This place is amazing. I accidentally stubbled in to here after many other restaurants were busy, and I'm so glad. I ordered the cinnamon french toast, and it was the best french toast I've ever had. All the members of my family loved what they got, just as much as I did. The staff members were extremely friendly, and the scenery was beautiful. It looked just like a French home, only Disney World had decor this good, and this was a lot cheaper. Jokes aside, the only downside is that the parking lot is hard to get into, but the amazing food, scenery, and staff out weigh it. If you're visiting Little Rock, this is a must see.

It sounds all French and fancy but it's just a typical cookie-cutter franchise cafe that serves pretty westernized versions of "French" food. Decor is kinda like what would happen if McAllister's and Panera Bread had a baby and raised it in Colonial Williamsburg. Also the bathrooms will attempt to teach you French, which definitely isn't the worst thing you might hear in a bathroom.

The food here was delicious, well worth what we paid for it. They had a fireplace and plenty of seating, and the manager was extremely personable. He gave us a few suggestions, and was patient through our indecision, and we settled on the Turkey cranberry sandwich. I typically don't like Turkey, but I was pleasantly surprised by the mix of flavors and I would order again. We're definitely making this a regular spot.

Went to brunch today. Chose a table by the windows, not realizing it also put the chair I was seated in directly in front of the door to the patio, making it necessary for me to actually move/get up several times when someone went out to patio. I pointed this out to the manager as we were preparing to leave. His reply? Corporate tells them where to put tables and now I know not to sit there.

We stopped here on our way back to Texas from Indiana. We had the croissant French toast and it was excellent! The staff was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean and has a nice atmosphere. I was very happy to learn there is one of these close to where I live as well. I will definitely return!

They always make me feel welcome and they go above and beyond to make sure my order is exact. One of the best places for high quality desserts. Every visit is always five stars.

I really like Madeleine French bakery because breakfast and meals are a lot different than other places. My least favorite thing is the expense for a restaurant that you order at a counter and not waited upon. But when I'm looking for something different than IHOP and Cracker Barrel I think Madeleine's French bakery is the place to go. I will say though their coffee is 3 times better than both IHOP and Cracker Barrel.

I'm disappointed every time I come here......after giving them another chance today with a French dip mushroom soup and one of each mini tart The French dip is the most bland thing I've ever put in my mouth and the mushroom soup has the viscosity of gravy with some grittyness and like pulverized mushrooms The tarts were fine ......not great not good ......fine

Another great meal at La Madeleine. After a busy and tiring work week, then a long and busy day shopping, this was the perfect choice for dinner. Greeted with a very cheery Bon Jour, by multiple employees, when we walked in the front door. The restaurant was spotlessly clean and welcoming. When I was ordering, the staff was smiling and friendly, and very patient with answering questions about some of the meal choices. Food came quickly and it was hot and delicious. After our meal, we went to the dessert/pastry counter and received the same excellent service.

Took a 78 year old Former Marine into your Plano store and he was refused a glass of wine because he had no ID on him. I realize that an ID is important , but the manager didn't have enough courtesy to make an exception for a man that was clearly over 21....... or was it a bias against a military veteran?

I had the pleasure of having lunch at this new Little Rock gem the other day! This is a wonderful addition to Little Rock! The atmosphere is great! They have an excellent friendly staff and the service was phenomenal! I had the strawberry and bacon spinach salad that was amazing! I can't wait to come back and would definitely recommend this place to all! Definitely worth the drive from Atkins!

They've discontinued some of their most popular items recently which is very unfortunate. The food is classical French with some minor modern updates but on the whole it's fairly basic French cuisine. If not for the stellar atmosphere I'm not sure I'd come back because several dishes are so... basic.

This place has one of the best brunches and lunches in the Little Rock area. My to go order looked just like the pictures on the menu. Impressive. Most places decrease portions when you order to go, but not here. And it's reasonably priced. I recommend anytime of the day.

I really love the food at this place. There are several coffee options dessert options and Americanized French country cuisine. I think it's great but my French friends tell me it's not the most authentic. Either way it's some really good cooking. I've been many times and usually get the chicken Cordon Bleu. I also like to try a different dessert every time. Check it out!

Really nice upscale restaurant! Romantic fireplace and free tasty bread. You order at the counter and get your drinks, silverware, free bread, and napkins by yourself. Choose your own seat and a short while later someone from the kitchen will bring the food out to you.

