I am so grateful for having Tim Trecek as my personal injury attorney. He is smart and I trusted him from day one. We took the necessary time to handle my case in the professional and proper way vs the “get paid fast” approach. Whenever I mentioned his name around other attorneys, I always received the same responses: “He’s amazing” and “excellent lawyer.” I learned while working with him how respected he is in the legal community as being ethical, logical and aggressive in his beliefs. I also need to give great credit to his paralegal Cindy Wagner, as she felt more like a friend and therapist. My car accident changed my life, and Cindy Wagner saw me through every tough step of the healing process. I still call her for advice from time to time. Working with Tim and Cindy was a gift that I will always appreciate. They are the opposite of what is portrayed in the media with the function of personal injury attorneys. They are tactful and dignified, while aggressive when necessary. I cannot speak highly enough of their work, and I am eternally grateful that I ended up with such an amazing team.
