These people are scum. Praying on less fortunate. They are extremely rude the moment they find out that you're a debtor, and not a plaintiff. They have no regard for common decency, and are condescending. They have no intention of working with anyone, because they know they're going to get paid either way. Of course landlords are going to like them, because they get the job done. They don't have to be so vile and rude. They seem to enjoy it.

I have worked with Poulsen and Skousen for several years, through many evictions. They are professional, well prepared and will give you solid counsel. The counsel they give you is, unfortunately, not always what you want to hear, but it is ethical and legal and it will save you money and stress. I am a property manager. Shelly and this law firm have been crucial in helping me bringing my properties back up to a standard that people would want to live in over the past years. In order to so, we've had to evict many from our park for rule violations, endangerment issues and non-payment of rent. Shelly has been knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way and has been able to professionally handle several difficult tenants. This law firm is by far the most knowledgeable and capable when dealing with mobile home law and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my properties.

I am in the middle of an eviction served to me, and although I am fully compliant working with "Shelly" the secretary has been one of the worst experiences I've experienced while working with a someone I have ever experienced. She must be very over sensitive because her domeaner is never nice. She from the first phone call has tried to talk very aggressively as in attempts to intimidate me which I don't understand since I'm a willing, compliant, and patient person myself. Shes a very rude person to simply put it! I am not sure why R. Poulson would ever choose her as a secretary and it makes me question his law firm. I can only assume and I do assume she treats everybody like this since I have only been compliant all along! Robert... why do you let her represent your firm? I'll delete this if I ever change my mind or get an apology...

Robert Poulsen listens and advises with clarity and wisdom. He is honest, upright, and fair. He puts the clients' interests first as far as is legally possible. If there is anything that infuriates him, it is that someone has taken unfair advantage of an innocent person, and he will seek reclamation. He is highly professional and I have recommended him to family and friends. (I'm not sure where those other reviews came from, but my guess is they have not worked with either of the attorneys as both are male and neither are female.... So I don't know which 'she' the reviewer would be referring to.)

Shelley at this office has to be the most rude, and unprofessional person that I have ever dealt with in my entire life. She must be related to one of the attorneys because otherwise I am sure she would have been fired by now. Good luck getting past her and through to an attorney. She is their bulldog and allowed to act in a despicable and dehumanizing manner. I have to question anyone's judgment who would keep her as an employee. 4-14-16. I posted my original review several months ago, as shown above. Sure looks like they corralled some people into writing good reviews for Shelly. It's a little odd to all of the reviews were posted all at the same time. I think most people will be able to see through that! I stand by my review. She is the most unprofessional person I have ever met.

The law office has always been very helpful in guiding us in the right direction. Shelly always responds quickly, and is quick to help with whatever is needed in a case. She is very efficient and is awesome to work with.

I called into this attorneys office to correct and error on their clients part. The lady that answer the phone was one of the most rude ignorant people I have ever spoke to. And she hung up on me before I could get things resolved. I asked to speak with the attorney or someone else so that I could get this issue resolved and said that the attorney wouldn't talk to me. Also I needed to conduct myself in a better manner. Then she hung up on me. Per reviews I have just read it sounds like this attorney needs to get a professional secretary that is able to maintain and conduct themselves professionally!

He is very knowledgable with with current legislative issues that concern our industry, particularly the Manufactured Housing issues. This law firm is staffed with amazing and intelligent people who understand the law.They have a clear understanding of the rights of landlords and residents, and with that treat everyone equally and fairly. They have made a huge and positive impact on our business. I would hesitate recommending them to anyone in need of a good law firm.
