I had heard about Hardwick & Pendergast and sent my mom there. I could not be more pleased with the way they treated her and helped her through this stressful and traumatic time. The staff was wonderful and Mr. Pendergast went above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend him and his law firm.

Love them, I got rear ended back in 2011 and being only 20 I had no idea what to do or how things work when you got in an accident. Luckily I knew to at least get the other persons info but my chiropractor referred me to this law firm and I loved them. I worked with Ann and she was so helpful and did everything for me, she even said she has never had such a hard time with the other insurance. We worked together and I got the money to get my rear bumper fixed and I always recommend them to come workers and family. I can't thank them enough for their help and hopefully I won't have to use them in the future, but if I do I will definitely go back to them.

I highly recommend this firm to anyone. My old man was in an accident while out of state and needed to be airlifted to the nearest medical facility due to his injuries and location of the accident, while I got word of this and after the dust settled and his health gradually improved thank God, I knew it wouldn't be cheap for the poor old man therefore, I almost immediately contacted Hardwick & Pendergast to see what the options were. From the moment we placed foot in the office we were treated like family, everyone was extremely helpful during the whole process and to our greater surprise, his case was settled within a matter of a few months and even more shocking was the amount he was able to collect. I cannot thank them enough for all the hard work and effort that was put into his case to the point where I have even referred my brother in-law who also needed legal assistance. This is a very professional, efficient and honest law firm! I was the victim of a hit and run at Pike Street Market on August 13, 2015. The next day after my release from the hospital, I signed a contract with Hardwick & Pendergast, P.S. to represent me. I live in downtown Seattle and don’t drive or own a car, but was able to do nearly everything on the Internet, snail mail and phone conversations with H&Ps knowledgeable, polite and friendly legal staff located in Renton. I know from past experience that things legal can drag on for many months, or even years; however, in about 90 days, I had my settlement check for more than what I thought possible! THANKS H&P FOR MY FREE HAWAIIAN VACATION WITH ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES!
