Jason Greller is a Real estate attorney par excellence! The buyer we had for our FSBO home in sale in Madison was extremely difficult. Every step of the way to closing was strewn with obstacles, objections and a lot of stress. We had hired Jason even before we put our home on FSBO. He researched solutions, overcame obstacles and worked with the buyer and the buyer's attorney on an ongoing basis to help close the sale. At the end of the sale, I felt we had grossly underpaid Jason and offered to pay more because of the number of hours he had spent for us. He refused saying that his model was a fixed fee and that some sales are more difficult than others. In spite of the fixed fee, he never counted the hours he spent on our closing, he was never stingy with his time. We got much more than we paid for, in terms of time spent, as well as his expertise in all matter related to Real estate. In my opinion, the fixed fee model works great especially for FSBO where it is imperative to have a lawyer represent the owner. Otherwise, FSBO sales can get a bit tricky depending on who one gets as the buyer. Jason Greller's services were the best investment I made for my home sale in Madison. I would recommend his services for every FSBO sale or any home sale. Jason has your back at all times!

We just sold our house without a realtor and hired Jason to represent us. I wouldn't say selling a house on FSBO is easy, but Jason made the process much smoother than it could have been. For the low flat fee that Jason charges his clients, he was a lot more helpful than the buyer's realtor who got her 3% commission while screwing a lot of things up for the buyers. Jason's response time was very quick-he even let us talk to him on a Sunday when our inspection amendment come back. I believe he ended up saving us more money than he cost by catching a detail no one else would have noticed: our inspection report and amendment was sent to us after the deadline outlined in the original offer. When we spoke with him, he said we basically didn't need to offer the buyers anything, but offered to negotiate a flat rate on our behalf instead of us having to fix anything in the house. He gave him our minimum and maximum offer amounts, and he was able to get the buyers to accept our minimum offer. For these and other reasons, I highly recommend using Jason to represent your real estate needs.
