey stacked sandwich it was not stacked, it was two pieces of bread toasted no mayo no mustard, pieces of turkey, ham and more bacon than turkey and very dry. I couldn't take it back I was on my lunch break. Please don't advertise stack sandwich and it didn't look like the picture. Very disappointed customer.

Superb customer service. Ordered a panini to split, 2 cold brews, and a small chocolate bundt cake. Upon the food being brought out prepared fresh within 5 minutes, Oscar, who both took and served our order, stated he would bring us another bundt cake on the house suggesting the one he served us was too small. I could then witness him finish preparing a fresh batch of chocolate bundt cakes from which he retrieved one for us to-go. Thanks Oscar for going above & beyond expectations on our first visit! Ordering is quick but the time for you to get your order is slow. They take long to get you your replacement if they mess up. The chicken pesto pasta was great but my friend ordered the primavera and had to get it replaced for the pesto because it was so bland. Their pistachio cranberry muffins are delicious!

Ordered Shrimp Cesar salad no croutons dressing on side. 20 minutes later went to counter to find out where my lunch was. Not made. Lost in the late afternoon rush. No problems. I’ll wait. Waitress brought out salad with croutons and dressing. Ummm no. Took it back. Asked for salad no croutons dressing on side. These salads traditionally come with Romain. Mine was on kale spinach and other mysterious greens. Shrimp was great. Salad greens not so much. No roll. And an offer of a pastry. Gad. Not sure what is going on. Good thing I’m not in a rush. Usually so happy with this place.

If you do y speak Spanish you’ll most likely have your order screwed up. Staff talk to each too much during taking of order they only hear half of what you say. Beware. Plus there are several bad reviews for this restaurant in Yelp and it appears management is not engaged. So I would avoid this one.

We usually go to The Corner Bakery for lunch. But at different locations. This time we went here to try breakfast for the first time ever. Chose this location because all other locations on maps said they were closed. But the food was great. Other than thinking that the oatmeal was going to be hot, everything was fabulous. For like the first time ever, my kids actually cleared their plates. The pancakes they had looked so fluffy and delicious. The oatmeal i had was fantabulous. So much fruit in it and very flavorful. Plus the staff was amazingly nice. The only thing i did not like about it was completely out of their control. The parking. They have less than 10 spaces in front. And those spaces each say for take out only. But we did ask if it was alright to park there while dining in and they said it was alright. But it was pretty frustrating. Other than that, everything was amazing. I'd definitely go again in the future!

Although I have had great experiences at most Corner Bakeries, this one just isn't as great. Normally, this location provides an OK experience, but this time, the hibiscus tea tasted weird; I don't know if this is the cause of my review or not, but thanks to something I ate there today, I now get to sit through a four-hour class with bubble-guts. Hopefully it's a better experience next time.

The line took forever to get through and when we finally did get to the front to place our order, the cashier did not seem overly enthused or in any kind of mood to interact with customers. I have been coming to this restaurant over 15 years and I've had excellent service and sometimes not so great service. The food generally is great but today I've had a sandwich that was just ruined. I ordered a club panini but what I got was a half pound of bacon stuffed between two slices of sourdough bread. Service in the back of the house need to match the front.

My family and i eat here a lot and many times at this location, service was horrible. Didn’t even bring us utensils, forgot our chicken on the side for the Pesto Cavatappi. Almost every time i come here, something is always forgotten on our order and it’s ridiculous. The staff are very unprofessional, and never seem happy when you ask them for something. There is always at least one rude employee at this location. Its ridiculous. Also, our panini was barely pressed. Do not come to this location. Very unprofessional.

We stayed at The Whitley hotel, which was great also, for a girls weekend the end of June and decided to walk to the the Corner Bakery Cafe which was just a couple of blocks away. The restaurant was clean, the food was delicious and the service was great. Especially the sweet Yvonne. She came out and talked with us about what brought us to Atlanta for the weekend, hugged our necks and brought us a sample of the cinnamon bundt cake which was awesome. Most of our group was from northern VA so what a treat it was for them to get some great southern hospitality - great hire you have in Yvonne and your other staff Corner Bakery Cafe.

There's not a lot of baking that goes on in this place as all of the food seems pre-prepared. As a result, they can't accommodate changes to orders, for example, no butter. The coffee is reasonable but we found the food to be somewhat cold. Prices are good and there's no service, so no need to tip. To order food here, you sit down at a table and then go up to order at the counter. You'll get a buzzer to tell you when the food is ready. There are no menus on the tables so you have to squint at the boards on the kitchen wall to read the options. There's not a huge amount of choice. I had a lot of trouble finding knives and forks. It turned out that they were hidden behind the counter and I was expected to reach over and grab them. There's heaps of seating and disabled access is good. It's part of the outlets of Orange so there's plenty of parking. There are toilets on site.

This place is a bad place to work for.. it over works their employees and doesn’t give them any breaks or full lunch sometimes which is illegal in the state of California. There is a lot of unfairness with some of the employees and they are taken advantage of. HR need to do an investigation in this environment because there is ppl in here that don’t feel comfortable working here anymore because of how bad management is.

This location needs a remodel! The line and place to pick up your food is chaotic and needs an update in service as well. At the location in Anaheim Hills, they bring your food to your table, but here you have to stand awkwardly by the pick up counter, bumping elbows and trays with other customers and its CROWDED. Wouldnt be my first choice of place to eat at this mall.

