This Bakery is included in the category of Coffee shop.
Good mocha. Very cozy, even cramped, but clean and nice coffee shop plus food.
Wonderful people, wonderful food, wonderful drink, wonderful ambiance..one of my favorite hometown places for a wonderful time. I was there today..for takeout! Yummm!
The whole case is filled with gluten free baked goods that are the best in town. I get the waffles once a week. The atmosphere is cost and the staff is great.
Best coffee in town
Love the Chai! Great place to sit and talk with a friend or just hang out. Lots of kids in and out from the dance studio next door.
Expensive
Nice place
Great coffee and customer service!
Homemade food, delicious coffee, and amazing healthy options!
Grate delicious!!
Absolutely delicious gluten free/vegan sweets. The gluten free wrap is the best I’ve had in town, and that including the ones in the stores.
This has to be the cutest coffee cafe in all of Alaska - its clean, up to date, and down right adorable. I could spend all day in here just admiring all the little details and tasteful color scheme they've got going on. They have tons of …
Greek salad wrap was really small and seemed to lack any Greek dressing. Otherwise nice place.
Place is super adorable and and has a very chic look and feel. Good food and strong coffee! I think the overall look is awesome and staff is friendly. Prices are good. Made for just a small bite, not large portions. Only thing I recommend for improvement is maybe a coffee refill while sitting down and the Wi-Fi is a tad slow. Overall, will be back!
Awesome little cafe place.
Outstanding quality coffee and food for vegan food lovers and meet eaters alike. Meat is mostly chicken salad and the like, but great quality. The best options they have to offer are the treats in the glass case up near the cashier, which has many healthy snacks like parfaits, cookies, slices of cake, and the like. The coffee they sell here is to die for. Overall very clean, great atmosphere and exceptional customer service.
A mix of what can only be described as a hybrid between a yoga studio and a coffee shop, the mood here is absolute zen-like. If you happen to be driving past this place on college road, be sure to stop in.
Good food, good coffee, quick, and a nice building.
Cute inside, nice outdoor seating, friendly staff, and my espresso didn't taste burnt or like it'd been pulled with non-espresso roasted beans. Definitely will go back. Didn't get to try the fooood
Its always nice to see Andrew.
Charming but tiny. Food is quite good.
Amazing coffee and baked goods!
Excellent gluten free selection, great all around
The food and Chai were super yummy. It was pretty busy in there on a Saturday morning, but the staff were smiling, kind, and moving quickly! It was a little bit difficult to find a table, but it's a cute little place and hard to hold that against them.
Great environment and grest customer service!
Enjoyed the atmosphere, my wife says the coffee looks “pretty.” However.. we were pretty disappointed at the quality and quantity of their breakfast options. You can order a waffle, but if you want syrup and butter, it’s an extra charge.. …
First time visit to the Owl Cafe. I visited around the lunch hour (1pm), and it seemed steady but not too busy. Fast service, I had a tea latte with the Rose vanilla tea, and an Apple pie cupcake. The cupcake had just thr right amount of …
Delicious sandwiches soups and desserts and all gluten free! Very friendly staff too. What a wonderful option for the Fairbanks community. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that the portions were a bit small for the price, relative to other places in town.
Love this little cafe! I tried the chia pudding and would love to go get some more
This is a great little coffee and lunch spot! We especially enjoy the applesauce cookies and the superb coffee. It could do with a little more space to sit, but they make the best of the space available.
Absolutely love this place. My favorite is the Tuscan Turkey and love the gluten-free options. Always friendly and great service. Recommend this place for everyone.
Best place to settle a craving for some healthy food options or some fresh baked goods. Yummy tea lattes too!
Cute shop!
Came here for a nice girly date. It was the first time I had been here, and I had a nice cafe sandwich and a mocha. YUM!!! Very friendly staff, loved the atmosphere.
Adorable cafe, good coffee, okay wifi
One of my favorite cafe spots in Fairbanks. It's a little crowded during lunch and there can be a wait but the food is worth it!
Great coffee
The best Gluten Free pastries in the entire state!
Great coffee, and amazing gluten free baked goods! Most people wouldn't know they are GF!
