My very first encounter with the Rainey and Rainey firm was to arrange for our aging Mother's financial well-being in her final years. One hundred percent compassion and professionalism with an emphasis on care is what we received. We were equipped to maneuver the confusing world of Medicaid, thanks to Elisa Rainey. From there, I had my Last Will, etc, created. Again, with ease and an emphasis on care. Most recently, James Rainey prepared for an LLC filing, offering trusted, knowledgeable, and needed guidance on this and how DBA's, bank accounts, and taxes played into the picture. The dynamic duo of Elisa and James Rainey have exceeded expectations and brought calm where there was once confusion. Highly recommend !
