This man definitely knows his stuff. Not only was he very efficient in his work, but he was also quite pleasant. Right off the bat Mr. Greenside went straight to work and provided sound advice. What makes his services quite appealing is the simple fact that he truly listens to his clients. You can tell that he is a very personable and willing to help. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I received a letter from Atty. Greenside. It was concerning representing me for a reckless driving ticket from VA State Police. I contacted Mr. Greenside we spoke several times and I appreciated his insight into my situation and his assurance of a positive outcome, if I did my part. I took care of his suggestions and he represented me in court and had the ticket amended to a far lessor penalty and fine. I received multiple mailings from lawyers in VA but I felt more comfortable while dealing with Atty. Greenside. I would recommend anyone needing an attorney familiar with the Judges and Courts in VA and the workings of the system there use him. I was very pleased.

Got to him through Legal Shield. Everything seemed okay, while paying him. Got to court for him to just recommend a plea. With ALL my cooperating, he didn’t do too much of defending. Just settled. Called twice since court with questions for more understanding and got out on a LONG hold and no real answers. Wouldn’t recommend him, would’ve rathered a court appointed lawyer for this outcome!

I contacted Mr. Greenside when I was summoned to court for being accused as an offender of a hit and run. I called him THE DAY BEFORE my court date. He listened, really listened to what I had to say and put my fears at ease. He was confident he could resolve the matter in my favor in one trial, which is what I needed because I was scheduled to leave for basic training the following week. During the trial he was actively listening and questioning the witness and officer investigating the incident. Mr. Greenside brought up points I didn't think about and objected to words, phrases and gestures that weren't appropriate for the officer to use. I was amazed, even though I was terrified of going to court. The judge even told me, based on facts, I would be found guilty. BUT BECAUSE OF MY ATTORNEY AND ALL HE DID AND SAID, I was found not guilty and the case dismissed. I'm more than grateful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE IN NEED.

I was in a situation where my license was at risk of being suspended. due to a reckless driving ticket i received 3 hours from my home. I was referred to Mr. Greenside by Prepaid Legal. Mr. Greenside instructed me to do some things to prepare him for the case. As I did, and he got the judge to reduce my 69 in 45 to a 54 in a 45. Which is only 9 miles over the speed limit. Compared to 24 miles over the speed limit. That would have been considered a criminal charge. And to make my case even smoother. He advised me that I didn't have to appear in court. He would represent me in my absence. He saved me a day of taking off work. I don't know what i would have done without his expertise. thanks a lot Mr. Greenside.

This man is an incompetent attorney. His lack of professionalism and straight up laziness botched what should have been an incredibly simple case and got me the worst verdict possible. He showed no remorse for his incompetence, blamed the verdict on the judge (which is bull) and asked that I pay him double to handle the appeal. Instead I opted to handle it myself and did a better job as a lay person than he did. I have made a complaint to the Virginia State Bar which is waiting resolution. I honestly cannot imagine being less satisfied with an attorney. This man has no business practicing law.
