With handmade and carefully made bread, confectionaries, sandwiches, soups, and salads, Neighbor's Mill is hands down the best cafe I have ever had the pleasure to eat at. Customer service is quick and attentive. Ambiance is welcoming and comfortable. Location is convenient. Price is affordable. Neighbor's Mill truly goes above and beyond!
Although this place has carried on the namesake of it's original in Harrison, it does not carry on the reputation. The food here is completely lackluster when you have had the best of it in Harrison. This place looks nice on the inside and more updated than the original, but I wish the same effort was put into making the food extra special. We could not finish our French dip sandwich due to it being dry and mysteriously oily at the same time.
What a wonderful discovery! Before I write anything else, the Tomato Basil soup was incredible. We were there for lunch but the breakfast sandwiches looked inviting. I had a muffaletta which was really good, but quite different from the New Orleans' Central Grocery standard. My wife ordered a reuben which was served on grilled pumpernickel rye which was fantastic. The bakery products, especially the desserts, went untasted but were very tempting. We will be back on our next visit to NWA.
Absolutely delish! Loved the avocado turkey sandwich and the bleu salad.
I enjoyed the broccoli soup, but was underwhelmed by the bread on my tuna sandwich. Not a good sign from a place that is notable for their fresh bread.
This is a great place to bring the family and have breakfast.
Neat decor a la Joanna Gaines. The bread is great.
Fast and friendly service. Pleasant atmosphere.
Sooo good! Not only is the atmosphere awesome, but the food is amazing! I recommend the woo pig soowie sandwich & their lemon blueberry muffin! Great place to bring family & friends.
Great atmosphere, meeting room, good variety of delicious food.
The freshness and flavor of their breads make it some of the best sandwhiches I've had.
Breads we've had were excellent. Sandwichs and salads are also good.
Average. Shies in comparison to the original in Harrison.
Great Service, excellent food.
Service was very slow, took 10 minutes to get cappuccino to go w muffins and the place wasn't that busy at 9 am.The server waited on three people before she made our drinks, we finally went and stood by the register while she made them.
Love the good food. Love that Jesus isn't just in the decor, but also in the service and the atmosphere. Definitely the best soup/sandwich place in the area.
The food was good, portions are small. The young crowd working there are much friendlier than maybe the owners. They should specify if they want us to pick up our plates and cups, the lady was a little condescending when I asked her if they expected us to pick up even the glass cups and not just the throw away things which my husband was already taking care off. Overall a coffee shop is suppose to set a atmosphere of friendliness and sense of welcome should be there but I didn't feel any of it. As far as the decor go, it's nice! I'll give it a try a few times and update the review since it could just be that they are still new.
Kind people, good food, but not many allergy accommodations.
At 315pm out of bread bowls. They call it a bakery?
Best Reuben sandwich I've had in years!
Tasty food.
The baked goods are amazing. The sandwiches and salads are also very good. The decor is nice and the employees are friendly.
Best cinnamon rolls ever !
Very tasty food. I had the tuna salad sandwich.
Very slow. Employees just walk by customers not even trying to help.
We love going here as a club, and they offer a small but very nice room, but now they make you sign a form that they are guaranteed a minimum of $150.00 in sales and if that does not happen they will charge us $175.00 per hour to use this room, no other restaurants charge us, and our members purchase dinner and several do dessert, it is a shame, the food was very good, and the staff was wonderful.
Really cool vibe at this place, they had Christmas music going, a fire lit and it is really well designed. I got a breakfast sandwich that was very good quality, the pastries and baked goods look amazing. The coffee is very good (from a coffee snob) Definitely going back. Cool and much needed addition to the area.
Delicious food, great atmosphere and friendly staff!!
Amazing food and great atmosphere! One of the few places in NWA that give Military discounts!
Food was excellent. Atmosphere seemed a little sterile.
Too expensive for a sandwich also carrot cake was no better than what you can buy at WalMart
Customer service is great, it's clean and spacious. The food is a bit bland. The prices are a bit too high considering they are not unique. Panera and Atlanta Bread are still much better. I don't see myself going back.
