I feel like I did the best thing that I could have for my daughter when I hired this firm. When my daughter was six months old, she went into anemic shock and suffered diffuse brain damage. Needless to say, this was the most devastating experience of my life. My first concern was finding the best in-patient rehabilitation facility. We were so pleased with Jordan Kendall in his handling over our being clobbered! by a motorist as we traveled in our small RV. We live out of state, but accident occurred near SLC. We contacted him right away and he said he could see us that day. He told us he would handle our case. Our RV was totaled and injuries, of course, were experienced by both my husband and myself. What is so great about Jordan is how efficient and expedient he is. Friendly and easy to talk to. If we had a question by phone or email he got back to us same day. He always acknowledged our queries. Any info by phone was always confirmed with an email. Our case was handled in a timely manner and we were happy with all aspects. On Sept. 22nd 2012 my 2 year old son was run over by a car. To say this was the worst day of my life would be a major understatement. (Thank God he is going to be ok) When my son was out of the hospital and I had time to think about what came next I had several people tell me I should look for an attorney. I spoke with my health insurance company and was told even if I had an attorney any funds awarded to me would be used to pay the medical bills they had incurred. I was inclined to just help my son and let the chips fall where they may but a close friend recommended I talk to the Law firm of Eisenberg, Gilchrist & Cutt. He mentioned even if nothing ever came of hiring them I would not be out any money as my case would bill me off of a settlement in my favor. I made the phone call and was put in thouch with Eric Olson. This was one of the best pieces of advice I have ever followed. I went over the entire incident with Eric and listened as he explained my options. He was thorough and polite. I never felt my family was a settlement figure to him. He laid out a plan and let me know up front what his goals were and how he would work towards them. He was more than happy to answer any of my questions and did not hesitate to spend more time on any subject I did not grasp quickly. Eric left no stone unturned and explored options I did not even know existed. I could not have asked for a better experience from anyone. Bottom line is Eric and the firm of Eisenberg, Gilchrist & Cutt did what I thought was imposssible. They were able to reach a settlement with the insurance company that that was benefical to my family and also directly benefical to my son. All our medical bills were covered and we paid no out of pocket expenses for insurance or to the law firm. The firm were also MORE than generous with the portion of the settlement they took and because of this my son will now have his education taken care of. One thing I would like to mention for anyone who might hesitate thinking they don't want to ruin someone's life or livelihood. The person who ran over my son was truamitized severly. The emotional pain they went through was life altering. I know the accident was something they would have done anything to avoid. My goal in hiring Eisenberg, Gilchrist & Cutt was not to go after this person and ruin thier life. Eric let me know the settlement he negociated was done completely through insurance and would not affect the person who hit my son. We pay incurance companies premiums for a reason and this was a time to act on thier policy. Would I recommend Eisenberg, Gilchrist & Cutt (and specifically Eric Olson) for someone looking for an attorney? I would not hesitate to recommend them to my closest friends and family let alone anyone reading this review.

How can I even begin to say thank you!? As I write this review, I am fighting back the tears. I am not one to show emotion easily as I am a U.S. Marine having served in Operation Iraq Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