We stopped here for lunch on the last day of our holiday in America. We needed to refuel for our shopping expedition. I had one of the signature sandwiches which was roast beef. This particular restaurant of corner bakery, not the others of course, is disgusting. Just because it is in an outlet mall does not mean this should be an outlet cafe. Filthy floors, torn seats, bakery display looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, and while we were there two clueless workers, aimlessly flicking a foul rag on tables, decided to let us all know there was a roach struggling to get out of the upholstery of a booth. Umm wow. Stay away people. My mom and I left to get some fresh air and a meal that wont kill us.

This is one of my favorite spots to eat whenever I'm shopping at The Outlets of Orange aka The Block. Food and the location for this corner bakery is amazing. We usually stop here to grab a bite after getting tired from shopping. Service is good & the employees always makes us feel welcomed & never fail to greet us with s smile. They are located across from Saddle Ranch Restaurant & very close the AMC movie theatres. They have a nice patio area & plenty of seating inside. It gets rather busy but service is quick & people eat fast. I always find myself first to get there before any rush hour & last to leave but I'm not complaining. We ordered Steak Sandwich, Chicken Alfredo, Pesto Cavatapi & Santa Fe Ranch with our buy one get one coupon. Yes! I go here very often to receive electronic coupons because it makes my life easier than cooking these simple meals at home. One kid likes macaroni, another kid likes pasta alfredo & the third kid likes steak. I personally like salads. It just works for our family & who can say no to purchasing 4 meals for the price of 2 after a long day of shopping. Food was large, amazingly fresh and was delicious. If anyone gets tired of shopping at The Outlet of Orange aka The Block, this is the place to come and enjoy some great food with the family. The drink bar is all you can drink but my kids are good. They always drink water so that I can spoil them with a Starbucks or Jamba Juice after each meal. They have a great selection of baked goods that we get from time to time to enjoy with our coffee.

Made an order online for Lenox mall corner bakery so I could pick it up in time on my 30min break. Wasn’t until I waited 10min at Lenox mall corner bakery that they told me it was the one across the street. Manager at this location instructed me to wait so he could get the refund, waited another 10 min for him to tell me no one was answering the phone and they were closed. Told me he emailed them but he has no idea if/when I will be refunded. Tried to give me vouchers to make up for all the unprofessionalism and said he could make it for me at this location and recharge my card for something I already paid for but this entire fiasco ate away at my ENTIRE break. Won’t be returning to corner bakery again because of this which sucks because I’ve been a long term customer.

I have been coming to this location for years. not sure what changed, but it wasn't for the better. showed up at 8:30 on a Saturday night. we were 2nd in line and it took 10 min to even get to us. the manager was roaming the floor, but somehow the 6+ tables where customers had to usher and left were not getting cleared. the normally full shelve of desserts were half empty and the food that was in there looked like it had survived an earthquake. while I was paying for our order a woman walked up and asked when their food would be ready because they had ordered awhile ago and still had not been served. apparently the order was mac and cheese for her child and she said the child was starving. what was alarming about this was, I could see into the kitchen and the kitchen staff was standing around talking to each other, not cooking. there were servers standing around waiting for food. finally after we sat down, 1 person started to clear tables at a pace that even a snail would say is slow. the manager in charge tonight clearly has no concept of how to run a restaurant. it isn't like they are busy. there are a few families here, and plenty of staff, what they are missing is proper leadership. at one point the manager took a call while I was at the register. could have been personal since she felt the need to duck around a corner out of site while she talked. it wasn't a go-to order, that is for sure. this manager could have stepped in to clear tables, or helped at the register or could have done any number of things to move thing along... like looking into why it took so long to get a child a mac and cheese for example. I think the best part was when I asked for a regular size drink when I ordered. "I am sorry we are out". in my head, I am thinking, at 8:30 on a Saturday? ok, fine whatever what about using the same size coffee cup right next to you. she lights up "sure, we can do that but I think i have to charge you for a coffee". fine, just give me a water glass then, I will have water. epic fail CB, epic fail. seriously, time to train your staff. I have worked in customer service for most of my life, and I would be embarrassed about how this location is being run

BEST OF ATLANTA. I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and right around the corner my girlfriend and I found Corner Bakery Cafe. The experience is one of a kind. The food and hospitality we recieved was 10 out of 10 and we specifically have to name Miss Yvonne for giving the best service we've ever recieved. We liked the Cafe and her so much we came back 4 days in a row. Make this a priority stop when you come to Buckhead.

Corner Bakery has been pretty good at replicating their baked good presentation. Where they could use a dose of good business sense is in employee product knowledge. I've been patronizing this establishment for a few years and their products keep me coming back, however on more than one occasion, I've inquired about a particular menu item and I get a blank stare. We're not playing Jeopardy, I am just curious about your goodies. Most of the employees are friendly, so they aren't chasing people away, just need to sharpen their menu item skills. It's hard to ask for the add on if you can't talk about your mainstay items.

So the original corner bakery is the bees knees. I remember when I went there a long time ago I was delighted because the sandwiches were oh so tasty and yummy. This corner bakery is not like the original one. I guess I should have expected it since this is a franchise that is put in and outside outlet mall. Not much love or care is put into the preparation of these disgusting pieces of food they serve. I remember one time I heard the cook yelling at the server because she asked for some extra cheese for my meal. The food made me feel sick. And not thw good kind of sick. The sandwhich was smashed and the pasta tasted like something made from a cardboard box. Even the diet coke was bad. Watered down and lacking any pop or sizzle. I guess that wpuld be an accurate way to categorize this franchise. All cardboard and no love. Never again corney Fakery.
