The worst lawyers on the planet! We asked Kelly (one of the lead partners) for assistance with our immigration case. We received a request for further evidence from USCIS regarding my fiancee's divorce and were extremely worried that our case would get rejected. He literally laughed out loud about how silly the letter USCIS had sent us. He categorically told us we had nothing to worry about and wrote a letter on our behalf in response. The letter did not respond to the detailed points they had asked for, but instead simply quoted a section of federal law taken from Wikepedia. We asked if this letter would be sufficient as the language used was provocative and didn't actually deal with the points they'd raised. He said he used to work at USCIS and knows how to deal with them. Well, it did not work. We received a denial letter two months later which expressly stated the reason for our denial was due to the letter that he had written. This left my fiance and I stranded outside of our countries, with no ability to enter USA together. What was worse, was that when we told Kelly about the denial, he then assigned a junior level associate to deal with us. The legal advice we received from her, was to go and get a second divorce so that USCIS would accept it. In case anyone reading this is unclear, it is impossible to get a second divorce. Why? Because a divorce is a divorce the first time the judge signs the papers. That is the date a marriage ends. You can't go and do it a second time. At this point we decided to embark on another avenue, as this law firm clearly didn't know what they were talking about. I finally got my green card, 12 months later, by doing my own research as to what I should do. I emailed Kelly, asking for a refund of the money I'd paid him, given it resulted in an extra 12 months of applications and an insane amount of stress. He didn't even have the decency to reply. Avoid this law firm!

I would do a 5 star but we are still in the middle of my case so I'll update the review after the whole process is finished. A friend of mine recommended Sean so I contacted the office without hesitation. The office is a little busy because Sean does a lot of things out in the community as well as in the office. For me the petition RFE took a little longer than wanted due to these reasons and the timing of the year when the immigration lawyers are most busy. Despite all that, everyone worked as a part of a team. I believe I had multiple people working on my case and reviewed by different people. Sean was quick to address questions and concerns I had regarding the process. Although I have moved to a different state, I hired these guys again to help me with rest of my immigration process. Only down side is I wish they were quicker, but I wouldn't trade speed over the personable staff , the genuine attitude, thorough paperwork and the relationship I have built with them.

I can't express how disappointing it was to have worked with Wilner & O'Reilly. The laziness, the excuses, the constant ignoring of calls and messages. The worst part was the billing. After been wasted our time for almost 5 months they charge us close to $1,400 for doing nothing. (Finally they issued us a refund of $685) If these guys at least did some legitimate solid legal work, I wouldn't mind as much. However, they did the BARE MINIMUM. Don't ever work with this shady law firm.

I want everyone to know I would truly recommend this firm. I absolutley would but my hands in the fire for this firm, and OF COURSE RECOMMEND THEM 1000%. Every single person in this firm always communicates. They are always there and communicate via email or call in less then 24 hrs. the only time they communicate in more then 24 hrs is when you email them or call them then Friday at 6PM when the firm is close;but believe Monday morning they are letting you what's going on. Since day one they let me know what the plan would be even though we have been with them and this case for 2.5 years and its not over yet but almost and I will post the outcome once we are 100% complete. Even at my most stressed moments Sean,Maria C.,Carla and Sully always took care of me and my crazy self;never once did I get attitude but only full communication. Awesome Team! They highly advertise about how they communicate closely with their clients. They preach they get back to you within 24 hours no matter what. They will tell you that's what separates them from others. (just listen to the recording while you on hold, You would be on hold for hours or days unless the call get disconnected). We are trying to get a refund from them! its been more than six months. They haven't done a single thing other than to took my money and run. I am planing to complain to better business bureau and other officials about this scam. Do your self a favor! Do not fall in to their false advertising!! Go find somewhere else!!
