I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s in my hometown so I could be perceived as being partial, but I promise I am not. Great place to eat. Clean, perfect preparation, wonderful staff!!! And the prices are so reasonable. Keep on keeping on! Oh, and the baked goods are to die for.

We, my wife and I, were promptly waited on and ordered a simple breakfast. Then we waited. After 30 minutes and 4 tables that ordered after us received their food we asked the waitress about our order. She replied that the cook was making more gravy which was delaying our order. 15 minutes and the 5th table that ordered after us received their food we got up and left. We'll never visit this place again.

I was passing through and saw this little place and they just happen to have a taco salad special, my favorite!! It's a very nice, clean, friendly little place. It looks little from outside, but it's amazing how much seating they actually have. Plus a bakery with fresh baked goodies! ☺

This place has great burgers for a good price! The burger plate includes French fries that are seasoned and delicious! If you are staying at Bull Shoals and looking for a good place to have a quick meal, this should be your first stop. Friendly staff, great food, easy to access, fast service! 6 people with me on the 4th of July 7pm. Right after the parade. We were sat right down and fed fast. THE PLACE WAS VERY CLEAN!!! I had a Philly sandwich it was delicious. Highly recommend this place the waiter even checked on us about 8 times she was fast and polite.I wish I lived closer to here. I would recommend this place.cost for 6 people eating full meals was affordable too.

Simple, old-fashioned food here. The club is the real thing: three slices of toast, meat, cheese, lettuce, bacon cut in wedges. Real onion rings. Servers who remember what you drink. Delicious pastries for dessert or carry out. It's a real good place.

I was greeted when I walked in the door by the two lovely ladies behind the counter. There's definitely a friendly atmosphere. The food arrived shortly after I ordered (I got the club sandwich), and was delicious and HUGE. I could hardly fit the sandwich in my mouth, it's definitely two meals worth. The fries are fresh, crispy, and delicious! After my meal I got their maple sweet potato cheesecake, which is totally to die for! If I'm ever in Bull Shoals again I'll definitely stop by Hank & Katies again! I mighy come back just for the cheesecake!

Well we are here again today, only because Connie's is closed since the employees are all sick. The rest of Connie's regulars are are here too. The service today was very slow. The waitress only checked back to bring the check. Neither waitress was friendly, just took your order, that's it. I wouldn't recommend this place if you are looking for a social area to enjoy good food and friends.

To-Go Order Wrong - TWICE - Then Hung Up On Dear Linda….. If you screw up a to-go order twice you shouldn’t make things worse by being rude and hanging up on a customer. While the food was pretty decent but I sure do regret the 20% tip. Not sure I’ll be headed back to Hank & Kates