I placed an order for a dozen creme brulees for my birthday on Sunday. When I arrived to pick up my order this morning (Tuesday), the employee on the phone had keyed it in as parfaits. When they tried to correct this, they DOUBLED the price I was quoted and made no attempt to remedy the situation. There went my birthday party. Thanks for nothing.

I love this place. They have the best quiche around & their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend going here for a light lunch or an early supper. The interior is cozy with a huge open fireplace & it has plenty of room in between the tables. If even just for coffee or tea you should stop in to check out their pastries!!! The best caramel Creme Boulett I've ever had. If you're a caramel lover then you must check out their sweets.

Beef crepe had classic signs of being heated up in the microwave. Steam coming off food, beef dry and cold in places, parts of sauce also cold. Sent it back, came back hotter but still cold in places. Went ahead and ate it because I don't like complaining. Would have probably been a good plate of food had it been made fresh. Disappointed with my first experience.

I have been anxiously awaiting the opening and this place does not disappoint! If you gave up because of the long line you missed out because it was worth the wait! So far I've tried it for breakfast, lunch and dinner and have loved it each time. Some of my favorites so far are the Cream of Mushroom Soup, The Parisian Eggs Benedict, Chocolate Almond Croissant and the not-to-be-missed Coconut Macaroons!

My husband and I found this little Cafe after Church, when nothing alas was open. Best kept secret in LR! He had the French Dip Sandwich and I had quiche Loraine. Both meals were fabulous. Went for lunch. Enjoyed the "cozy" home atmosphere and helpful staff. Food was quick to the table and delicious! Great French Onion soup and sandwiches. The pesto pasta salad was a great side dish to my "Croque Monsieur" sandwich, piled with lots of juicy sliced ham and cheesy goodness. Great complimentary breads and spreads while you wait for your food (which won't be long at all)! Excited to be trying dinner there tonight! Overall, great atmosphere (big patio will be perfect in the fall/spring), helpful staff, delicious food, short waits for food, and easy on the wallet!

Wow, this place is terrible. The eclair literally tastes nowhere near as good as a grocery store eclair that comes in a clamshell pack of 6 on sale for $1.49. And the mini lemon tart tasted like a gross refrigerator. We had the napoleon, the eclair, and lemon tart. All too sweet.

First of all, I only gave it 3 stars because there were three leaks in the dining area when we went. The food selection was spot on for light French cuisine. The quiche filling was light as air but wasn't seasoned adequately. The croissiant french toast is AMAZING. My husband ordered his per the menu, but I had my daughter's served with the fruit on the side... there's a lot of fruit. I also had a mimosa. The orange juice has a hefty amount of pulp (which I don't like). The hot chocolate, though pretty, doesn't taste very good. I would go back just to try the crepes.

My husband and I LOVE this place! We come here all the time for a Chicken Parisien and a Cappuccino. I'm half French and they do whatever possible to keep the atmosphere, recipes, and service as authentic as possible. Great prices, lovely people, mouthwatering and healthy menu options are just some of the things you'll get at this restaurant and it's an automatic go-to for us when we have the means to eat out.

Well to tell the truth I didn't want to have our LifeShare Group Meeting at Le Madeleine tonight. But, I changed my mind completely when I got there. They have completed changed and updated the menu. The service was good and the employees helpful. The ambiance is still impressive and now the food matches. We had a really good time tonight and I will be back.

Who can debate the divineness of the French breakfast, anyway? It's beauty takes on another level in this cafe. The place looks as authentic as it could be. Croissant was perhaps the best I've ever had. We had a great breakfast and I am so glad that we stopped by here. The servers and the staff are very friendly and the place is a sleek, clean place. Lots of small and big tables and two very big tables for extended families. Parking is not a problem. Check it out.

I first visited La Madeline in Texas about 8 years ago and I loved the place. I was so excited to know that they built a La Madeline here in Little Rock. I still have the same great experience. Great food, great atmosphere and I love the coffee. I highly recommend La Madeline

I visited for breakfast today. Service sucked! After waiting over 34 minutes for, my Mocha. I asked the General Manager when will I get my drink. He said oh sorry, let us make it. 15 minutes past still no drink. At this point. I’m upset. The manager say oh sorry, I thought you had it by now. He did refund me. He me made feel, as I bother him. When in fact! I paid for and item they never made. They’re are always unorganized, slow, and the food really haven’t been good, my last couple of visits.

If you’ve ever been to France and you’re hoping to revive a memory just watch Casablanca instead. I had the country French breakfast and the bacon was like jerky. The potato gallate was the consistency of a soggy cow pie. The coffee is good and the eggs were good although they don’t comprehend poached. Julia Child would be horrified!
