We live in New Mexico and this is a must visit when we go to Phoenix. Wish we had one in Albuquerque. They made the cake and catered mi niece's Quinceañero and it was amazing. Highly recommend!

Great looking pastries and cakes, but I found them too sweet for me. The sugar overpowers the natural flavors. I like European and Asian style bakeries where the products aren't as sweet. They do have cool flavors like coconut and guava.

The restaurant may be small, but they offer great authentic Puerto Rican flavor! The Pan Sobao was on point, and just how I remember it on the island. They have delicious sandwich options, and Puerto Rican specialty items on weekends. The desserts are delectable. They also create beautiful event cakes because it is also a bakery. I found some pantry items that are specific to Puerto Rico as well. All in all, a great experience. You'll have to try the Cafe con Leche...

I just walked in on a whim of curiosity not more than fifteen minutes prior to writing this. The man working there was very friendly and answered all of my questions- I had a lot, as I've never been to Puerto Rican bakery and I wasn't even aware that this was a Puerto Rican bakery upon my visit. I bought a coffee and some kind of pastry that I can't remember the name of. It's filled with cream cheese and has a soft, flakey crust with bits of sugar and honey coating the outside. This is the most delicious pastry I've ever had, and I'm an exceptionally finicky sweets eater- as I normally only indulge in quality chocolate. I already can't wait to go back and get another and some to share with my family! The coffee really blew my mind though. It's so smooth I drank it hot and without sugar in this 110 degree summer heat! Not even a hint of bitterness. I'm so happy I took a chance on this charming hole in the wall! I'll be happily returning soon.

We just found a awesome small restaurant. The food is amazing! They have everything, from the pastries, sofrito, malta India, quesito, empanadas, etc. They also have the best boricua food I had ever eaten outside Puero Rico but just on weekends. Small place but Friendly staff, almost like family atmosphere. Loved the experience. Get the coffee too and pan soboa by the pounds. Enjoy it!

This man has no shame he took my $200 deposit and on top made me sign a contract. Well to my surprise when i came back to check on my cake he asked me for another $200 to wich i replied i had already done when i signed the contract he then proceeded to show me my contract where he alone added a note saying no deposit was given. These people are a scam do not trust them time and money wasted.
