My boys love these cookies. We often use as a bribe/reward/treat when we are in Lexington. They always get the cookies with the cream in the center...... and yes they taste as good as they look. They are buy 3 get 1 free so it works out great for my family of four when me and the husband decide we want a treat too. I can only eat about half so I always have leftovers that I can enjoy later. The m&m ones are my favorite. Absolutely Delicious!!!!

I get goodies from this location almost every shopping visit. My daughter loves this place so i decided to order her a $30 cookie cake 2 weeks b4 i needed. Paid the day i placed order. Had my mom pick it up so it would be a surprise. They had no idea about my order. Was kinda rude to my mom. Then they say they will go ahead and make one up for us. It was beautiful! As i cut into the cookie...its hard as a rock. Everyone was saying how stale it was. Really disappointed and not sure if i will order from again.

They never have fudge brownies anytime I come. The employees and manager always say that the weekend is when they will have them, yet they still never do. On top of this, they are always incredibly rude with how they speak to me and my lovely wife. If I could give this place zero stars I certainly would. Will never go back.

Wait for a cake was over an hour but, the party I was going to was in Bentonville. When I finally got the cake, it was cooked too long. I like my cakes gooey in the middle and in ten minutes, like the NWA Mall store makes them!

It was upsetting when the didn't do sons birthday cookie as ordered. They left off the whole design, soccer. I called to make sure they would understand exactly what we wanted. When we picked it up they said sorry and just threw in a tiny soccer ball in a corner and here you go. The design I ordered was online I just didn't want as much icing. Wasn't very impressed.

I’ve been ordering cookie cakes for 5 years for many different occasions and there has only been one incident where the cake wasn’t ready and we had to wait, despite them saying it would be ready by then. EVERY other time has been great, cookies fresh and designs always turn out how we want.

Terrible customer service. Cake wasn't done on time, and my daughter was yelled at by one of the employees. I will never do business with them again. There are plenty of other bakeries wolho would appreciate the business and be respectful to their customers.

The worker seemed to have a cold. Sneezed not once but twice. Once toward her hand which held the bag to put cookies in. Then again in front of the open cases. I decided against cookies.

My family has ordered at least 6 Cookie Cakes for various occasions over the years, & they have always been delicious!! Decorations always look fantastic, the cookie cakes are always delicious & moist, and the staff is always helpful & friendly making sure I get the custom designs I want. The Cookie Cakes are always a big hit & usually what my son prefers over a regular Birthday cake. Would highly recommend!!

Horrible experience with management. After ordering a monster High themed cookie cake for a catholic school going away party, we were presented with a cake of the wrong type and a skull that would not be acceptable for the day of the dead. All management did was blame my wife for an inadequate description of what was desired and took no responsibility for this issue. Any person with a young child knows the skull we wanted and the staff had make it clear that it would be no problem. Once demanding a refund for this unacceptable cake, all they would do is continue to state that it was our fault; but did give a voucher for a free cookie cake. Not sure why management thinks this is acceptable. Why would anyone want to be given two horrible cakes. Also noted many flies within display case during this discussion. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Today was the 40 yr anniversary. It was great that you offered free cookie cake give away however I believe it should have been done on a per family basis not customer. After standing in line for an hour there were families that came out that would have a child carrying a cookie and then their parents too. Everyone around me was hoping it would actually be per family so we would all have a chance to get one but that's not how it was. The ad did said 1 per customer however it should be paying customer, parents are the paying customers. I believe it would be better to give more customers a chance to celebrate your accomplishments and not limit it to minimal families. Thank you

I ordered 2 cookie cakes for my daughters going away monster high party at school and I showed them exactly what I wanted. 2 chocolate chip cookie cakes. One blue heart and one monster high skull. I got a sugar cake and a chocolate chip with a horrible design on both. Everyone hated it. Tried to get refunded and they told us it wasn’t their fault.

This is the location inside Fayette Mall's food court. Not only are the cookies amazing and fresh, but the staff here is always friendly and helpful. The Dominos are addicting!
