This Bakery is classified in the category of Coffee shop.
Very good coffee and pretty atmosphere. Semi-friendly staff.
Really great coffee and incredible baked goods. Top of the list there would be the hand pie. The place is really good looking, so if you want to feel like your life takes place in a stock photo you should go. The only issue is the noise level, so if you plan to work from here just make sure you don't need to take any calls. Every noise echoes loudly and amplifies.
Very interesting little coffee shop. Parking sucked but that's downtown for you. Counter staff were less than friendly. I've had better service at Starbucks. And to be honest. The tea tasted like garbage.
The best espresso and slow bar in Little Rock. They manage to maintain quality despite the high volume of mostly college students and local professionals. The shop is comfortable and well lit, and good to either socialize or get a little work or reading done. I haven't tried the food but it smells fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything you'd want in a coffee shop, with some of the best coffee in Arkansas. The only equal in the region is Red Light in Hot Springs, if you like that you'll like this place and vice versa.
Awesome local coffee shop. My regular stop when I'm in LittleRock. Great team and never fails to impress.
Wonderful gem of a coffee shop. The drip coffee was fantastic (Brazil roast-$3), the Ginger Molasses latte/ginger cookie ($6.25) and Hen in a Basket was our morning snack. All were well worth the $$. It was a little on the pricy end, but that’s to be expected with the quality of the items. Everything is high quality here and delicious. Great ambiance as well, from music and plants! Best coffee shop in Little Rock!
Delicious coffee and baked goods. Good atmosphere for homework or a long talk with friends.
I was traveling through Little Rock, and stopped here for a quick drink. This coffee shop was active and lively. Mylo seems to be a local favorite. I ordered a hot chocolate, and it was rich and creamy and great.
I’ve been going here for a while and really like the spot! The employees are always super friendly and accommodating. They are probably the highlight of this place, in addition to the great atmosphere and amazing food. A couple of things I found very disappointing (the reason for 2 * review) is no refills on regular batch coffee and really slow and unreliable Internet connection. The refills could be 50 cents or a dollar, but paying $3 for each cup when I need at least 3 to feel satisfied is a huge deterrent for me to come there. Wouldn’t be nice to create an offer one cannot turn down, and cash in on people spend extra money on snacks, while working on their laptops? :) The revenue is lost when people don’t want to make the effort to come in and spend money on food, being uncertain whether they’ll be able to go online. I hope they will take these friendly suggestions seriously and get the issues with free batch coffee refills and poor connection addressed soon. I’ll be glad to update my review to a 5-star, when those things get resolved.
Great coffee, lovely space!
Great coffee, and really good sandwiches. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have house roasted coffee and house made granola if you want to take something home. Ambiance is classic neighborhood coffeehouse. Plenty of seating as well.
Best coffee and baked goods place in all of Little Rock. Definitely try the cold bottled chai.
Great atmosphere and selections, even for non coffee drinkers. Lunch, baked goods, honey and more!
It was cute good pour over. Parking was hard. I might visit again
Quality coffee and delicious classic and modern pastries! What more could you ask for?
Seriously delicious craft coffee. Also amazing food. Both baristas provided excellent, soothing service. Aaron took time to chat with us about our trip, his craft, the local coffee industry. Even more congenial than professional. Thank you! Definitely stopping by again on the way back west!
Amazing customer service! Their sandwiches and drinks taste great! They made my hot chocolate look fancy and it taste pure! Definitely a good place to chill or even go on a date.
Another stop on the Little Rock coffee shop tour that brought a smile to my face. It has the trendy 'shabby chic' look of many coffee shops, and seeing the reuse of items that would once have been merely discarded is nice to see. Additionally, they seem to be pretty into the keeping it local movement. I ended up going with a pour over which they had done in no time. The food menu is pretty varied, with something for everyone. Also, be sure to check out their assortment of locally produced goods for purchase, along with coffee beans. Overall, an enjoyable experience and an atmosphere for getting some studying done while recharging on caffeine.
