Updated - I was contacted by the clinic, asking me to remove my review and suggesting that I did not experience these issues. First, I will add my call records, which indicate the many times we spoke, including the fact that this was a month ago, not less. You're correct, I did send a divorce information sheet. This was sent in a blank email with an attachment. No legal questions were asked. No reply email was received. When I did call your office, I was informed that the fee was not paid until I had a consultation with an attorney. They stated I would receive a call back from an attorney "today or tomorrow". I understand you are a small business, and for that, I have to say that most successful businesses don't try to skew the information provided by their clients or potential clients. I am not saying you're a bad business. However, my experience was negative. I ask that I not receive more emails asking me to remove my experience.
I filled out all the paperwork to do a DIY divorce. I called the office to ensure it was received. I was informed that I would be contacted regarding my case, once my paperwork was processed. I called more than twice within the following 2 weeks, as I had not heard anything. I was told that the work load is high right now. It's been more than a month, and I'm still waiting to receive this call. I'm very disappointed, as your services are rated highly. I went with a competitor instead...they got me taken care of right away. Not really sure why you have an active website and advertising if you can't handle more clients.
