The store was fine but the snack shop was too busy for the number of staff they had. The Diet Coke dispenser wasn't working when we got there. We asked twice and heard other people ask and we're assured they would fix it. It still wasn't working when we left over an hour later.

Sam's Club is great... We have a large family and Sam's offers many things at wholesale prices. Also, I like several of their branded items better than name brands. We used to use their hypoallergenic laundry detergent a while back... It cleans pretty well and didn't break me out (eczema), but we had moved to Tide pods when my grandmother came to stay with us because that is all she will use. We also use their bagged veggies and salads. They are perfect for people on the go! Both my mom and I are constantly going and this was great solution for a healthier lunch. Just dump some in a bowl and go! Sometimes, I will order chicken nuggets or strips to put on top if I want some meat. It stays fresh and doesn't wilt like the bagged salads from the smaller stores.

This is the ONLY Sam’s Club I will shop at, in the Atlanta Area! The customer service here is exceptional and the store is always neat and clean. I would like to give Akinyele, from the Tire and Battery department, a special shoutout for taking car of my tires last minute before closing. He was pleasant, informative, and efficient. I have nothing but good things to say about this location and the employees that work here.

horrible customer service. completely slow. showed up, told us our products were ready for pick up, but we waited an hour (with people seeing us and walking by ) before we called the store and had management send someone back there to get us our products, then we waited an additional hour to get our product loaded meanwhile we are losing sales and wasting time waiting for something that should of been a fairly quick in and out ordeal. this is my first and hopefully my last experience with Sam's club. going back to Costco where there are way better items/pricing and way better service. I hope others switch as well, don't put up with poor customer service!!!! It's their job to provide amazing service and keep their customers happy. coming from someone that works in customer service and previously In retail, I'm usually more patient and understanding than the average customer... but this was completely unacceptable.

Worst customer service at the store and over the phone, I ask for help to a representative that was just wondering around the store and he send to someone else and the other representative to another and so on, no one wants to help. Over the phone they is just too horrible to talk to. By the way while waiting for this representative to help at the store employees talking about how there hours were going to be cut and so does the pay. Really Sam’s pay your people right so they can help the customers like me. Overall going back with Costco, much better.

It's a Sam's Club. Anyone who expects customer service doesn't realize what this means. They offer better discounts on new stuff because there are basically no staff just lots of stuff. It's a warehouse. Find your stuff. Get out. Have a nice day. I love it. Shopping here has reduced my costs over the medium term and reduced my number of trips taken as well. Lately, I've found more and different items that I have not seen in the past. Various office supplies and house hold products. Pretty cool.

Not the biggest or nicest Sam's club but it gets the job done. They have installed a good handful of self check out kiosks if that's your thing - otherwise I recommend using the app to pay and check out. There is hardly ever a wait to get gas - I can drive right up to a pump 9 out of 10 times. The prices are usually about 20 cents lower than nearby gas stations.

Never had a problem. I was so excited about getting $100 back in cash rewards, just in time for Christmas, that I called to express it. The lady I spoke to, who ran interference to the manager was a bit rude, she explained to me that they were busy, had no time to acknowledge any compliments and she didn't want to promise me a call back, as they are very busy. Her promise made good, although I consider her reaction bad and insensitive, the experience at the store itself has been wonderful all of 2015. If you buy in bulk and need what they have weekly, it's definitely worth the discount and the sweet reward of getting cash back at the end of the year. Member already? It's worth the upgrade!

Small for a Sam's, probably the smallest one that I have been to. Minimal organic/natural selection... But it is growing with time. Customer service? What customer service? You are completely on your own and still have to dodge the sales people. Optical is the only place this exists at this particular location. Checkout is never faster than a snails pace... Inconvenient my coworkers and I purchased new business membership and were promised a gift card by the sales rep. Get to the store to get the gift cards and said we had to purchase items and the money would come off the purchase. Get to the register and it's asking for payment. Only to have to go to customer service to get a gift card. Which could be been given in the first place. Plus the representative had an attitude. I'm almost cancelled my membership

Customer Service person & Greeter were basically non-verbal!! Greeter basically pointed & grunted about stopping & tagging my Returns. Then Customer Service person basically wouldn’t tell me what she was doing. Looked everything up on service desk computer. Then did the same thing on a hand held device. When I asked what was the problem she was indignant that I wanted to know. An unpleasant experience. This person either needs training or a personality change. Definitely in the wrong spot in the store.

