I could not reccommend Dickson Frohlich more. They provided a thorough expertise in the matter of my legal needs surrounding probate. The best of all, I was able to get friendly legal paid assistance without having to step inside the law office myself. Throughout the entirety of the legal process my Dickson Frohlich provided friendly, efficient and knowledgeable lawyers, paralegals, and accountants. Each of these well trained and, I'll say it again, Friendly, staff members made themselves available throughout the work day and sometimes after hours to help me understand the legal hurdles we faced. I should have realized that the majority of five star reviewers have only left one review. I should have just read the nagatives, as I usually do and look for a pattern. My case would have fit in perfectly with the other negatives. Paid them and then never heard from them again. Finally requested a refund. They agreed that the ball had been dropped. Said that someone was supposed to call me that had not.. I don't care what the excuse was.. I have lost weeks of time and have had no legal advice.

Inge Fordham at DicksonFrohlich, PS did just an excellent job for us during our mediation process. We had never had to take legal action against another business before - and we hope we never have to do it again - but Inge really gave us solid direction and guidance during the process. While the process took a very long time (which was not their fault, it's just the way our legal system works) everything worked out in the end with a good result. I would highly recommend Inge and the DicksonFrohlich Team.

The "Free Consultation" bit isn't true, very sadly. They request a $3500 payment in order to start a case under your name before getting any information or consulting with you at all. If you are looking for actual information, this would not be the place to go for it. Cannot speak as to their actual services once you have paid the fees, however, so bit of a biased review.

I own a General Contracting company and had a client that wanted to come after me in many ways due to a breach of contract on their end. I was in need to find someone to represent me immediately. I made a few calls and had trouble just getting someone on the phone to talk to. When I called Dickson Law I got to speak to Tom about my case. With the false claim against me and my insurance I hired Dickson Law and worked with Inge who did fantastic on my case. Inge was easy to get a hold of and returned any emails and calls within 24hrs. I have mixed emotions because my experience was like a roller coaster. I hired Dickson Law to help me handle my father’s small estate that took almost 2 years to close because of the different difficult situations that came with it. I went through 3 attorneys and 2 paralegals so that was pretty frustrating especially when you finally got used to someone. But at the end I’m very happy that I hired them and Jennie, who was my paralegal that I mostly kept in contact with regarding my father’s estate was always very sympathetic and always tried her best to get answers for me in a timely manner. Once Dan and Jennie came in to help with my father’s probate things went a lot faster and I’m happy to say it’s all done with now. Thank you so much for all of your help in my difficult time.

Dealing with a property boundary issue with a new home we recently purchased in Seattle. Neighbor has a rental property constructed right on the property line and the tenant is complaining the fence we installed on our side of the property line is causing inconvenience to them (crazy right?). I had the pleasure of speaking with Robert Dickson and he provided much needed counsel to assess the situation and provided best course of action forward, for free. Based on my conversation with him, Robert seems very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable in his experience and expertise instantly. I was looking for assistance in understanding how to file a modification of a Parenting Plan and child support order. I found Mark Johnson through a Google search offering free phone consultations. I called in the evening and first spoke with an aide of his that gave me helpful information but still took down my info for Mark to give me a call in the morning. They are too busy to call you back, the woman who handles Mr. Dickson's scheduling apparently decides who he does, and does not represent. In this case, a real estate investor. If you ask why you have not received a call back, she will refer you to another attorney and promptly hang up.