Great service and salads! ❤❤❤
Fresh food. Good bread. Great coffee.
Loved it. Try a cinnamon roll heated up.
Fantastic soups, salads and sandwiches with very friendly service. The strawberry cookies are worth their weight in gold!
Can get the same thing McDonald's for a third of the price
Tasty soup and sandwiches at a reasonable price.
Great food and atmosphere. Nice ice too. Will return.
The service here was very personal and excellent. The quality of food and presentation were beyond expectation. The bakery has a large number of well-prepared breads, muffins, cookies and other treats. It's a comfortable place to eat and even have meetings.
Good food cool atmosphere
I ordered a blueberry muffin (which is my go to muffin). This one was just stale and stuck to the wrapper which is a big pet peeve of mine. Customer service is ehhh, staff were not as attentive as they should have been. It is a little confusing as to where one needs to order. First time you’ll probably be lost FYI! Just my personal opinion. I probably won’t be back to this place, there is a more bakeries in the area that can provide better services!
This might be my new favorite restaurant in northwest Arkansas. It has such a cute and comfy atmosphere. The restaurant reminds me of a French bakery. They have a ton of desserts and baked goods to choose from. The menu consists of soups salads and sandwiches. I had the Santa Fe salad and the dressing was to die for. Another big plus on my list is great coffee and their coffee really hits the spot.
The flat bread of veggie sandwich tasted old and sandwich very skimpy. Would not return.
Love the breakfast items!
Would be great to get more direction. Where's the line? Where do we order? Where do we pay? Do we need to clear our table etc. But great food and friendly staff, just confusing the first time and more direction wouls be nice.
Was not impressed by the deli. The staff were very fast and courteous, but the food was not good for the price. My wife ordered the roast beef and I ordered the french dip sandwich - two simple dishes that I thought were basically impossible to foul up. Our total with fountain drinks and upgraded sides (fruit salad) came to $27. I was excited for what I assumed would be a outstanding culinary experience. The food presentation was bare bones, with metal lunch trays and styrofoam solo cups. Not a dealbreaker, of course, but the effect was more careless than cool. The dealbreaker came when we bit into our entrees. Alas! The owners probably should have taken the half million dollars they spent on hipster decor and invested in some better recipes. Both sandwiches were small, bland and had a minimal amount of meat and cheese. The au jus came from a mix, comparable to au jus served at Schlotzkys or Red Robin. The fruit salad tasted like it probably came from Sam's Club, and had been sitting in the fridge for long enough to make the grapes mushy. To their credit, the bread on my sandwich was pretty good, and as far as I remember, there was nothing wrong with the pickle. But I cannot think of any reason I would want to go back. There are some excellent places to drop thirty bucks on lunch in NWA, but from what I experienced, Neighbor's Mill is not one of them.
Lovely place to eat, food was excellent. Lady at the register didnt seem thrilled to be there but other that it was wonderful!
Love the lunch and breakfast menu! Always delicious!
Awesome service and food !! Just wish they would get broccoli cheddar soup! They would have me there every other day :)
This is the last time I m coming here! This place used to have better quality food than it has now. I gave it 3 last chances and now that s it. Break up! The chicken in the chicken sandwich was tougher than the leather of my backpack. I was thinking of asking my money back but I was just too busy and too hungry. Get-er-done!
So yummy! Great service, calm atmosphere and their food and pastries taste so fresh and delicious :) definitely recommend this cafe!
Excellent coffee, my husband liked his sandwich, chocolate cake was moist, but just okay. My daughter said chocolate muffin was ok as well. Nice homey atmosphere.
Lunch sandwiches were ok but the breakfast sandwiches are the best! Their soups are really good, too!
Good sandwiches, small portion for the price, but great atmosphere, and the bakery items are fantastic
Super good food!
This is a new Bakery that is phenomenal. I am looking forward to moving up here and visiting again. I travel often for work and can say that this atmosphere is wonderful: with a fire place, great seating, friendly staff, and some of the best sandwiches me and my colleague have ever had.
The only thing I wish was that you could have breakfast all day! Everything was fresh and tasted great
I absolutely love this place, good environment and even better food! I wish there was one in Oklahoma City! Thanks y'all!
