I got a letter in the mail from Zabriskie law firm on Sunday that said I had criminal charges filed against me and that I could contact them 24/7 to seek legal counsel. I was freaked out trying to figure out what possible charges could be filed against me so I called the number repeatedly and left messages with no reply. 24/7 is false. So Monday morning I had to call them again because still no call back and they said "oh that is just for a ticket you received" NOT even 14 days ago!!! And acted like it was no big deal. To me it was a HUGE deal that made sleeping impossible. I would never use these people, it was scary and with no way to find out any information. HORRIBLE!!!

These guys are the best DUI attorneys around. When I was first looking for a lawyer to help me with my DUI, I was quoted some absolutely ridiculous prices by several of the lawyers that I called. There was one bonehead that wanted to charge me $6500 to take my case. He said it was because he takes every case to trial. Something about that didn't sound quite right with what I had been reading online about DUIs. When I called these guys, they were able to make me feel like everything was going to be ok, and their fees were lower than a lot of the other places I had called. They told me I shouldn't pay for a trial unless my DUI actually went to trial, which made sense. Long story short, they got me out of my DUI, and I didn't have to go to trial. If you need help with a DUI, I would call these guys!

Dean Zabriskie, thank you for your concern, your sensitivity, and your compassion in the handling of my son's case. While today was certainly distressing, frustrating, and devastating, we appreciate the way you helped Brandon feel important and gave him hope. We are praying that our son can feel the guiding hand of his Savior and that he receives the help he desires. I do not believe the prosecutor's claims about the study she used. Newer studies and analyses have debunked them, and the study author even later claimed it was being used inappropriately. Newer longitudinal studies and meta-analyses do indeed show a low recidivism rate and also show return to community reduces recidivism more than incarceration. Prison is not the answer, and I appreciate you for your passionate plea to keep him from prison. Unfortunately, it appeared that there was clear bias against these types of cases from the Judge. It seemed that this was one of his first such cases and that he had purposefully delcined such cases in the past before becoming a judge. It also appeared that the was unaware of more current research data. I am heartsick that the prosecutor made such an impact on the Judge's decision. However, I am forever grateful for the fierce rebuttal you gave and the respect that the Judge had for your insights. I know you helped mitigate what could have otherwise been even more devastating. I pray that good can come out of bad and that our son can return home stronger for having gone through this experience.

There are many lawyers in Salt Lake City that just want your money; they care very little for the client. The Zabriskie Law Firm is not one of them. Mr allred from Zabriskie Law represented me for my felony case. What the cops had done to me wasn't right. I got pulled over for nothing and than the cops run their dog around my car over and over with nothing. The dog finally starts jumpin around only after the cop hits my car with his hand. It was not right what he did and my rights were totally violated! I was charged with a felony for my own gun. This post is regarding their mail advertising. I received a letter from this firm stating that I was being charged with a criminal offense along with a case number stating they could help. I received this on a Saturday on a holiday weekend when I was unable to reach them to find out what it was about. This had me worried and caused me a lot of stress until I could contact them for details because I was unaware of any charges. When I finally was able to talk to someone at their office about it, I was told that it was regarding my cat not having a rabies license but that the case was revoked the next day after filing (because I had proof)! She apologized for the letter. My cat had been caught in a trap and brought to the shelter and animal control filed charges. (He was fully vaccinated and microchipped so it was an error). This kind of advertising is totally unnecessary! Do they need clients that bad?
