The salad here was good. A friend had Clam chowder in sour dough bowl and i tasted it :) and that was tasty too. Staff was polite and friendly.

Small shop in a mall setting, but it offers full service like other Boudin locations. I ordered the last round, three of the long loaves, two fish shape small buns, the last turtle shape, some shamrock cookies, and half a dozen mini buns. They travel to Michigan in prefect shape, but be sure to tell the attendant you want the bread to travel, so that they place it in plastic bags. Everything was delicious, and the service was cordial.

Berrys in my sandwich? It was actually really good! A bit pricey, but definitely worth it. You have a choice of salad or chips with the sandwich. Salad is fine if you're into Roman lettuce.... Ice berg, please.

What a god forsaken, sorry of an excuse for a food establishment. I ordered 7 sandwhiches and we received 6 sandwhiches and ONE BOX WITH TWO SLICES OF BACON. This was my first and the LAST time I am EVER getting food from here. AND OF COURSE I'M THE ONE WHO DIDNT GET THEIR FOOD!! I could have easily gotten a much better experience at the most run down Mc Donald's in town. With service this bad it shouldn't be anywhere near Santana row and instead moved over to the east side of San Jose where the service is expected to be this awful. In the end I paid 12 bucks for a sandwhich I never received. My friend ordered the grate with crispy bacon and received a box with two slices of HARDLY crispy bacon and the wrong sandwhich altogether. SHAMEFUL

I am a fan of the brand but this place just did not have it. Service was extremely slow. Food was very so so here and breads were not fresh or good. I would like to say that the staff was polite and used and changed gloves every time needed while I was there waiting.

Grilled cheese was cheap 1/2 slice of cheese on a very small end I f bread. Silverware never came had to get it nyself. Girl at counter was rude as was server.

They serve soups in bread bowl as well. This is clam chowder. Great taste. Quite filling. It is like a meal, very filling.

My boyfriend ordered the clam chowder with sour dough bread and after awhile he couldn't stop throwing up! He got horrible food poisoning! Won't be eating here again.