Love Little Owl - Best place in town for coffee! Always have to get a cupcake, too (carrot cake and the coffee-maple!). Staff is always super friendly. Great every time!
Nice doppio, great wrap, good service. Lots of gf and flavorful choices. Great tea selection and nice atmosphere inside and out. We'll be back
Great service and some of the best coffee in town
Fresh and tasty sandwiches and soups. They even have some gluten free options.
Best crafted espresso in town. Onyx coffee is some of the best out there. Great that they use awesome roasted beans.
1st visit! Food was tasty! Bread was fresh and soft and all the flavors came thru wonderfully!
We go regularly. Nice environment.
It was easy to find.
Awesome little cafe. Great food and friendly staff. I love that they have their foods labeled as dairy free, gluten free, and vegan. Their food portions are good size for the price.
Excellent coffee shop with delicious pastries and desserts
Great coffee and indoor atmosphere, good sandwiches and delicious desserts. All desserts are gluten free and you can't even tell!
Please offer plastic straws. Thanks!
My wife and I have made three three visits and have had great food every time. There is an amazing selection of gluten free options and they actually don't taste like cardboard. It tastes amazing! I had the breakfast wrap and my wife will miss their GF waffles. We came back for coffee and snacks and were not disappointed. Coffee and almond cake make a great combo.
Always great food and amazing staff.
Great Coffee, good people, chill atmosphere.
Quaint little place... great Cortado, some homemade syrups, and great cupcakes!
One of my favorite cafes in town! Amazing variety of GF/vegan food and drink options. Can never go wrong with a tea latte from here!
Great atmosphere, good snacks and relatively expansive menu for breakfast and lunch for how small they are. Good prices too.
Fast service, great aesthetic, friendly staff, and most importantly, GOOD FOOD CHOICES! There's everything from green smoothies to fresh sandwiches to kale salad to (vegan!) pumpkin bread, amazing taste to EVERYTHING, lots of vegetarian/vegan/gluten free foods. And of course, theres some cheat foods... My favorite!
LOVE this place! Their staff is very friendly and understanding of dietary needs. They have a large drink menu with several dairy substitute options. A decently sized menu for a cafe, with taste soups! Their baked goods are delicious! They are almost entirely gluten free, with many dairy free and vegan options. Favorite: Cranberry Bread...AAAMAZING! Dislikes: sometimes the music is louder than I would like and they don't have their events posted very well. I've gone their a few times expecting a nice quite (as usual) place to write and think to just been busy with an event that I didn't even see posted. Plus: "First Friday" is when they introduce their new features local artist!
Great coffee and food offerings! Friendly staff, and a very cute, comfortable cafe!
Honestly, one of the best cups of espresso in town. Lovely food too.
I've only been there once to ask about soup! The lady working at the front didn't seem bothered at all by my weird soup questions, and even let me taste the soup they had made that day before I purchased. It was delicious and I did buy a couple cups to go. She was super nice and helpful, and the soup was delicious! Cafe area was clean and friendly.
Yummy
The only bad thing about this place is that they aren't open on Sundays. I fell in love with thier gluten free Cinnamon Rolls, such a treat when travelling as a coeliac.
We love this little coffee shop! I'm so glad a place like this exists in Fairbanks. If you have food allergies/dietary restrictions, this is the place to go! We usually come here in between grocery shopping to grab White Mochas (our favorite, it's delicious and not too sweet!) and something for our daughter who is allergic to many top allergens. Usually the soup of the day and quinoa salad are great options for our toddler (really healthy and flavorful) and they provide high-chairs to accomodate little ones which we really appreciate! They have a relaxed, calming atmosphere as well. Money-wise, I personally don't think they're expensive at all, we pay the same here we do any other restaurant in FBX. Difference is, it's all so much healthier.
It was great. The cupcake wasn't stale. The spinach wrap with ham was an okay size. The white mocha was delicious.
A beautiful little coffee shop in Fairbanks. Great coffee, friendly staff, lovely baked goods and a nice atmosphere all go into making this little coffee stop one of the stand-outs in the area. Thank you to the staff and to the batistas who all work hard to deliver such a great experience!
