I called this law firm after I was involved in an auto accident driving down Hampton Boulevard near ODU. I spoke to Randy Appleton and got to meet him at the firm's Norfolk office (I have a busy schedule and appreciated the fact that they had an office close to my job). Randy is a super nice guy and his assistant, Becky, is great too. My only problem was the length of time it took to get my case resolved. The case was open for over a year. Though, Randy did eventually get it settled for a good amount of money, so I can't complain too much.