This place knows how to make some good coffee and do so in a good environment. Many coffee shops have very pretentious staff who love to correct your knowledge of coffee. Mylo Coffee Co has a great staff! Mylo Coffee also knows how to roast good beans! I had a cold brew and I could tell there was a minimal bitter/burnt taste and was very full bodied. As for the cappuccinos and lattes, there was no overpowering flavoring to the coffee. I will be sure to come back often!
Great coffee shop. A little snobbish about their cold brews, etc. Great internet, if you use that sort of thing.
I love how rich the espresso drinks are here. A true coffee lovers delight! To top it off they also have great food for breakfast or lunch. You can't go wrong by popping into this quaint cafe.
Excellent capachino.. foamed, great coffe, delicious breakfast toast. Fun atmosphere. If I lived here would be returning.
Cute shop. Delicious coffee and the hummus plate was fresh and delicious.
A wonderful place to stop and grab some hot tea (Lemon grass) or a shot of espresso (Tear drop) Very nice layout and good customer service
This place was so disappointing
Food is amazing; staff is friendly.
Mylo has quality coffee, homemade syrups, and a remarkable pastry/lunch options. The croissants are amazing!! Good place for studying or meeting up with friends.
awesome coffee! ask for the latte, they put artwork on the coffee in the form of whipped cream and it looks very aesthetic!
You're my favorite.
Nice and quaint. Popular with the locals so do not expect it to be empty. Nice drinks and atmosphere.
Best coffee in town.
Awesome poppy seed bagel with garlic cream cheese
A true jewel in Little Rock. This place makes the best pastries in the city and has some great food. The place is always hopping but the staff is always friendly. The owners are good people and always happy to stop and chat.
Good coffee, clean place, nice personnel! Ditch Starbucks, go here.
Great coffee, delicious and interesting pastries. Super friendly staff and a great selection of drink, food and take-home items. Decor is simple but welcoming, and the free wifi is fast.
Best coffee and service!
I feel like I have disrespected Mylo for a while. I am not a coffee drinker, so if I go to places it's usually for the tea or special drinks and food items. Mylo has all those things but I'd only stop in randomly for a cookie or the lemonade, which should have been all I needed. This place does everything so well, the drinks, the food and the desserts are worth every visit. You can not go wrong once you step inside the door.
The best use of a donut hole that I’ve ever seen. Great food and coffee as well.
I’m not a coffee drinker, but their hot chocolate is fabulous-much better than Starbucks. My main complaint is one person will totally take over a four top with laptop, etc making it hard for three or four people to find a table. Great location and good vibe.
I'm a fan. The coffees themselves are the stars at Mylo. In particular, there are usually 4-5 coffees available - one brewed in large batch, and a few others for cone filter pour-overs. If you have the time, a pour-over is a great way to have a cup of coffee. The espresso is solid, and cappuccinos are of good quality. Baked goods are well thought-out and superbly executed. Probably 2% of my body weight can be traced to their banana/chocolate chip muffins.
Great cold brew! If you get any food to go, be sure to ask for it heated if you wanted it. Cold biscuits + rock hard frozen butter = meh.
Everything about this place is great. The atmosphere with an open layout and plenty of windows for natural light is perfect. More importantly their coffee and food are both delicious. I would recommend the London Fog or the rose mint tea along with the lol and bagel sandwich. If you aren't a bagel person (like me) they are happy to sub toast for the bagel.
Awesome cafe
Good coffee, great pastries, nice atmosphere. The neighborhood seems really nice. Mylo is situated in the middle of the "high street" if you are familiar with that term. The shop is long and narrow with a full wall of windows looking out to the street. Coffee is roasted locally and Coffee options are standard for higher end coffee shop. Both drip and pour-over options available if you prefer that to milk based drinks. Prices are higher than I expected: 6 oz Capp is over 4$. (For comparison, I can get a great 8oz latte for 3$ in Denver) Baked goods were really good. Try the Hen in a nest if you are really hungry - it is a great mix of flavors with an egg in the bottom. Croissant was also very good.
