Ordered a Wedding cake one month before the Wedding tried calling a more than a fee times to pay for it. Not once did I ever get a call back. On the day of the Wedding went to pick it up at 11am cake was not ready it took another 45mims waiting for the Wedding cake to be done. It was a terrible decorating job you could see the cake threw the frosting. I asked for daisy and chef items to be placed as decoration around the cake. None 2 daisies on top I asked for a bride and groom on top of the cake I got a mr and mrs altogether a bad experience I will not be back

Delicious pastries and cappuccinos. The prices are really reasonable. We got 3 pastries (one of which was a huge cinnamon roll), a mocha, and a cappuccino for $14. Starbucks would have been at least $25 and would've been the premade junk. This was homemade good stuff. They're in the basement under the hotel, but visible from the outside of the building. We'll be going there again next time we're in Prescott.

The BEST apple pie, EVER. It really is a small store front but it has the best brownies, pies and cookies in Prescott. I highly recommend it. By the way, the owner and staff are super friendly too.

My husband and I stopped by and mistakenly used the wrong door. We awkwardly walked in around a table that was partially blocking the door for no apparent reason. A staff member was sitting at the table and seemed very unpleasant and annoyed with us being there. Especially since we came in the wrong door. She didn't smile and seemed unhappy to help us. It's a shame because I love supporting local but how I am treated is just as important as the taste . I give them 4 stars because the cookie and canoli was delicious. Business didn't seem to be hopping so why does it matter how people get inside? Why not be inviting and it will help so much because you have so many people walking by. Prop open your main door, smile when people come in and act like you appreciate your customers and boost those 5 star reviews!

Dear Grama "Grama's bakery" ,I just wanted to let you know that I've had a lot of lemon cookies over my 48 yrs. On 2/24/18 I stopped in to grab a snack for the ride back to Glendale. I grabbed a Lemon Cream cookie.This was the Best Damn Lemon cookie of an variety that I've ever eaten.

A beautiful "hole in the wall" locally run bakery. Every item for sale is fresh baked & delicious. Nothing here leaves you with that gut bomb feeling after you've enjoyed it. The service is always friendly and courteous. Highly recommended!

Very rude and unprofessional. I ordered a small cake early Tuesday morning, salesperson said owner was baking another small cake the next day and shouldn't be a problem. The next day the owner called and said she didn't do same day. I explained I was there the day before her answer "will I wasn't". Thank goodness for Fry's bakery. They saved the special occasion and appreciate their customers.

Have ways been enticed by the delicious aromas wafting from their subterranean location. Last night, during Acker Night, we finally stopped in. While very tiny, and extremely busy, the staff quickly helped us get our cookies with smiles on their faces. As we walked around downtown, I wished I had more than just 2 chocolate chip cookies to enjoy. Will have to go back and try more another time!

The following reviews collected from my family with the goodies we bought: Cherry turnover? Yum. Giant sugar cookie? Holy cow. Brownie? Divine. Macaroon? It was guuud. Oatmeal raisin cookie? Wow. And last but not least by any means: the cheese Danish. OMG, might just be the best thing I have EVER put in my mouth.

My family and I were attracted to this bakery from the smell alone. It felt like it was carrying us in like a cartoon! We were so excited to walk inside and see the assortment of baked goods until it seemed our excitement was a buzz kill for the staff. We greeted the lady behind the counter working that afternoon and didn't get any kind of response (not even a smile). We ordered four chocolate chip cookies and a snickerdoodle but it seemed that we had interrupted something. We probably would have ordered and tried more if it felt more inviting, but we quickly left and didn't get any type of appreciation of business. It was also to my surprise, that when I tried the cookies later I didn't enjoy them. They were not sweet or even semi-sweet. Tasted like an older cookie that was on its way to being stale. It is very rare for me to not finish a cookie, and I personally didn't even eat half of either choc-chip or snickerdoodle. I'm unfortunately leaving a low review and I hop that this bakery can take the feedback and improve. I would love to revisit and be able to update this review.

Grama's Bakery is cutest little spot downtown! I picked up my pre-ordered Valentine's box filled with tasty treats for my kids today. As I walked in the door, a variety of giant cookies and mini cannolis in the display case caught my eye, so of course I had to get some of those as well! The employees were very friendly and everything has been delicious! Would definitely recommend Grama's Bakery!

Best selection of sweets, cinnamon rolls ,danishes, brownies ,sugar and chocolate chip cookies. Tastes just like my grandmas. This is a cash only as far as my last visit May 2019. Has been that way for years but if unsure call down there so you don't have to run to the atm. Hands down best little secret hideaway by St Michael's that we visit frequently when downtown. They are large portions and always fresh.

Went to presott rfrom phoenix to mosey around and enjoy the cooler weather. went to this bakery and was amazed. We got cookies an eclair a brownie and a canoli and all were absolutely fabulous. So moist and delicious! Best canoli we've had in Arizona and being from NYC we know our canolis! Owner was very friendly location is great right around the corner from the public parking garage. The store itself is a bit small but very quaint and totally worth going to. If I lived in Prescott it would be a problem having all these delicious treats tempting me everyday. If you are visiting Prescott stop by and get something sinfully delicious!

One of the few really good bake shops in Prescott. Selection is not large but baked goods from cookies to Napoleons to Danish are freshly made and very good. Prices are not as low as supermarket but the products are not "supermarket" either.

Lovely little hole-in-the-wall bakery with a friendly staff and a lovely selection of pastries: napoleons, eclairs, and turnovers to name a few. I had the custard napoleon, which was a dream: impossibly light and flakey dough with a cool, refreshing custard. I'll be coming back to try all the others!
