Our experience with Preston Handy has been nothing but Incredible. He has now handled two accident settlements for us, both of which returned large amounts. We will NEVER go anywhere else for help with car accidents and injuries. In the first accident, only my husband was present, and he had to have a simple shoulder and knee surgery. I was extremely frustrated with the poor customer service after a couple of months of dealing with insurance companies, both mine and the at fault-driver's. My three daughters and I were in a crash where our SUV was totaled by a little Ford Mustang and the Mustang was at fault. Several years ago I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in which I was "T-Boned" by a car which exited a commercial city parking lot at an estimated 60-75 mph, hitting my car broadside as I lawfully drove along a usually peaceful major downtown city street. My large vehicle rolled over four times with windshield and windows shattered and the SUV roof crushed down to the tops of the seats. The vehicle was a total loss. Preston L Handy Lead Attorney & Jill Sylvester : paralegal: On April 1st 2017 I was rear ended on my 2010 Harley Davidson Sportster, unfortunately by another Harley Davidson rider who was trashed on Whiskey & pain pills.. Both Bikes totaled out. I woke up four days later at Intermountain Hospital to find that both of my shin bones were broken, the left one broke in three places and the right one broken in thirteen places. After 11 days I was released from the hospital and sent to the Sandy physical rehab center for 52 days. October 2015 It’s that call that no Mother or Father wants to receive at 9:40 pm on a Friday night. Someone else on my child’s phone stating that they have been in an accident, one ambulance has left and the other daughter is hysterically screaming in the background thinking her twin is dead. They took into consideration, the multitude of hospital bills, ICU, two ambulance rides, Life flight, lost wages, future medical/ therapy bills.