Great coffee and fresh pastries.
The atmosphere is great as well as the pour over coffee. The baristas are super friendly, very helpful, and made me feel welcomed to the area. Love it here!
It's an okay coffee shop. Nice atmosphere, good coffee. I would give it five star but it's hindered by river city being near by (which I prefer). The only reason for that preference is that mylos has a limited (albeit tasty) selection of coffee. Still highly recommend if you want a good cup of coffee while you read or work.
I have a friend that recommended this place so I set up a Toastmasters Meeting here last week. The service was very nice and accommodating and the atmosphere is very light and chill. All of there coffee and pastries are roasted and made in house! I had a Snikerdoodle Cookie and a Grande Decaf Mocha Lattee with Vanilla and Almond Milk. It was SO good! Much better than Starbucks! I'll try to be a more frequent visitor! #eatlocal
Scratch pastries.
My favorite coffee shop in Little Rock. Great lattes and pastries made in house.
This is the kind of place Rock has been needing for a long time. Great coffee and pastries done by people we are passionate about their craft. I go several times a week.
I love this place. The food and beverages are superb!
Mylo Coffee is wonderful! I love the atmosphere and their creative speciality drinks. Overall awesome experience every time I have been there.
Great choices of food and coffee! Friendly and caring staff.
Doing the Little Rock coffee tour and landed here today. Very nice establishment. Plenty of seating and atmosphere was pleasent for conversation or laptop work. Food was good and pastries looked amazing. Recommend the monkey bread. Pour over was excellent and prepared as expected by the baristas. Points for purchasing was unexpected from a local shop but definitely will get me to go back. Worth the drive.
Nice place. Incredible coffee options. Local craft beer.
Quaint little coffee shop. The breakfast and pastries are delicious and the coffee is fantastic too! Great place to go and relax with friends
Great coffee. Great place
This is a cool urban style coffee shop... trendy foods, coffee, customers and staff. slightly pricey but the Lox & Bagel I got was tasty so i thought it was worth it.
Kind and Bright. This is the perfect local stop.
Good but overpriced baked goods. Same $5 Croissant there was only $2.50 in NYC.
Great coffee and treats on Kavanaugh!
It's a pleasant surprise to see a trendy (hipster) spot in Little Rock Arkansas.. 5 stars
Amazing food and even better coffee. The staff is helpful and the blond guy William is hilarious and very handsome.
Best coffee in Little Rock. Great and friendly staff. Aaron is pretty tight. Matt needs to get rid of the nose ring.
Great coffee and deserts!
First visit and loved it. Had a latte with house syrup and the pound cake. We will be back
Enjoy this coffee shop quite a bit..they have a coconut latte which is seriously good. U can bring a book or laptop and enjoy an evening here with good coffee.
Does Mylo need another 5-star review? Probably not. I’ll give them one anyway. Moving from Los Angeles, you wonder where your go to place will be. My wife and I found it here. (Their lattes and pastries are the best in town. But let’s keep that between you and me.)
Best place I know to meet a friend for coffee and conversation. The atmosphere is chill enough to actually have a conversation that is audible to both parties. Great specialty coffee drinks and fresh pastries. A+
Healthy ingredients and tasty too! Great soups! Their new espresso blend is a big improvement too. It’s one my favorite places in town.
Delicious little spot!
New owner has let the place go
Very nice addition to town. Good tea and coffee. Nice place to visit and relax
What a adorable cozy coffee shop. So affordable with such a unique design to it
I have got to say, I've been to plenty of coffee shops but none were quit like this one. The staff had amazing service and were very kind, the capacino and the macaroons were fantastic. I really loved it and will definitely be back for more!
If you like buttery, flaky croissants that melt in your mouth, then you will love this place!
Loved the latte and cappuccino and pastries!! And super friendly baristas!
Fresh, open atmosphere. Wonderful signature drinks (the rose water cappuccino, which really is a latte, was extraordinary — in creativity and flavor). Nearly everything is sourced locally/made in house. The prices are steep, even among fancy coffee shops, but basically worth it.
