I hired Bill Skiff when I was injured on the job originally in 2009. Been desling with him off and on since then. It was the best decision I ever made. Every time I had a question or a concern I could email or call Bill any time of day or night and always had an answer it seems within a couple hours. He made it so easy to navigate the workers comp system and returning to work. Plus Bill would always call and check up to see how things were even after my case was closed he always called to check in to make sure all was good. I will hire him again in a heartbeat. Plus I want to add that his entire support staff are all excellent, and caring and will help you in anyway they can.

I was referred to Bill Skiff after having a hard time navigating a Workers Comp case. I quickly grew to appreciate his straight to the point and matter of fact way of dealing with my case. His top priority was keeping my case moving in the direction I wanted and that was important to me. My case has since ended and I'm very happy with the outcome, which is all due to Bill and his work. He was dedicated to getting an outcome I could live with and shared in the excitement of me being able to get my life back on track. During the whole process, Bill was empathetic to the disruption and impact my injury had on me and my partners life. Another huge help in my case was the Office Cat. I spent a great deal of time at Bill's office for various meetings and a day long mediation, and that cat provided a great deal of comfort I didn't realize I needed. I should note that the Staff in Bills office always checked in to see if the Cat was being a bother...but it never way. I hope no one finds themselves in a situation where they need to seek out a lawyer to work thru an injury case. The insurance companies can be incredibly difficult. But if someone did, I would quickly refer Bill with great confidence. He means business and knows when to listen to his gut instincts. He's also a down to earth Vermonter which made him easy to relate to.