Correction, this is the worst Sam's Club ever. No one knows their job and no one cares. One hour photo is more like one day if at all. With self check out they don't need to hire anything but muscle. No thought process or brain cells required. Best visited during their slowest hours if that matters and don't forget to use the "scan & go" app to skip the ridiculous lines even in self check out.

I placed an order online but ended up having to work at the scheduled pick up time so my mother had to pick up the order. The associates at the store on Clairmont Rd were very helpful to her. They waited with our purchase until my mom went to get the car the proceeded to help her load the items in the car. While we only order 21 items that was a HUGE HELP to my elderly mother. GREAT service and we definitely will be back!

They've definitely sold more memberships than the store can reasonably support during peak traffic and the parking lot is absolutely too small. You can avoid the crowds by shopping outside of peak hours or by taking advantage of plus member hours.

If I could give this store zero stars I absolutely would! This has to to the worst Sam's Club location in Georgia. The store is extremely under staffed only one Member Service employee to help people out while trying to answer phones is ridiculous(that's why noone answers) not to mention getting out the building is a hassle cause once again only one employee checking carts while the line is backed up to the food court! The Management is horribly unorganized, unprofessional and flat out lazy (even witnessed managers ignore employees who need assistance) I suggest hiering new educated people who are willing to do what they're paid for cause this store is getting ran into the ground by people who don't care and who hier anyone rude, unskilled and lazy...get it together

Never buy a mattress from Sam's club in Augusta. They will tell you they are going to deliver it and then they can't deliver it. The local store says it's because Corporate dictates the delivery service provider and they can't change the provider even though they have asked to change. Then you call the store they point to corporate and you call corporate and they point to the store. Total run around! They shouldn't sell an item as including delivery if they can't deliver!

I ordered tires, they came in, and there is no one here to put them on. The sign says that they open at 7:00 am for Plus members which I pay $100 a year for... unbelievable. Then when I have a flat cause a nail they tell me they can fix it “they” being larcresha (the person to check me in) Derrick James (the on Derrick said checked my tire) Artis ( the one I know checked my tire) Brittany (manager) I arrived at 1 pm at 1:15 pm I had Waited will 4:15pm for them to finnaly pull my car in and now tell me that they cannot repair the tire ! I asked Brittany to check the cameras and followed her and took video she went and delt with other customers and employees for 10 mins for her to come back I sneak back and then she tells me she saw nothing in the cameras at the wrong time I told her to check 1:15 she states she checked 2:15 pm which I have video proof she didn’t I want her reprimanded and the actual person who checked it I will also be filing complaints and no longer shopping with y’all as well as my business ! Who ever waisted my time and checked it for me at 1:15 to wait as a customer and take off work for a 5 min fix is beyond ridiculous!

Ordered my first online in store pick up yesterday morning. It was supposed to be ready between 4-5pm. I arrived at the store at 4:20 and was told it would be at least 20 minutes. So I left and came back at 6pm. I was told my order still wasn't ready and waited 35 minutes for it to come to the front. After two trips in the store and standing at the kiosk for over an hour.. why would I even bother ordering online?? I should have went in the darn store and shopped myself!!!!!!! Ridiculous! And the parking lot is too small and all up hill!

I love coming to Sam's club. They have the best gas prices. I also come here for the pizzas and chips. This location is clean on the inside with a hectic parking lot on the outside. Watch out for carts and small children in the parking lot. I didn't see anything special about this location but I didn't see anything troubling either.

We feel at home at Sam's. Good management. Friendly and helpful crew. Carts, lot, welcome, excellent. We do a lot of good quality errands there at a good price. Often grab us a delicious hotdog for lunch, cheap and fast service. We tip their filled chicken brests from the fridge among many others. They are strong on fresh food. As clubmembers we're happy with their lowest priced gas in town. Except for all these we go there for hearing and vision. We also get great service from their pharmacy. And have good experience with their online sales. Today we hung out there for a quarterly free health check-up. They have very good offers on hardware like phone's and laptops, tv's, garden ware. Go there. It's too much, too good.