The coffee is good. Parking can be a pain. Atmosphere can be a little too uppity up for my taste.
Stopped here for the first time with my wife and parents; we all enjoyed the atmosphere and coffee. I had a latte, simple as it is I thoroughly enjoyed it. More interesting - my wife liked the rosewater cappuccino if not for being a little sweet. They also have some interesting side items: we had a spiced brownie and a chocolate stout cake slice. The sides were so-so but the coffee is worth a visit. 4 starts only for their prices - these guys are proud of what they serve (even if they are in the hillcrest)
Great menu options with a wide varirty of pastries, teas, coffee and bottle drinks. Definitely try the coffee!!! Peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Very pleasant staff, great knowledge of each product and the ingredients!
Great coffee and a great atmosphere. Perfect for studying.
Love the coffee. Love the staff. Love the food.
Wide selection, everything is delicious, and the folks are super friendly. Could use a WiFi boost because the atmosphere is amazing for getting work done. A stronger WiFi signal and this place would be perfect, I might never leave.
The London Fog is amazing!
Black coffee wasn't burnt. This place knows what it's doing.
Great coffee, pastries and very cute vibe.
Best coffee and pastries between the coasts and just as good as anything you can get anywhere in the world.
Quick, great coffee.. needs more snacks. Great atmosphere.
Very cute coffee shop with awesome coffee and good sandwiches
Their coffee is excellent, all of their pastries are top notch, it's a bit the high side of price for a coffee shop but you really get what you pay for. One of the best places to chill in Little Rock for sure.
Every Saturday my husband and I take a walk to Mylo and have some coffee and a delectable treat! We love the environment!
This coffee shop has the best coffee in town. The workers really know there stuff, unlike Starbucks and a few other coffee shops in town. If you're looking to use made up Starbucks lingo and get your drink super sized, you don't know coffee like you think you do.
Warm environment and great coffee. Attentive friendly staff
Cute coffee shop in a trendy area with a great interior and ambience. Will definitely come back to hang out and get some work done, and try their selection of teas.
It was good...okay....I had iced tea..it was really bitter. The place was packed...great local hangout
Great coffee. Cool atmosphere. Not enough puppies.
I enjoyed the tea that was recommended to me, but I was not happy that I came in 2 hours before they closed and they were no longer serving food that needed to be Cooked, because they had already turned off their grill. This did not make me happy when I realized they had a full on kitchen with a stove and couldn't make me something. For that 1 reason I will not be returning.
These folks care about coffee! Their pastries are delicious, closest thing to a Euro cafe in LR. My only complaint: there is no changing table in the bathroom!
Great food and great service, no complaints.
This place is best in the US good. The banana muffins and the kouign amann are heaven.
TL;DR: Exceptional drip, food, and atmosphere; great place to meet, work, or relax; reliable wi-fi; usually free parking nearby. In truth, Mylo is an exceptional bakery and restaurant; their treats, savory dishes, and aesthetic are largely unrivaled at their price point given the state of cuisine in Little Rock. They have high quality drip and pour over; the quality of espresso is less consistent. Their tea selection is satisfactory, but only offer by-the-cup tea service. Mylo is hit or miss if you're in a hurry. Their hours do not favor early risers, but they stay open later than some coffee shops in the state. I've found that they are busy in the early morning and very busy on weekends. Good seating; you can expect to see a variety of individuals and groups: local newsanchors, families, school-children, laptop workers, and more. In terms of overall experience, I've yet to find a comparable/substitute coffee shop in Little Rock.
Great coffee, great staff. Also, some of the best pastries I've ever run across. One of my favorite locations in Little Rock for coffee and hangs.
Great coffee and nice quiet space.
Kind of pricey, but the coffee was great and the atmosphere was nice.
Got stuck at Little Rock because of a cancelled flight. Wanted to spend some quiet time working at this coffee shop. The internet is very slow and there was a random drumming show going on in the kitchen which was quite distracting.
