My new truck was damaged badly and I injured my knee. The insurance company refused to settle my case and tried to blame me for the accident. Since the insurance company wouldn’t offer a settlement for the cost of my knee surgery, Bill O’Mara immediately filed a lawsuit. During the depositions we learned that not only that the at-fault driver was on his cell phone, but that he didn’t know what color his light was! I still can’t believe the insurance company tried to blame me for the accident know that. At the end of the day the insurance company finally came around and offered a fair settlement on the case a week before trial.