Tire and battery shop is a complete nightmare. It took my inlaws 7 hours to get tires installed and they had appointment last week. Then yesterday I had less than 2 year old batteries fail in my f250. The guy that took my order was nice but the girl in customer service was awful. Lacey was her name and she was texting and had attitude. She wouldn't listen and only credited me for 1 battery vs. 2 so it had to be redone. The there's the guy they called Quan who seemed to hate life in general. He pretty much spent more time complaining about the work than it would have taken to do the job. Another guy took over and I helped him and we got it done in about 20 minutes. Quan didn't help even though he saw me in the 103 degree heat in the parking lot with the other guy pulling and replacing the batteries myself. No one seems to be in charge. It sucked and ruined my Day. If Quan would have worked for me he would have been fired on the spot. I tried to talk to him a couple times but he just mumbled and walked off. If you watch what goes on back there you'll understand why the service is so bad. Don't go there if you can help it.

Sam's club has everything you need in bulk. They have everything from electronics to tires. This place really is a one stop shop. They also make freshly squeezed OJ! There is a large freezer dedicated to fruits and vegetables. There is a separate large freezer dedicated to milk and eggs. Gotta love it.

The Tire center is a joke. They are under staffed and the wait is extremely long which is understandable since there aren't many technicians working. I purchased tires from here they supposedly balanced my tires..... wrong. I had vibrations and my steering wheel shook. Instead of wasting 4 hours of my life and taking it back there, I took my car to GoodYear on North Belair road to have my tires rebalanced. Sam's Club didn't put enough weights to have the tire balanced. I even bought a road hazard protection plan for my tires so I don't have to step foot back into the tire center again.

They have free samples of food everyday and those employees are normally wonderful. Some employees are obviously unhappy, but be honest, wouldn't you be. Here comes the rub...if you want to see humanity at it's worst, you need to go no further than the parking lot. People show complete disregard for common decency, traffic laws and where else can you watch someone ground guide 10 cars while pushing their cart up the middle of an aisle. Sometimes we go with popcorn just watch....way cheaper than the movies.

They send you instructions on how to pick up your order and none of it is correct. The email says they have drive thru pick up. They don't. The email says to drive to Club Pick up and talk to an associate. The associates tell you to park your car and go inside. Huge waste of time. I purchased a total of 3 65 inch TVs from Sam's in November of 2017. Unfortunately as of last week the picture on one of them has become shaky. I have been a long time customer with Sam's so I decided to call them to see what my options were. BAD IDEA!! I first spoke to a lady who told me I would need to speak to a manager. She placed me on hold. After holding for 10 minutes a representative from the mobility department picked up. He said he knew a little about TVs so I explained my situation. He told me he was unsure of the policy but would find a manager and hand them the phone as opposed to placing me back on hold. Yet, he places me back on hold. After another 10 minutes a lady picks up who is not a manager but promises to get me one. I wait..... I hang up and call back to explain to the first lady that I had been on hold for the last 30 minutes and never received a manager. She places me on hold for another 10 minutes. I hang up and call again this time just to request a person from electronics. For some "odd" reason the phone rings extra long and the lady answers "Are you the one waiting to speak with a manager?" I said yes but instead of being on hold for 40 minutes I would just like to speak to someone in electronics who can tell me what your return policy is. She places me on hold. After 7 or so minutes I already now what it is. I hang up. The pictures alone will explain to you why I will now be canceling my membership (in store NOT via phone). Such a waste of time.

I went into Sam's witha return, and was met with a rude attitude, first I got my return, receipt, ID, and the one day card..but it all went crazy after she told me, that the return couldnt happen, bc its a one day pass. So she had to call CSO..ok! The crazy part was how she was talking to me as if I wasnt a legit customer, amd to top it all off she reached across the counter and pushed my buggie away from her space, on top of throwing my receipt to the side as if it was bogus..when she got a reaction ( verbal) lady treat me like a customer! I like this store a lot because they have good discounts can you buy in bulk. Also they have a new app called Sam's Club scan and pay where you just scan all the items you want to purchase and then pay for them through your phone. A receipt gets sent to your phone which you just show to the associate at the exit door. It beats waiting through the checkout line.

I have been using this location, by necessity, for over 10 years and each visit gets progressively worse. I have NEVER seen a big box store that could not get their act together. I just went there and their entrance door was locked and not one employee knew how open it. 30 minutes passed by and they continued to be baffled by this problem! I was self employed all of my workinng years and if one of my agerts kept the door closed i would fire them on the spot. I could write a book on my SAM'S experiences. Don't waste your time with this store. It's dirty, no customer service and they don't care. Can't wait for the new Costco to open up in the community!