Visiting from KCMO and loved this place! The staff was friendly, the ambiance was great, and the masala chai latte was what good morning dreams are made of!
Came here for a power breakfast before climbing pinnacle mountain! So glad I did. Wonderful options. The rosewater coffee was something you only taste in dreams. The lox and bagel was excellent.
I’m actually really disappointed to be giving a 3 star review. My coworkers LOVE this location and highly recommended it to me. But when I went, I explained it was my first time there and received little to no guide on what to order. I order a bagel, toasted. And it was not toasted and no one told me where a toaster was or assisted me after I checked out and left a tip. It’s a GREAT spot to work on a computer or sit and enjoy yourself, but I wish I would have had a little guidance in order to enjoy my experience there. I ended up not eating my food but my coffee was delicious.
Great service and even better coffee. Their atmosphere is really nice too though I normally get mine to go. Standard coffee prices for the quality you'll get anywhere else worth drinking.
Trendy coffee place in Hillcrest. Nicely decorated I guess - some industrial farmhouse chic maybe? The sidney spritz was pretty good. The cold brew coffee was a little weak/watery, but ok. For a quick coffee, I probably wouldn't go back because $4.50 for a medium-sized cup of cold brew is too expensive, but as a hangout I can see the appeal. I didn't try the food, but it did sound good.
Great coffee! Love the atmosphere, and Jessica was very nice, greeted me right when I stopped in. I never been here before. So much positive energy going on with people in here. You can really taste the quality in the coffee here. I had a good experience!
Always a good experience! The employees are very attentive and welcoming. Coffee and food is out of this world. If you’re looking for a clean well light work environment or hangout look no further then Mylo.
Definitely "with it." Hip and casual design, friendly staff, tons of seating and spaces to work. Excellent baked goods. Fun little part of town too with other shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Enjoying Little Rock today.
Food was very good, espresso was well roasted and well prepared, but the drip was really lacking.
Super friendly and the coffee is amazing. The food is good too. You can’t go wrong with Mylos. They offer the best customer service
Perfectly micro foamed latte, with beautiful art and smooth mellow coffee. We tried the shortbread cookie, which was wonderful. They offer a good sized menu and while they have a nicec sized area, all seats were taken.
Nice little spot for a snack and cup of joe
Friendly staff, tasty espresso!
Tied for best coffee shop in town, in my opinion. Their menu is not overly cluttered, like some coffee shops. The staff is friendly, often engaging in conversation with you while you go through the motions of ordered. They have a decent selection of locally made pastries and other treats to peruse. The whole facade of the building is glass, which allows you to look out across beautiful Kavanaugh Ave and the Hillcrest neighborhood, or to simply enjoy the natural light as you chat with friends, study, or read a book.
By far the best coffee shop in Little Rock—or all of Arkansas even. The drinks and food options are delicious, the atmosphere is perfect for working, studying or catching up with a friend, and the staff is helpful and friendly!
I am a HUGE coffee drinker. My favorite thing is trying out new shops in new places. I’ve been following Mylo on Instagram for awhile and just never traveled to LR until today. Was not disappointed! I got the coconut caramel latte and WOW. This pic of me is when I tasted it! I literally said “this is SO good!!!” I am in LOVE
One of the best pour overs I've ever had.
Leigh Anna is the cutest barista. They have pretty nice muffins too.
Beautiful location, excellent coffee, house made interesting syrups, and yummy food. A must-go when I am in town.
Setting the standard for coffee in Arkansas. Also most authentic patisseries this side of the buffalo.
Kinda pretentious but food's good
Friendly staff and yummy treats, I had the home made masala chai in a bottle but requested it over ice with a shot of espresso.. Best chai in LilRock! (Edit: I would have liked to see some vegan pastry or lunch item!)
I really like the atmosphere and atheistic. The vanilla latte I ordered had a good flavor, it was light and not to strong (just how I like it). Opted not to get food, but sat for a while and enjoyed the view. The only place I could sit was at the bar facing out. It was very busy and crowded but that is not unusual for a Saturday.
