My daughter received a reckless driving ticket going 60 in a 35 mph zone, so understandably, I was very concerned. In court, Mr. Gardner was able to get the reckless driving charge and ticket completely dismissed due to his knowledge of what the police officer had to present in court. I don't like writing negative feedbacks and I see a lot of positives, but we've been scammed here. We went asking for help for our daughter, she is 3 year old, and we had an issue with her passport. After paying for the first visit, everything was perfect; we had the appointment with Radlyn; and she told us that she will investigate and tell us something in a couple of days. Now after three months I write this. I called like 4 times with the same answer: She will call you as soon as possible. Never called back us. I even went in person asking for what's going on, and the lady in the front desk told me that Radlyn leaved the state for a couple of weeks. So at this point I write this so people can see how they work there. Very glad taking your money but that's all. I don't know if someone will read this, in that case: you are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, and you don't deserve the degree you have. Thank you

DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THEIR GOOGLE RATINGS I called to set up a phone consultation with one of their attorneys, was charged upfront and set up with time&date a week ahead. During the initial conversation with the receptionist, I was told that on the day of the appointment, around half an prior the phone consultation, I would receive a call to confirm the following appointment- that never happened. Consequently, when the attorney didn't call me at the time set up for a consultation, I contacted the office in order to find out whether or not appointment was still on. My contact info was taken again and I was promised a call back. In the meantime, attorney did call me (not on time) and left a voicemail offering to reschedule the appointment. So I called back again, and left my contact info (3rd time over). Today (the day after) I waited till afternoon to receive a call back, but it didn't happen. So I called agin to reschedule or cancel/refund my appointment. To my surprise, I was told that I have to wait another TEN days to make any of that happen. What a waste of time! (UPDATE) I have changed the rating of this bad review to "good", because the firm got back to me shortly after the incident, fully refunded deposit money, and offered a free consultation.

A huge thank you to Attorney Gardner for getting my traffic charge dismissed. I have never had a ticket in my life, but got one because my spouse forgot to renew his registration on HIS vehicle, and I drove his car without even realizing the tags were expired. My husband corrected the situation immediately, and Attorney Gardner presented all of the information to the Judge who kindly dismissed my traffic ticket due to Attorney Gardner's skill and knowledge of the law and the courts. I've had some traffic mishaps that required me to go to court and I had Gardner and Mendoza represent me all 3 times. Traffic court is anything but fun but with Gardner and Mendoza on my side I left the court room smiling each time. They made the experience quick and painless and I was very happy with the outcome.
