It took me over a year to write this review, which I am embarrassed about, as when someone does such a good job and extends himself in such a kind and empathetic way, you want to reward that, and say thank you. Thank you Michael Sabbeth! I was in an accident and my case didn't go to well at no fault of my attorneys. Just a case of the bad guy won. Emotionally I was a mess as I felt victimized twice. Hit by a sleeping truck driver, and then ran over again with lies and misrepresentations. Michael took my case when no one else would, settled my lawsuit for as much as I could possibly expect. I deserved a lot more but that was never going to happen because of the circumstances. Michael Sabbeth Attorney at law did a great job and sacrificed for me. I am forever grateful. I worked with David Crocco on a personal injury case that was transferred from Massachusetts to Vermont due to an expiring time line for my claim. David was always available, returned phone calls promptly and listened carefully. His intelligence and engaging personality made it easy for me to express any concerns I had. Resolving the claim in a way that was acceptable and important to me was his first and foremost goal. Since he came on board towards the end of the claim time period there was some catching up to do. Dave was very cooperative and proactive in getting up to date on Massachusetts law,, since there are some differences from state to state.