Sams club is fine however their tire service was horrible. Called 20 min prior arriving just to see how long it would take to get a screw out of my tire. They answered the phone and said please hold. Held for about 10 mkn then hung up and tried again. This time nobodoy answered the 3 times I tried again. The fourth time the call was hung up. So I went in person and was hearing that phone go off while the employee just simply ignored it. It was finally my turn to then just hear that there was a 3+ hour wait for a patch up. Ridiculous. Try anything but here.

Without a doubt, the worst customer service on the planet! I went in to pickup an online order for two cases of bottled water. The order hade been placed the day before. The kiosk where you are expected to check in couldn’t find the order, but it gave me the option to page a employee for assistance. Nobody came for a few minutes. When they did show up it was clear that they were already in crisis mode with multiple other customers. I asked about my order and was told that there are four others ahead of me. I went to eat in the cafe and came back to find my order waiting with no employees in sight. There was some paperwork in the cart, so I went to leave with my product. The door nazis told be that wasn’t a receipt and wanted to send me back in to find the employee after waiting 45 minutes to get 2 cases of water. Nobody offered to get me any assistance whatsoever! I was treated as if I was trying to shoplift two cases of bottled water. I told them they could have the f***ing water because I was tired of the incompetence and lack of customer service. Definitely time to get a Costco card!

Love Sam's club lots of great deals on good products. Return policy is second to none. This however is the worst club I think I have ever visited. The employee's don't seem to care, about the store or whats going on. Shopping in the clothing section can lead you to believe you have joined a social event with the employees. The store has undergone updates recently and looks great unfortunately they moved a lot of items around in a few areas and no one seems to know where that is. Registers always seem to be jammed and never enough cashiers. Some employees are down right rude and will ignore you. Especially if you are trying to get your membership card to show your correct name. 3 tries on that and they still have my first name wrong. The saving grace is the scan and go app. Once you get it signed up you can scan you own items pay from your phone and show the screen to the receipt checker at the door. If only they ever had the scanner on them it would be flawless. So as long as you can find everything you don't have to interact at all until you walk out the exit.

Manager lied to my face. I went in to ask about a playground set they had earlier this week. I asked an employee if they had more in stoke and said no I think it's discontinued. I ask if I could talk to the manager to see if I could by the display. The manager informed me that the item was is not discontinued and that there was a order on a truck coming in". I came in a few days later to find out the truck never came in with more the Item IS discontinued and that he sold the display to another customer. Congratulations on losing a member and many others.

So we went to sams and the first thing that happens is that an employee tells us our tv Internet is terrible really it’s not and they follow us around to. So then we went to look at beds because we need a new one and then go and check out. We bought a meat tray and we got home and it had blocks of mold and we didn’t realize till a few days later and my whole family got sick. Few days later we bought a bed off their website then we got an email saying it delivered. It didn’t. So of course we called and they said it did at like 4:20 p.m. and they read the address and it was an address in South Carolina. So never going back to Sam’s.

My experience with the Battery and Tire area was both time-wasting and dealing with imbesols. Got a complete refund and went to Discount Tire. There is no number system, no receptionist, and no customer service. I received no eye contact and one individual was trying to handle five plus customers. Get them in and out, especially PLUS customers. I have SO much more to write, but just don't use this service at Sam's. Their employees are not well-versed and have NOT attended in courses in customer service or their areas of responsibility. I knew more then they did about Plus Membership and delivery. Take heed before buying anything through a salesperson. Electronics included. Not knowledgeable. Also, I heard salespeople commenting on the customers. They pick and choose who will get service quickly like Direct TV, Internet, etc.

I would give it ZERO stars if this site would let me! I pull up to a gas pump that had no markings of being out of order after waiting in line for a long time only to find the printer was out of order! Of course the kiosk at the pumps has no way of giving a duplicate receipt; I've been through that before. You have to go inside the main store and wait through the customer service line for a ridiculous amount of time for them to print a receipt. I have to have a receipt for my company vehicle fuel purchases or I will not get reimbursed. So, I spot an open pump on the far outside and get back in my truck to pull around there before someone else takes the pump. No sooner to I do this than the attendant shuts the pump off because of my maneuver. CLEAR ABUSE OF POWER!!!!!!!!!!!! What a joke! So, rather than walking over and asking me not to do that again, he yells from his little booth, "My door is open; come on over if you have a problem!" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! This is not some school yard game! I yelled back at him, "Y'all can't fix the printer on that pump over there?" "Nope", he said. I wanted to kick that little millennial age punk into next Tuesday! But, I just left and bought gas somewhere else.

