One of the best bakeries in Conway. But, they have also some,limited breakfast items along with lunch. I usually order the chocolate donuts just to take care of my chocolate fix which is limited.

Megan and Stacey, y’all are both lost. That bakery gets voted best of everything for a reason! I’ve received some of the best customer service there is out there-I’ve met Allie, she is very knowledgeable and a sweet heart-along with the rest of their staff. I’m always greeted by several friendly smiles and I never feel like just another customer. You pair that with the best sweets(and breakfast) in the state-what more could you ask for!

My husband ordered a cake for our son’s second birthday. Everything was fine at the time he ordered (the week before the party) - he even emailed them the design and they replied that they had received it. The cake was supposed to be ready by 2:30pm the day before my son’s party. I got there at 3pm and they seemed very confused and then said that it wasn’t ready yet. I didn’t get it until after 3:30pm. I think that they actually forgot to make it. It is nothing like the design that my husband sent them. Additionally, it looks thrown together and the design job is sloppy. We requested that our son’s name be put on top of the cake along with Happy Birthday. At first I couldn’t find it. It’s squished on the front (not top) of the cake. The worst part of the situation is that Julie’s Sweet Shoppe REFUSES to even talk to us about it, much less acknowledge us. They offered to make things right with other customers on their Facebook page, but they seem to pick and choose customers.

Excellent place for breakfast... I'm hooked on the chocolate gravy. Everyone is super friendly and goes over the top with service. Oh yeah...I thought the bags of chips with the note attached saying, "You're All That and a Bag of Chips" was very clever! If you haven't been there, go try it!

I buy fried pies and cookies from Julies for my clients and they are always a big hit. They also made an awesome custom cake for my wife's birthday that scored me some serious brownie points. Service is always prompt and friendly. You can't go wrong with this bakery.

Save the money and go to Shipley's. The ham and cheese croissant was very good. The person who helped me was very kind. The owner came up behind her to help another customer and looked at me like I was yesterday's trash. Not the best experience. Our money spends the same as everyone else's. I was just dressed in comfy black pants and a hoody since it is 23 out! Guess that isn't acceptable attire.

Julie's made two cakes for my parents' 60th wedding anniversary. They were absolutely beautiful. In addition to being gorgeous they tasted wonderful. The folks there were helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

i ordered a key lime pie for my friends birthday and it was horrible. i have never seen a key lime pie like this. all it was was cool whip with a lime flavor. i am so angry and disappointed. i will never order from here again. this was the worse key lime pie that i have ever had. i paid $15.00 for nothing thanks a lot now i have to go spend more money to get a real key lime pie!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perfection dipped in delicious sugar and decorated in splendor. Love this place! Me. Julie treats everyone with kindness and respect. Portions are huge! Prices are fair.

I have used Julie's several times. But this time it was not a good experience. I ordered a double layered choc cake with creme cheese icing and 6 cake pops. Almost 50 dollars. The pops were dry and hard. The cake decorations were disappointing and the cake tasted like it was frozen. I was not happy with the results.

I have stopped into Julie's on occasion for a quick lunch or a snack, but had never ordered from them before. However, my daughter ordered a birthday cake from them this past February and it was absolutely beautiful, so I decided to try them when I needed a cake. I ordered a 2 tiered cake for a retirement dinner, and took a picture with me. I picked the cake up today, and it was lovely. It was as close to the picture as they could make it, and I was very pleased. However, my first concern was noting that the cake was not in the cooler with the other cakes, but sitting out on a counter; it had cream cheese frosting and this is July. I thought that a little odd, but figured they were the professionals, not me, so I took the cake and carefully drove to my destination, less than five miles away; I followed the instructions on the waiver they had me sign: I drove slowly, didn't hit any bumps, no sudden stops. I drove like I was hauling nitroglyerine. When I arrived and brought the cake inside it was ruined. The soft frosting on the top tier had turned loose (it wasn't even adhered to the side of the cake) and slid off onto the bottom tier. And yes, it was the side that had the writing on it. I was so sad that I cried. This was a $93 cake, although it was tasty it was very ugly.

Absolutely horrible place. I called and talked to girl named Ally and she was very unhelpful. I asked for a dozen strawberry cupcakes a week in advance and wanted strawberry filling in them. I called to change the order to 2 dozen but she insisted they don't do that even though I ordered them a few days before that. She had a horrible attitude and wouldn't let me talk to a manager or look up my order to change the number. NEVER going back if I see her or talk to her again.

Nice bakery right off the I-40 exit. Lots of fresh sugary treats sure to satisfy any sweet tooth in your family. I love the fried pies personally. Cute decorations and plenty of space to dine in or take away. If your ever passing through Conway Arkansas give them a try. They have more then just baked goods.

I went here for wedding cake tasting. I had an awesome experience! I felt at home as soon as I walked through the door. Kathy was very patient and listened carefully to fulfill all of my needs! I ordered a four tier wedding cake from them for my wedding on June 8th and I can’t be more excited. Thank you all! I couldn’t have went to a better place.

Had a bad service to. I placed the order 3 days ahead. I paid for my cupcakes in the phone but Allie charged $48 instead of around $30. The price didn't sound good so I called back the next day and glad I did. They insisted giving me more cupcakes instead of giving back my money. All I wanted was 24 plain chocolate cupcake with that white icing for a early xmas party. I went through all this a month ago. It wouldn't be so bad if they gave me money back. Instead I lost bout $20. Not goin back. Those managers also treat their staff horribly. They shame on girls upfront when there were people watching. I saw 1 tearin up on time.

The place has a great atmosphere, very nice staff and their food is really good. Personally though I think it is a bit pricy and they dont have much of a selection of savory foods. Nice place if you want something small and swet

They ruined my daughter's 1st birthday cake! We showed them a picture and even emailed it to them and they only made half of it and it didn't even look like what we wanted! Then we took the cake back and they argued with us and wouldn't fix it. We had to take it to Kroger and have it fixed and finished. I will NEVER use this place again and will never recommend it. What a great first impression we got.

I ordered a cake for my son’s 8th birthday. I told them I wanted a 2 tier custom Mario cake and feel free to be creative price wasn’t an issue. How disappointing! It is not two tier, plain white icing, with a cheap printed Mario picture on top and nothing on the sides. I could have got a better cake at any grocery store bakery. I don’t know who gets the advertised cakes that are creative and beautiful but it wasn’t us.This literally took 10 min to throw together. Save your money and go to Walmart.

I ordered a 24oz shake. Once I walked out of the door, sunlight illuminated the container, revealing it was only 3/4 full. I went back I and questioned the gal that helped me as to why it wasn't a full shake, but it was full price. Her response was 'we ran out of that ice cream.' She offered to blend it with a different flavor. I requested a refund and left.

I went in to purchase cupcakes for a birthday occasion but decided to purchase various sweets instead. The young lady that took my order acted like this would be a problem since she would have to write the order down and then place the items in a box. Is this not what Julie's Sweet Shoppe & Bakery is in business for - to sell sweets to a customer like me who can not decide and want to try more than one item? The donuts were good, but the remaining items were not my favorite - so since it was a bother to take my order I will make sure not to come back.
