Kelli at Sweet Love Bakery made us an amazing vegan wedding cake! It was beautiful, and it was also delicious, moist, and rich, without being overly sweet. Our guests absolutely loved it.

Sweet Love was highly recommended to me by friends in Little Rock. Being out of state, I had no knowledge of reputation. I wanted to go with a bakery that could provide a great looking and great tasting cake. Based on that requirement people pointed me to Sweet Love. I ordered a decorated sheet cake. Very nice and thorough during initial phone call conversation. Cake was beautifully decorated. However, it did not live up to their reputation in the taste department. My guests didnt take more than two bites of the cake because it was D-R-Y. Almost as if it had been baked a days earlier vs. maybe 1 day. I was disappointed. I did call the bakery to let them know that it was not their best. Im not sure who answered but instead of an immediate apology I got "oh yea you ordered the wedding cake flavor in a sheet cake and that does tend to not bake well in a sheet. Structurally it is best in tiers". Uhhh how about that piece of info be given to customers at the time they place the order so they can make an informed decision? She did ultimately apologize for the bad experience. I will surmise that this is a fluke experience but please be aware that you should not choose wedding cake flavor in a sheet cake.