I love their service and their food. But who the heck closes at 2 pm on a Monday. Now I’m starving, famished, about to pass out. Won’t be back
Always so yummy!
Great food! Everyone working here always has a smile on their face!
Very nice. Very clean. Great selection of food that looks great. Will be going back
The sandwiches here are great! Really doesn't matter what I've had, it has been great!
If you like chicken salad sandwiches.... EAT HERE!!
The French Dip Sandwich changed my life.
high quality when they opened but the quality of the carrot cake was terrible and went for their great cinnamon rolls but again they didnt have any at 5pm
Great sandwiches
I love this place! I used to go to their original location in Harrison a lot when traveling. I was excited when they built this one right by where I work. The homemade bread and muffins are awesome. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is very welcoming.
Always delicious, fresh food! Friendly atmosphere!
Love the atmosphere and the decor. The food is awesome. The staff is very friendly. I had the French dip with potato bacon soup. They make cookies, breads etc.. I bought a loaf of the pumpkin swirl cream bread and couple of cookies to give a try.
A little on the expensive side but the food is very good.
Workers are kind. Food was delicious! Atmosphere was point on. Warm crackling fireplace. It was clean.
Great selection of brunch dishes. Biscuits were a little tough.
Kind of an odd parking lot but the inside looks pretty nice. It can be confusing as to where to go if it is your first time there. Food was good but wouldve been nice if we had the choice of bread on the sandwiches but I imagine we couldve asked. Everyone was friendly though
A great farmhouse bakery experience. The inside is cozy and comfortable. The staff is friendly, upbeat and very helpful. The food is great. The "small" salad is anything but. The bread is fantastic and the baked goods are a great way to top off any meal.
Love their broccoli and cheese soup but wish they had it weekly!
Great food and friendly staff
It was a fun place but not enough gluten free choices.
Great food and coffee and wonderful service! The atmosphere is peaceful and they have the best crushed ice!!
Good food, great atmosphere
Great service, and great food
Sandwich was a bit on the moist side because the avocado was mashed up with a seasoning instead of being fresh sliced and was dark. The soup was very salty and too thick to be called a soup. Service was fast but the staff was not friendly and other than to take our order did not have anything to say. Not even a "Have a nice day". Might go back and give them another try since they are new.
Great food - friendly service - good prices. There is a nice patio to finish off the day during the sunset.
Excellent Food! I got a lunch combo- sandwich & soup. They make sure you leave full. A lot of food for the price.
Quick service and friendly staff. Fine place to go for a lunch break or buy bread items
Great Food and Great Service
The staff was very friendly, the food was great, and the atmosphere was good for chatting. Will be back!
What a gem! Great breads and the breakfast was delicious!
Food and ambiance fabulous!
Super cute and great food! Lovely people and so many choices.
Great south Rogers alternative to Panera or Atlanta Bread Company with an upscale, but still friendly atmosphere. I had the muffaletta which invoked memories of New Orleans. Not 100% the same, but very reminiscent. The baked goods we're also very inviting. I need to get back to sample them sometime soon.
Great food, great service, and wonderful setting
This place rocked my world, and their cakes are the best ever.
Really enjoyed this place, great food and deserts.
First time here. It was a Thursday after lunch but before supper. They were slow, but it looked nice. A couple empty tables needed to still be cleaned from lunch however. I ordered a sandwich and soup. It was really good. I'd definitely come back. The potato soup was hot and creamy. The sandwich a little on the light side, but very flavorful.
This place is so cute! Decor is very “fixer upper” style. Great food that comes out fast with awesome service. There’s also a private room for events!
Great place to meet and have a conversation. Great decor and overall feel. Food and desserts were good. The baked goods are top notch but the coffee needs some work. Get the cinnamon roll!
Wonderful food with friendly environment! DELICIOUS bakery!!
I got the three cheese grilled cheese the first time i went and it was amazing
This one, sadly, is not as wonderful as the main store in Harrison, Arkansas, but it is still good. They don't have as many desserts and I think they are still in the learning process. The food is good and the coffee drinks are decent, but they have a ways to go with time management. I do come here fairly often, but I always end up waiting on my coffee drink even after I've already completed my entire meal. I really like the decor they have in here it is very cute and Country. I think this will be a great restaurant if they can get everybody on the same page.
