Truck Injury Case My husband and I have been together for 30 years and were looking forward to our move to Ohio to be closer to family. We eagerly sold our home and began making plans and then disaster struck, my husband was in a horrible accident at work. Let me begin by saying I was always just like everyone else and thought there were no good lawyers out there. They were only after money and didn't care at all about you, your family, or your situation. As long as they could make a buck, then it all was good. I had a wreck in Dec. 2012, my hip was messed up really bad and although I tried to resolve the issue with the insurance company myself, they didn't want to pay for the x-rays and visit that I had already acquired. My experience with West Law Firm was definitely a good one. I originally wanted to file the case on my own and was unsuccessful. The insurance company did not offer me one thin dime, and I had compiled a year's worth of medical records relating to my injury. I was a pedestrian who was hit by a motor vehicle, and thought this would be an open and shut case. West Law Firm got me a total settlement of what monies that were available. Prior to West Law firm I went to a firm that says it doesn't take "no" for answer, and in my opinion their efforts were shiftless. West Law Firm kept contact with me, listened to all my concerns, and responded quickly. I recommended them to a friend and she very happy with they are handling her case.