Loved the ambience, great customer service
One of the best study and hangout spots in the city. Amazing coffee and even better food. Serves awesome beers and ice cream also. Hot spot for 20-40s
Love me some Mylo coffee! It is located in the historic Hillcrest neighborhood in Little Rock, Arkansas. They did a great job putting in floor to ceiling windows making it a happy place. Their pastries and bagels pair well with their beverages. Yes, they cater to coffee and tea drinkers alike. Lox Bagel, sausage muffin with an egg inside, pear pastry...you cannot go wrong with their food. You'll find business professionals and students during the day with a mix of the average Joe since this area is know for it's walk ability; close to restaurants and shops.
One of my favorite places to get coffee. Great vibe and friendly service. Quality is consistent. If you're there at lunch order the steak sandwich. A ma zing!
Love their drinks
interesting bakery items with great coffee in laid back environment. Gluten free donuts. I love the cheese buttermilk muffins.
The internet is really slow. If there is more than 6 people in the shop, you can not use internet. I told them several times that they need to change their router and provider. They need to get a wireless router that is fast and support multiple people in the shop. It is not a home. I am going there to study and utilize the internet. When I sit and buy my drink, it is extremely disappointed not to use internet.
Rosewater cappucino is amazing, so is kouign amann !!
Good bakery, good coffee. The cortado was very tasty even when a bit light. The molasses cookie was the best ever!
Great coffee here just what your waiting for give it a try
Great little neighborhood coffee shop. It's a perfect place to meet up with friends.
Hipster coffee shop in a good location. I do like this place, the coffee is pretty good, but I do have a few issues with the location as a whole. Just about every time I have been in there it has been crowded. That's a good sign and a good thing for business but usually there's no where to sit. There's only one bathroom which is probably not enough for that many people, and there's also a really strange odor coming from area near the kitchen/bathroom. It was bad enough last couple times to make me contemplate leaving, but I ordered anyway. I found a seat on the opposite side of the restaurant so the smell didn't affect me.
Myles has great coffee! And a comfortable atmosphere! However I must say that each time I venture in there for a meeting, or get together the staff seems a little standoffish. I just wish they were a little more customer service friendly. Other than than, it’s a golden coffee coffee shop.
Great selection
Always fun to see what unusual pastry and baked good flavor combinations Mylo will come up with. Great place for specialty coffee and pastries. Bit pricey. Great range of origin-specific coffees, which you can buy in bulk as well. Always busy.
J : "Do you have an aeropress?" MC : "no" J : "Do you have a french press? MC : "no" J : "Can I get some heavy whipping cream?" MC : "we don't have that" J : "Do you have sugar-free Hazelnut flavoring?" MC : "no" J : "Can I get a large?" MC : "we only have one size." J : "Pardon me, but I noticed my order was $19.75, I only ordered 3 cups of coffee" MC : *realizes they charged me for 4 cups of coffee instead of the 3 I ordered then fixes it.* I do realize that sometimes you just get caught in the cross-hairs of a bad situation or strike out on odd-ball questions. That being considered, my experience was still particularly bad. If the coffee had been intergalactically amazing then I would've left a better rating, but it was just "ok." Perhaps my frustration with the situation made the coffee taste worse than it actually was?
Worst Americano I’ve ever had. Tasted like sour water which means their espresso is weak. My fiancé’s latte tasted like water as well so you know that’s bad because there’s no water in a latte. The barista was cold as ice. They only have almond milk as the nondairy milk option which I find truly shocking because it’s pretty much the worst nondairy option for coffee as it isnt creamy. Not even soy milk? Basically third world conditions. This place is just so overhyped. 3 stars is for the coffee cardamom shortcake which was UH-mazing but why can’t we have great coffee and great dessert? Not at Mylo
Delicious! Lox and bagels today with a mocha. Nice atmosphere, very local. Much better than the big chains.