Deli review only: Went to try the new place out. People were friendly, food was $23 though for 2 small sandwiches with chips and a drink. Had the French Dip, incredibly salty but spice in it was nice. Tried to have Green Tea but it tasted like battery acid so just had coke. Overall, I want to go back and try the bakery and cafe part. All of the breads looked amazing. But for sandwiches, it's alright. Will try it again.
Amazing soups sandwiches and desserts. The tomato basil soup bowl is awesome. Very affordable and tasty fare. If I lived closer, I'd visit weekly.
Fast, friendly service! Even with the long lines during the lunch rush hour it didn’t seem like we waited a long time. The food was excellent!! I will definitely eat there again
Ordered muffuletta, roasted beef and fiesta chicken. Muffuletta bread was good little meat, minuscule olive filling. Roasted beef bread was good yet was decidedly low on filling. Fiesta chicken, edible. Do not recommend. Perhaps they are a good bakery but definitely not a good sandwich place. Over priced for the poor quality. Will not return.
Bran and raisin muffin was so soft and tasty <3
Awrsome food and reasonable prices. Great Woo Pig Sooie sandwich and potato soup. Good coffee.
Great Grilled chicken, bacon, barbeque sauce sandwich with pickle. Quick service and friendly. Try it, you'll love it.
love the atmosphere and great food
This is the best restaurant in town! They have amazing breakfast, lunch, sweets and bread. The staff is very friendly. The atmosphere opening and warm. I will definitely be back very soon!
My new favorite place to eat in Rogers! Healthy, delicious, and easy on the wallet! The swwets there are
On first impressions the establishment is very clean and well decorated. The presentation of the baked goods is very nice as well. Where to order is a little confusing the first time. Staff was serviceable, unfortunately they do not accept ApplePay, forcing me to return to my car for my wallet which feels like a crime in this day and age where even food trucks accept mobile payment. We visited for breakfast and had the Western Omelette and a Cinnamon Roll with an orange juice. Omelette was decently good, nothing overly special. It did taste fresh. Cinnamon roll was good as well, unfortunately it was cold and had to be heated by us in a microwave. Orange juice was from concentrate. Overall, it’s an average food option that is just ok to visit every now and again.
The people are always friendly! And the wait time isn't very long. The food always taste good!
This place is beautiful and the food is delicious. I had the veggie omlette and will definitely be back to try more of their offerings. The acoustics are a bit loud, however it has a welcoming atmosphere, otherwise :)
The sausage casserole and muffin combo offered on Friday and Saturday mornings is amazing. My son had the bicuits and gravy and finished the plate. I thought the gravy tasted a little too floury, but he thought it was fine. He did like mine better, though. I'm excited to go back and try lunch. We also got to sample some peach bread that was great!
Love the fresh baked bread used in their sandwiches!
Delicious meal; the high ceilings do allow for the inside to become rather noisy.
Amazing food, friendly staff, great vibe!
My husband and I love coming here. We get the $2 unlimited coffee mugs. I ordered the chocolate muffin. It was very good, it was nice and moist. I would definitely recommend it. My husband got the Coconut Cappuccino muffin. He enjoyed it but it was to sweet for him so he couldn't finish it. He was surprised to find chocolate chips inside and the coconut was very subtle But he would recommend it to someone with a sweet teeth.
Underwhelming at best. Bread was very dry. Sticky buns dry as well. Chicken salad lacked flavor. Not planning a second visit.
Wonderful ambiance, delicious food, great prices, friendly, helpful, and efficient staff A very rare combination.
I can't rave enough about Neighbor's Mill. I love it so much we started having it catered in for our business meetings and everyone loves it. Management is wonderful and always so helpful.
AMAZING food, neat atmosphere and super friendly service. Such a treat! You can get a bakery item by itself or a full meal.
Roast beef sandwich is superb. Can even bring myself to try anything else on the menu.
