Not very happy with the outcome! Took a year and a half I was hit from behind on my motorcycle and the kid was texting! Broken brack fractured neck bruised lungs and no lost wages 33 1/3 percent medical bills came out of the settlement!!!!! How and why? Thanks Frank! I am getting all the records and my me lawyer is going to look over everything !

Kurt Hughes is awful. No preparation.. and did not look out for my interests at all. Everytime i met with him it was as if he knew nothing. It was about MONEY for him! How much money could i suck out of this case! This lawyer had ZERO motivation to win! In my divorce, my children wanted to testify that my ex wife was lying,Kurt put no preparation into this at all! If you need a lawyer that will actually give a flying stink about your situation and that will not try and bill you for every time you think of his name, DO NOT USE KURT HUGHES!!! This was the most lazy and couldn’t care less divorce attorney imaginable. Reviews are someones personal experience..A divorce after 30 years is not fun, especially in such a hideous state like Vermont, but having such a terrible lawyer represent you who only cares about their own billing and takes zero interest and has zero preparation and makes zero effort to win is devastating. Kurt Hughes has zero fight in him, zero! The biggest mistake i made in my divorce was selecting Kurt Hughes as my attorney. DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE AS IT WILL PROVE TO BE COSTLY!