Quick service, friendly staff, and calming environment.
The drinks are tasty and the crewmembers are always awesome!
We visited from out of state and enjoyed it. Nice service and yummy breakfast and coffee. The atmosphere was very nice as well.
Awesome! Very good coffee and food. Welcoming and well designed (very feminine) space. Friendly and attentive staff. Reasonable prices. I had the mocha here twice. It was excellent both times. Not too sweet. I also tried the Italian wedding soup which was very good (and very hot). WiFi is a bit slow. Did not try anything from the cooler case but that was more of a function of my self control than the attractiveness of the items.
Gluten free & vegan options! Fabulous desserts and padtries
Love the coffee and the food. Applesauce cookies are the bomb and their wraps are amazing!
Nice, modern cafe with a young, friendly staff and fresh food options.
Best coffee I've ever had. Food is super fresh and delicious. Staff is super nice and helpful. And if I ever need to just relax after a stressful day this is the place to be.
Great price, fresh ingredients, and delicious food.
I loved everything about this place!
Excellent food and service!
Stopped there with my daughter. Had the most delightful piece of Matcha olive oil cake and coffee by the fireplace. Cute!
Great food and service. I love the owl deccor it was so cute.
I have a corn allergy. They checked ingredients to make sure what they served me had no corn.
Very cute. Makes some of the BEST cupcakes! Definitely try the vanilla mocha cupcake!!
Excellent coffee
Inside the Artisan Courtyard across from the Farmer's Market sits the Little Owl Cafe. You absolutely must come here and order the chai latte. They have the BEST one in town. Also, enjoy a tasty gluten free and vegan cupcake. I mean honestly most gluten free stuff tastes like tar to me, but these cupcakes were moist and delicious. I could hardly tell the difference between a "normal" cupcake. The staff is always very friendly and they have an awards program too. Love this place!!
Meh
Great selection of gluten free foods and desserts!
Very cute little shop! The workers brought over our drinks unexpectedly in a very quick fashion.
The only place I've found in Fairbanks that sells a somewhat green juice. The food was tasty and healthy and the atmosphere was relaxing. The entire Artisan Courtyard felt like a great place to wander, work, or take a dance/yoga/aikido class. I had a hummous-based sandwich which was delicious. I also tried a bit of their Belgian Waffle which was also very tasty.
They have the best apple sauce cookies.
Nice and friendly. Seasonal drinks are pretty good
Love this awesome Allergy friendly place
Such a fun place! Highly recommend! Great vegan options!
Lovely space. The best gluten-free baked goods I have ever had! Will definitely be back next time I’m in Fairbanks.
The lower rating is for the quality of food and value. We got sandwhiches and a coffee. The White Mocha was very watered down and didn't even taste like a mocha. They kindly made a new one when I brought it to the counter. It was delivered to our table by a manager I believe. It was improved, but still one of the worse specialty drinks I have had. I got a veggie sandwich. It was small, bland and lacking filling. It also got quite soggy quuckly. I may be rating harsher because I ordered the same items a couple months prior and they were much better quality and value for what was paid. The first visit it also came with a side. This time it did not. The menu still appeared to be advertising a side with a sandwich. I could be completely mistaken and not have realized I was charged extra. They really need include a side if the sandwiches are that small. I really enjoy the location and the staff are polite. I just may stick to baked goods and try a different drink.
Great stuff for the gluten free folks.
Good coffee and good atmosphere :)
Good drinks and eats but the wifi is sooo slow. I would spend so much more money here if I could actually get some work done.
Love this place. Their coffee and teas are super good and I hate gluten free-food-- but their's is so dang good you'd never know the difference!
Nice little spot but was overall a little disappointed on the plate size. It was expensive for what it was. We had the egg sandwiches and the food was fine but our drinks tasted the same even though I ordered a vanilla chai and my friend …
Good coffee and not bad food, but they always sooo slow due to high traffic. If you ready to wait 20 minutes for your cup of jo and 30 minutes for a wrap, stop by.
Great food with so many gluten free choices! I asked if they had any gluten free cupcakes, and I was so excited when I was told that ALL of the desserts were gluten free!
