The secretary is just aweful! "Li" is very rude. I asked for a simple thing and she said I must turn in certain documents to be able to recieve copies of the receipts for payments made. I did as told, and then she refused to keep her part of the agreement. It was such a waste of money!

Mi nombre es Luis Guerra hace 2 anos fui y hable con Lance starr yo le esplique a Lance que yo tenia una orden de deportacion y que yo ya habia aplicado para la visa U y que ya se me habia vencido y le pregunte que si davan la extension de la visa U pero el no sabia si la Daban la extension entonces me dijo que mi senora y yo nos casaramos y que yo tenia que salir a mi pais ala enbajada de mi pais cuando tuviera El perdon Lance tambien me pidio que le pagara todo el dinero antes que yo saliera a mi pais .pero yo averigue que si yo salia del pais a la enbajada de mi pais.que me Ivan a dar otros 10 anos de castigo y yo ya no iba a poder regresar a los estadoseunidos yo no le recomiendo a nadie Este abogado El no sabe de Las leyes immigration o que esta pasando con immigration.

I decided to change my 1 star review to a 4 star rating. I believe anyone can redeem themselves when given a proper chance. I initially gave a 1 star rating due to receptionist not returning calls, it was not fair to penalize the entire staff over a misunderstanding on call times and call back policies. Lance C. Starr helped my father and won a very difficult case, for that i am grateful and humbled. Many years have past and my father suffered a severe stroke, paralyzed and unable to communicate, he can't be deported. My family and I need 1 letter/document that Mr. Starr is able to get from his file, that will help us get the support we need for a disabled man...... I hope you will help us Mr. Starr. Thank you for all you have done in the past. P.s I am glad your office was able to find his case file. May you have love and light in your life.
