I had 12 3rd degree felony and 1 2nd degree felony ..i hired denis pawelek and Richard Gale to take care of all my problems. After going to court for years and just getting tons of fines and being on ankle monitor for a year amd a half pawelek was able to get all my charges to go away and also got the state to let me off my ankle monitor 6 months early ..the whole time they stayed in touch with me amd also explained the whole process with me. I can’t believe how good Dennis was for me. Could not have possibly asked for more. I was charged with marijuana possession and paraphernalia. Dennis could have easily gotten me a plea in abeyance deal with one year’s probation, and it would have been a job well done. However, he went above and beyond, getting my cases dismissed without any probationary requirements. I was able to keep my license, a clean conviction record, and avoid any probation. All because Dennis listened to my concerns and worked with the court system brilliantly to give me the best possible outcome. This was extremely difficult to do with the prosecutor assigned to us, and because of that Dennis delayed until we could get a deal with a more lenient prosecutor. Because of him, the only thing I was left with was a simple fine payment, and even that was lower than I expected.
