What can I say? I was involved in a crash over a year and a half ago, it turned out that I had some pretty severe back issues as a result of that. I immediately contacted Simeone & Miller, within 2 days I was in their office meeting with Tom Simeone directly. I was extremely nervous, didn't know how this would all turn out, knowing what medical bills are these days, Tom and his team Kiara (paralegal) Mike ( Attorney) kept me calm and educated throughout the entire process. There were some tough conversations and things that I didn't want to hear. The one thing Mike kept telling me was this all takes time. Well he was right, I can't say enough great things about this firm. I feel like we just ended a personal relationship with the conclusion of the case. I TOLD HIM 'I'M SORRY IF YOUR PRACTICE CAN'T DO WHAT YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO DO" AND HUNG UP. I HAVE BEEN A SENIOR LEGAL ASSISTANT WITH TRAVELERS INSURANCE STAFF COUNSEL, MAJOR CASE LITIGATION, FOR 12 YEARS UNTIL I HAD TO GO OUT ON SS DISABILITY IN 2010. I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING AND WHERE MY CASES STAND. MY CASES ARE ABSOLUTELY PROVEN BY MEDICAL RECORDS. APPARENTLY THERE 30+ ATTORNEYS ONLY WANT EASY CASES WHERE YOU WERE BURNED BY A TURKEY FRYER OR A DOG BIT YOU, AS POSTED ON THEIR WEBSITE. SHAME ON THEM.

Craig Miller has helped me, my family, friends and business associates with simple legal matters to the most complex cases . One example , I purchased a new car and was having a constant minor issue that the dealer told me was in my imagination, I contacted the manufacturer in Japan and they would not return my calls.
