I ordered a cake, cupcakes, cookies and mini cupcakes for my daughters baby shower and they all turned out absolutely perfect and tasted so delicious that they were a hit at the party. I reccomend Fancy Flour Bakery to anyone who needs above quality cakes. The price i paid for what i got was amazing. I cant wait until i can have another event so i can use them again. Thank you ladies so much for making our special day even better!!!

IT WAS HORRIBLE!!!!!! Ordered a cake for my sons 2nd birthday and when I picked it up it looked so AWFUL!! The design was NOT what I asked for!! The characters on top of the cake were falling apart and looked like a 3yr old put them together!! When I asked if there was any way they could fix it, I was told that the owner was already gone for the day. I asked if she could reach her, she said no. I reluctantly accepted the cake but told her that I WAS NOT satisfied and wanted a partial refund or another cake, she assured me that she would let the owner know and she would make things right. Not only was the cake a mess on the outside, the inside filling was WRONG!! I asked for a yellow cake with nutella/pecans on one side and fresh cut strawberries with cream on the other. I ended up with a chocolate cake with hazelnuts and a plain strawberry cake that tasted HORRIBLE!!!! When I was finally able to speak to the owner I was told that I wasn’t getting a refund or a cake!! She blamed me for the disaster of a cake, stating that since I took the cake out of the store then she was not obligated to reimburse me anything!!!!! I explained to her that the girl told me that I could take the cake and work something out with her the next day, she preceded to call me a liar and said that the girl never told me that instead she had asked me if I wanted them to fix it for me and I told her no and that it was my fault for not knowing their procedures!!!!! This experience was THE WORST one I’ve ever had with any kind of store or company!!!! They ruined my sons birthday cake and then acted very unprofessional about the whole situation. If my store messed something up, I would bend over backwards trying to resolve everything!! I have pictures of the cake on their website as proof of the horrible job they did!! It might not be a big deal to them, but this was a precious memory and milestone for my family and I chose to make them a part of it

Great bakery! Called on Wednesday and they had me a custom cake by Friday! My little boy was thrilled and guests complimented on how yummy it was. Reasonable price and great quality!

FANTASTIC CAKE! This was the best red velvet I have ever had! Loved the overall design of the cake. It smells delicious in there making it very hard to walk out with one of the tasty treats in the case. The cookies and cream cake balls are addictively good. Go here for all you cake needs!

I'm very disappointed and highly upset I placed an order for a theme lion king party for my grandson's1st birthday which was almost ruined due to they forgot to make his smash cake,cake,cookies, cake pops which was all the desserts for his party the excuse the order was left on the printer my daughter cried they couldn't make the order after the mistake they had made due to it was to detailed and time we where given a full refund but I would have repeated the owner if she would have came in and at least tried to get some of the order together or even make a cake just to have something to make up for their mistake but I feel she didn't care and I will never use or refer anyone to this bakery ever but will let everyone know the unprofessional experience we had.
