If you can't find something here, then you are crazy! We live on the other side of the state but if we are anywhere near Rick's, we make sure to stop in. The pastries are fresh and delicate and fluffy and honestly, just a party in your mouth! You won't go wrong with anything you order!

Food is highly overpriced it’s stuff I can make at home for way cheaper. The design and flow of the layout is very messy and confusing. To get drinks you have to walk all the way across the restaurant. This place needs help. I’m sure the baked good are good but the deli needs a major overhaul

Rick's in Roger's is awesome!!! Had them make a custom cake for my wife's birthday, it was perfect! Tasted great too! Great place for a good lunch! Love buying their "Ready to Bake" sausage rolls for breakfast. Located in the old "Dixie Cafe" building, check it out!!! Love it!

I slightly prefer the Fayetteville location to this one, as the layout is a little confusing here. But the food (sandwiches and soups) is absolutely delicious!!!

This place is adorable! We decided to check it out in the morning. Big selection of donuts - I’m from So. CA where there are lots of great donut places and theirs were very close to being as good. Fresher than anywhere else I’ve tried in NWA. My hubby got biscuits and gravy and a jalapeño sausage roll - he liked both. There are booths, tables and a large old fashioned soda fountain with seating. There were large selections of cakes, cookies and pastries. We were surprised how fair the prices were. Also lots of party accessories (candles, balloons, hats, etc.) available. We will definitely be coming back to try their lunch in the future.

Very cozy bakery, complete with a deli, coffee bar, and gift shop. The sandwiches are a bit pricey ($8 for a small/regular-sized sandwich), but good. The bakery items are good as well, and they seem reasonably-priced.

I had a great experience at Rick's. We sat on the dog-friendly patio and the atmosphere was great. The jalapeño cheddar sausage roll I had for breakfast was amazing. I would recommend it to anyone. I love old-fashioned cake doughnuts, and theirs did not disappoint. The coffee was good too. I had a good experience here, and I would recommend it to others.

I feel bad for the rating but the cupcakes have that refrigerated store bought taste. They’re reasonable price but not very good. I purchased the blue berry cobbler cupcake, wedding cake, and white cake with sprinkles... they all tasted the same. The browning wasn’t good either. I did love the decorations and birthday stuff they have for sale.

Great food, sandwiches and salads and soups. Everything is fresh and a variety of breads. Also can make any sandwich gluten free. Then there's dessert, also can make gluten free birthday cakes, any design. Just give 48 hr. notice. Locations in Rogers and Fayetteville Arkansas.

Coookies, cakes and sausage rolls - Rick's makes the best. And petit fours, and donuts, and muffins. I have been a loyal Rick's fan for over 20 years, and when the Rogers location opened I was in heaven. Unfortunately you can never make a perfect copy, and while the Rogers Rick's is still awesome, it's just not quite as good as the Fayetteville bakery. The cakes I've gotten haven't had as much attention to detail as I expected (layers/flavors in the wrong configuration on a custom order, custom decoration not quite even or not as "I'm a professional, I know where to place this" as I'd expect from past experience with the Fayetteville bakery). But overall still the best in town by far!

Little piece of heaven here in Rogers. Their cookies, donuts, pies and pastries are wonderful - beautifully baked and decorated and absolutely delicious. The employees? Well, they're almost as sweet as the food they serve. Always friendly and helpful. The only downside to Ricks is that they're so darn hard to resist. Best bakery in town bar none, and worth every penny!!

Extremely disappointed with Rick’s Bakery and their customer service. We received a lot of different stories as to why our cake turned out this way, but this is what they said when I returned it and asked for an explanation. “We didn’t give the cake decorator your image, but after looking later we found it in your email.” The cake was supposed to be the size of a life size 12oz raw steak that is cut about 1.5-2 inches thick and have a sign that read “aged to perfection”. The cake we received was almost 2 foot long and 1 foot wide and maybe 5 inches deep. It also was cooked and had no sign. The bakery said they never received our image the first time we spoke about returning it. No where in the email conversation did we mention it being a steak, we only said “I was looking for something similar to the image attached.” So how can they make the cake when they have no idea what the customer requested? In the end we received full refund. Nonetheless, I would seriously reconsider if you are spending for a high priced cake. There’s a chance that this instance could occur to anyone and ruin their whole plan for an extravagant birthday experience.