My only dislikes is they have a good amount of price signage problems. You MUST READ the price tag carefully, cause they often misplace the price tags. There was a price tag on the top of the front freezer over a stick of Veggie Burgers, with a Big Mark down price tag showing with little writing of the product description. I grabbed 4 boxes and when I got to self C/out the price was more than doubled. I told and walked down to show the Rep. She say how misleading that sign was. The sign was for something on sale last week. Although she gave me the price reduction, I still see the same price tag errors all around the store. So I carefully read and take a pic If needed. I wish they would just add some price checkers. I'm must always know how much I'm spending prior to c/out. And that's before My Plus Card Savings discount.

A family shopping center. Very good if you buy groceries in large quantities. Everything comes in extra large sizes. No grocery bags tho, so plan for that. You also need a membership card to shop here and that card will also allow you buy gas at the gas station a few feet away from the store. You can always get one extra for free for your significant other or a friend. The prices are usually unbeatable for what you get. Been shopping here for a little over 3 years and I can't say I'm not extremely happy with this store.

I decided to come to this location to see if I can find the mattress and box spring as a result of thethe holiday sales. I had not visited this location before this date and I found that it was sufficiently stocked as I've come to expect from this business. We purchased the mattress and the box spring without any incident after finding the exact one that we were trying to find. The personnel in the store were helpful when contacted for assistance. The cashier checked us out quickly and we were able to get on out of the store.

This location has a freezer that has been out of service for weeks, so much of the frozen food is unavailable for purchase. Ask someone from Sam's Club about it and they'll tell you they don't know when it will be fixed and that you might want to just drive across town to another store. Plus they think everyone in the store is a thief. Despite cameras watching you like a hawk, not only must they check your receipt at the self serve checkout, but then they must check it again at the door. And not just count the number of items, but match every item up to the item on the receipt -- very time consuming. So watch out Sam's Club -- if things don't improve by renewal time, COSTCO is where I go.

The Sam's Club on Clairmont is absolutely the best! I am 66 years old and handicapped. The employees are so friendly! If they see me struggling with a freezer door or lifting a heavy product, they are right there to help me. I love it....they make me feel so welcome. The only complaint I have is a major one. I have had to wait as much as an hour to get one of the electric carts. One visit, there were only 2 carts in service....several were being repaired. A major inconvenience to your handicapped customers. Today there 2 people besides myself waitng. Please check into the possibility of purchasing additional carts for this location.

Like the store but management has let the panhandlers take control of the parking lot. Third time in a row I’ve been followed to my truck and hit up with the “ I’m from PA and out of gas” bit. This time it was on my way in and out by different people. I tell them ok wait right here and I’ll go get you a gas card or I’ll meet you at that pump at the top of the hill, each time they decline. It’s becoming a real issue, and actually keeps the ladies in my family from coming here or going to Costco instead. This needs to be addressed.

Ive never had any issue with this Sam's for the past three years up until I had to get new tires. I purchased two new tires from the tire department and the mechanic bent my rim. less than 2 weeks later I was on the highway and air was leaking in my tire and had to pull over and ask for help to put on a spare. Luckily the man was a mechanic himself and looked at the tire and specifically said it was a technician error. I returned to Sam's and they did not want to accept responsibility. I had to purchase a new rim for my car which was $114.00 total for their mistake. I do not recommend you go to the tire department at this location.

I came in on Sunday 10/29/17 and this store was really short staffed, there were only about five registers open and then the fifth one closed just as I was the next person in line because the guy had to go on a break. I understand needing to take a break but get all the customers out of your line first, it was only me and one other guy in line before he switched on the closed sign. Also, as with any Sam's Club the ladies in the bakery department were rude. After asking one of them a question she quickly answered then turned around to go back to what she was doing even though I was still talking. I may just go back to the store just to get her name and report her to management because her attitude was unnecessary, I greeted her kindly and ask a very simple question and what I got in return was disgusting

This club has a gas station that has Diesel available at select pumps. There is a tire and battery service area. The tire and battery service is generally good but gets backed up very quickly. If you need tire service, you're best off getting there close to opening. They have recently installed several self-checkout lines making checkout faster. This store also has a full service pharmacy and an optical and hearing department. There is also an area which sells cigars and cigarettes but for resale only (not for general customers but for business resale customers only). This store also has a cafe area in the front where you can buy a hotdog or pizza. They also sell take home and bake pizzas at the cafe. Free refill on fountain drinks!
