I called Nate Wall on a referral from another well known attorney in the valley. Nate was incredibly prompt in returning my phone call and discussing my situation at length, despite not having retained his services yet. Nate quoted me a fair price for limited representation to handle my issue, and then said we'd move forward depending on what I needed and wanted to do with the remaining issues, so as to save me money and time. He even had his assistant start working on things prior to our finalizing any agreement. In the end, our family decided to retain a friend of Nate's, simply because of his experience with our opposing counsel. When I called Nate to have the difficult discussion that we'd be going with another attorney, he was compassionate, understanding, and had nothing but positive things to say about who we'd chosen to retain. In my experience, the measure of someone's integrity and character largely can be evidenced by how they respond to adverse situations or when they do not receive a desired outcome. Nate's response speaks to his personal integrity and character. Nate would be an attorney I would suggest to friends to check out, as well as go back to should I need legal services in Utah again.

I paid My retainer and we barely spoke went to court a few times and all Corey did was talk to my ex wife and then do exactly what she wanted he never fought for my rights as a father at all. After i fired Him he came up with some 700 dollar bogus charge saying he did all this work. He literally did nothing. 10/10 would not recommend.. Just to update i hired this attorney to basically work for my ex wife. I would Say what i wanted Him to do and he would go talk to my ex wife and then just agree with her and that’s what he would basically make happen. About the payment i wont Pay you ever because of how horrible of a job you did. I have Since retained a real divorce attorney and have won custody of my kids from my ex wife.

If you are a female seeking to custody of your children, this is NOT the law firm to go through. They are "father's rights" attorneys. I was stupid enough to go back for a court case in which a driver seriously impaired me while I was 7 months pregnant, interrupting school and my employment while a single mother of two. I wound up homeless because Greg Wall kept losing my paperwork. Finally, with 2 days remaining to submit the file, unable to persuade Greg Wall to get into gear, I hired someone else. The new lawyer compiled my case in less than a week, filed, and won. But Greg Wall certainly picked up speed when it came time to claim over $30,000. He came after the settlement the other attorney garnered for me. A waste of time, a waste of money, and for God's sakes, DON'T enter his office without a compass or you may never return.

Took my money and then forgot everything. Couldn't even get anyone's name right at trial, even mine. After days spent in their office going over my case with 3 of the Walls, they acted like they had never seen anything before. They have me bad advice on returning my kids to her after she just left then with me and didn't return when there were no orders in place yet. she got temporary custody 3 days later because the judge asked who they were with right then and have her custody. If I had kept them against the Walls advice, I would have my kids instead of her.

This is the last Attorney you want to hire for something so important as child custody. I was dragged along for 10 months. The day before my court date, Greg Wall sent a inexperienced lawyer in his place. He couldn't even represent me due to the commissioner's hatred for him. It was the worst 10 months of my life and I lost my joint custody in the end. After giving him $4,200 he now has threaten me with a lawsuit to get another 4 grand. My son was being drugged with ADHD medication without my knowledge. A seizure is how I found out. I had joint custody that protected me from this happening and still I lost due to Wall and Wall incompetence. It was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. Unbelievably terrible service. The kind of lawyers that give LAWYERS A BAD NAME.

Greg Wall was one of the worst attorneys my family had the displeasure of working with. My family went with Wall & Wall because they had the reputation for helping fathers. He didn't even bother to file the paperwork he needed to despite constant pressure from his client; this resulted in a bogus protective order being issued. My family had to get the protective order dismissed on our own without any help from Wall & Wall. We soon went to a different attorney and found out that Greg Wall is known as "the bad Wall" around the legal community. Go elsewhere if you actually want the job done right. Steven Wall is very knowledgeable and took a balanced and thoughtful approach to my case. In court, he is incredible and if you think that's where your case is headed, he will be the advocate you need. It's tough being a male in Utah going through a divorce, but Steve made sure I was heard and that my rights as a father were honored. Nobody wins in divorce, but I feel my outcome was optimal due to his work. You will find cheaper attorney's, but he's worth it. If you are organized, he will let you save some money (or a lot in my case) by you doing a lot of the background work. In the end, he protected my assets, made sure my father's rights were kept intact, and even won a counter-suit to get my legal expenses back when a baseless appeal was entered.