With all the good reviews, I had really hoped for more. I went in to get a ready made cake with Happy Birthday on it for my daughter. The look of the cake, I loved and the service was quick, but the icing tasted weird. I was told it was a white cake (actually was white and chocolate) with white buttercream frosting, but it seemed like cheap normal frosting and the only way I can describe the off flavor was almost like black pepper. I liked the chocolate cake part, the white was ok. I'll be back to try some other things, but I doubt I'll get one of those cakes again. I hope it was just a fluke.

I wanted to surprise my fiancé (working in the area) with an Avengers cake for his birthday since I was going to visit . I live in Fayetteville, NC. Didn’t know anything about the area but I know and trust Google! Exceptional customer service! Quick response to inquiry and questions via their website and email. Elizabeth was very patient and professional (thank you!). I picked up the cake at the Rogers location and was not disappointed! The cake was fresh and delicious! He was surprised and loved the cake!

I've had many great experiences with Rick's Bakery. Ive tried several of their birthday cakes each with their own unique design, each delicious and well made and decorated. My friend did have one underwhelming experience with them but they were able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently the morning of the party. All of the employees I've encountered there have been very kind and helpful. Will recommend on the future.

I love their cakes and donuts and have been going to the Fayetteville location for years. This location is beautiful, but they still have a lot of kinks to work out. I came here for lunch for the first time today. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes before the girl would help me- she was talking to a co-worker. The register wasn't taking cards, so they wrote down my card number to run later. I've been waiting 30 minutes now for my sandwich, which was placed to go, and still haven't received it. The two orders behind me have received their food, eaten, and are leaving. I'm looking at 4 girls in Rick's shirts sitting and standing around the corner booth, hopefully on break, but it'd be nice if someone could make my food! Not recommended for lunch to go. Update: A lady came to my table three different times asking what I ordered, and just now is saying it was never sent back to the kitchen. 40 minutes later. Won't be back here for lunch.

A faithful copy of the Fayetteville original but with upgraded ambience. The pastries are plentiful. They are good and go well with the coffee. Everything is huge and worth the price. We got our wedding cake at Ricks and have been complimented on it for 12 years.

I'm afraid to say it, but I experienced a bad trip to ricks today. I'll still continue to place orders and stop in casually. I stopped in around 9am 7.23.19 to get a coffee and although there were about 8 total staff, no one was taking orders or helping customers. I attempted to order a coffee but was told the only then menu was trapped to the checkout counter. So I gave up on coffee and decided to in just order a sausage roll. After 10 fullminutes of waiting I gave up on this too and drove to Starbucks. Though I wasn't thrilled about the service Ricks has the best cakes in NWA. Update: Back again and everything is great. 7.24.19

This bakery was just fantastic. We tried the biscuits and gravy, apple fritters, chocolate donuts, cup cakes, and ended up ordering a cake that looks phenomenal to pick up in the morning. Everything was just sooooo good. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a life-long Rick’s fan. I’ve always used the Fayetteville location. We recently ordered monogrammed, airbrushed cookies from the Rogers location for our niece’s baby shower. We paid $50 for 24 cookies. When we picked them up, they were monogrammed by hand and very poorly. The letter was yellow instead of gold. I was very disappointed as Rick’s in Fayetteville has always been fantastic. For the first time since using Rick’s Bakery, the product was not up to standard.

Looks a little chaotic when I come in during a busy time but the staff are all fantastic! They hustle and are very efficient and super friendly and helpful. They have a great variety of delicious treats for any occasion. I really like that they open early and have fresh cakes in the case for last minute grab and go. We also love to stop in for a treat after school or when out shopping. So glad to have Ricks in Rogers in addition to their Fayetteville location.