Excellent food excellent Bakery prompt service
Staff was friendly and helpful. The place was Clean. Only tried a pastry but it was good.
Try the sour cream cranberry bread... Great stuff with coffee!
Amazing food and beautiful place.
Reuben was perfect@
Awesome place...delicious, fast moving line to order, nice people!
Wonderful sandwiches, great deserts, unique breads, don't forget to take a loaf home.
Meh not impressed. Really nice building though inside was clean and well put together. Loved all the seating. Food looked really tasty. We both got sandwiches
We ate lunch here. I had the mandarin salad. The greens were very fresh but I had to literally hunt for any chicken. It was cut in tiny chunks and there was much less than I expected for the price of an entree salad. My DH had a muffuletta sandwich. He said the flavor was good but it was very small for the price. The carrot cake was delicious. Opinion: good food but over-priced. Will save this one for a bakery treat.
Yumm.. great bread, good service. Lots of choices for lunch/dinner and lots of scrumptious bakery items !! Decor is welcoming.
Oh my gosh.. their cinnamon rolls are the best there is. Nice size, chewy and plenty of cinnamon and perfect amount of icing.
This is a great bakery to try out. They have lots of yummy choices to choose from. From soups and sandwiches all the way to yummy fresh made Breads and desserts.
Very good! Enjoyed the Rueben sandwich on pumpernickel bread.
Food was great and staff was very friendly. The egg scramble was delicious.
Decided to try a new place. Disappointed. Wife's Turkey avocado sandwich was dry and not much Turkey or avocado and the tomatoe was tasteless, she had to ask for mayo to counter the dryness, but there was plenty of lettuce for bulk. She also got Lukewarm soup without any flavor. My 3 cheese grilled cheese sandwich had no flavor besides the bread. Not much cheese, they must use a three cheese blend, not slices, as there was no thickness to it. We both had water for our drink, so for $18 (w/tax) we left hungry and went out to somewhere else. Wasn't very clean either, pictures are from two different places in the establishment. Will not go back, to many other places in this area to get good food at this price.
Very nice place to go. Good food, atmosphere, and fast internet.
Very friendly staff and outstanding sandwiches! Not your typical sandwich place. We even bought two loaves of bread for home.
The owners are so great! Carrot cake muffins are the best.
Great salad, blue apple.
The very definition of southern hospitality! Neighbor's Mill has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Menu choices of soups, sandwiches, salads, and breakfast foods are fresh and delicious. The bakery space with muffins, breads, cookies, and more tempts you from the moment you walk in!
You should give the Chipotle Turkey sandwich a shot and add their pimento cheese. Holy cow is this place good. There was a line that moved quickly and I loved the open floor plan. Very warm and inviting.
Great food and nice clean environment
Delicious pumpkin muffin! Can wait to try the strawberry-pecan bread. Great service
Fantastic sandwiches! Parking lot is crowded, but it's worth it
This place is fantastic! They bake their own bread. The sandwiches and Caesar salads are amazing. Love it.
Food is excellent and atmosphere is great. Panera + Starbucks menu with a ‘Fixer Upper’ feel.
The people are so nice and the atmosphere is warm. Their bread is so flavorful and the texture is perfect. Everything I have ordered has been delicious. The coffee is good. I have nothing negative to say... If there's a line, it's worth the wait!!
Love this place. The bread on the French Dip is my favorite. I would highly recommend this place.
Great sandwichs and salads with a wide variety. Lunchtimes it's busy with a line to be served. Surprisingly, the line quickly moves and you're served at your seat. It's worth going!
Nice atmosphere and service. The food was ok disappointing considering the reviews.
Enjoyed my sandwich (had the Rueben) and the sweet bread (peaches and cream) I bought. My friend and I agreed that we didn’t enjoy the music they chose to play, but with good food and good service we will still go back.
Everything I’ve tried was delicious!
Great customer service! Food was delicious and you get your dollars worth too! Highly recommend!
The food is pretty good, and is decently priced for what you get. Service is very fast once you've ordered, and their desserts are just to die for. However, the coffee and tea are nothing short of atrocious - you couldn't pay me to drink either again.