Nathan Wall: Nate fought for me as my ex wife was trying to get more and more money out of me. My 16 year old daughter wanted out of her home as she was treated cruelly by my ex. Nate fought hard, and eventually my daughter came to live with me and my ex did not collect any extra money from me. Nate was awesome! He didn't over bill me, he didn't bill for 2 or 3 minute phone calls, he was fair and honest. You could tell that he had a lot of credibility with the Court and that the judges and court staff respected him. Please call and ask for him by name and he will take care of you!!! Best Father's Right's attorney and very affordable. He only billed me $160.00/hr. Can't say enough about Nate. Wish I COULD DO MORE FOR HIM, after he's done so much for me!

I had a very technical issue involving my child and a custody challenge that involved two states and an opposing attorney that had pulled all the stops in this matter to try and prevail for his client, however Steve’s analysis, approach, advocacy and very competent work allowed us to prevail both with the Court Commissioner and the Judge assigned to the case. I have engaged and utilized the services of some of the best attorneys in Southern California for different legal matters and I have to tell you Steve was every bit their equal. Ashley, a paralegal at Wall & Wall, is a life saver. I had a court date in Carbon County to release an out of state bond I had. It was on the same day I was out of town. ***Warning: Novel Ahead!*** My husband and I met with Steven Wall because he was one of the few family/divorce attorneys in the area that offered a free consultation; we later found out that he is part of the Father's Advocates of Utah (which was most likely the ultimate deciding factor). After consulting with him about our case, we felt confident that we wanted to have him back us when we started the long journey to gain and finalize custody of my (step) daughter. This was a typical "you get what you pay for" scenario, and completely worth every cent - don't be fooled by 'Liar, Liar' and 'The Santa Clause,' custody "battles" are exactly that, and you need to be prepared for what you're getting into. They don't remedy themselves overnight if you're at the point where you're considering an attorney. Civil cases are long, grueling and drawn out processes, especially for those that are first timers and don't have any idea what to do or where to go. Steven was great to work with and provided 100% blunt and truthful advice and direction regarding our case. He called whenever something changed and didn't just send an email, when the temporary and final orders were done. If you need a family/divorce attorney that will be honest, genuine, empathetic and kind, Steven is amazing. He made sure the Commissioner and Judges were on our side before the day was out, although, there are obviously NO guarantees since every situation is different and the variables in each are many. After working with him for almost two (2) consecutive years, he's sort of like family. Whether you're unsure if you have a case or not, the effort it's going take to achieve your child(ren)'s best interests, or are a father who thinks there's no chance in hell since we're in a "Mother State," call them and set up a consultation.

ABSOLUTELY NO LOYALTY. I was young, about 20 years old. I was working for a company called TKJ-LLC. While their I was under a government code of coduct where if I suspected any abuse, maltreatment, harrasment, or assault to report it to the company. I did report it to the company, they then swept it under the rug and quietly wrongfully terminated me. after a couple months I found out that they did not fire the man who was abusing a mentally disabled man. Thats when I contacted Wall & Wall attorneys. I was recommended them through the Utah state Bar to handle this kind of case. One of the Attorneys their (the name slips since its been 4 years) had promised me that if I paid him $100.00 he would request for the paper work to prove my claim, I did have solid evidence through a private conversation with the Coworker and his girlfriend talking about the abuse, and believed that was enough and it was going to be something they could handle, and he would take my case. he then hustled me out of a $100.00 and claimed that he never said he would take my case if I gave him that, since at the time I did have solid evidence through a private conversation with the Coworker and his girlfriend talking about the abuse. that he would only get my paperwork. I could have done that myself. I was never gonna pay him to be a middle man. Despite all this it has been 4 years. and I am only writing this review because I recalled the terrible expirience I had with them. and how they hustled a young kid just trying to protect his own career and also a mentally disabled man that was being beaten. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF THESE PEOPLE. PERIOD.

Attorney Nate Wall is the guy you want fighting for you. Nate bailed me out of a bad spot. I initially went with the free attorney from a service offered by my employer. Big mistake. After getting set back so far that it seemed hopeless, Nate took over my case and got it turned around and got the leverage back.
