Unfortunately, I never got any service. I walked in hoping for a nice display, but noticed the pasties were all picked over abd and the case was extremely messy. Next I walk over to the deli area thinking maybe I will get a pizza or sandwich. The lady with brown hair and ponytail braid looks at me, makes eye contact and not only, does not ask if I need help, but she actually walked away from me. Walks to the hot food section, circles around to the area again and I figured ok, maybe she didn't see me so I walk back and again she makes eye contact with me, no smile at all and then turns to speak with the gentleman making hot food. I was done. Something was off and I walked out. Too bad too as I was walking out I heard her calling, "Tom, your order is ready". Very disappointed in the appearance and lack of customer service.n

Wonderful place to meet up. Great local coffee shop with a bakery and deli in house. They also have an active fireplace, local art on the walls, and treats for your dog! Friendly baristas too.

Had lunch on a Sunday. It was okay, but just okay. I had a Ruben panini, and it was on par with hundreds of others I've had. Not bad - on par. The mark downs were due to the somewhat confusing service (counter order, table service, counter pay) which I guess you'd get used to after a few visits. The problem is, there's no real draw for me to come back. We also had a cannoli and it was pretty good.

Waited over 30 minutes for a sandwich. Ordered a simple panini. No orders ahead of me, and had orders behind me made before mine. Didnt even give an apology for the wait.

Love this place! Love these people! I work at the salon next door so we are in there frequently. They take such good care of us! Prompt friendly service. Great menu! Yummy soups! Except that the burners don't work right and the soup is always boiling even when turned to "low"... they have needed to fix this issue for several years. I've said something to all employees and managers. Evidently the owners know it's broken and just won't fix it. If you get soup toward the end of the day it has been boiled down to nothing. And it can't be eaten for at least half an hour after purchase because it is SOOOO BOILING HOT!!!.... I wish the owners would fix this! Everything else is super fantastic.

Love to come here for soups, salads and sandwiches. But the food prep people are terribly inefficient when preparing your food. Recently waited more than 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches to go, and it wasnt very busy. This is pretty common. They need to improve the process to improve customers wait times.
