I’m a United States Army Combat Veteran, served in Iraq in 2004 with 1st Cavalry Division. Upon my return home my PTSD has been bad, and I was constantly self-medicating with alcohol. 11 years ago, I tried to take my life one drunk evening there in Waco. 10 years ago, to the date, my attorney on the case did terrible work and I ended up getting a 10-year probation sentence for a Felony DWI which was a suicide attempt. Mr. Brandon Luce works with integrity and he also WORKS!!! I would recommend him to anyone who is willing to do the hard work themselves too. I without question highly suggest Mr. Brandon Luce as an attorney for ANY Veteran. As a Veteran myself, the way he made that important to himself and the courts truly showed his Patriotism. I had two cases and I was able to use Mr Brandon Luce and the Luce Law Firm for both cases. The young lady that answeted the phone and the whole staff was extremely polite each time i contacted their office. Mr Luce was very professional. Mr Luce always called back if I left a message or took my call immediately if he was in his office. Mr Luce would listen to my concerns and explain the options for disposition of my cases. I was looking at one year on each case and Mr Luce was able to have both cases to run concurrent and an agreed on jail time of less than 100 days to do. Mr. Luce is an extremely professional Attorney. Mr. Luce was an Attorney that believed i n me. From the beginning of my case for a serious crime of shoplifting he believed in me and fought for my innocence. He was able to get the D.A. to see the case for what it was, a simple misunderstanding. I didn’t realize that what I had done could even be considered shoplifting. I had my groceries in my shopping cart and had stepped right outside the door to pick up a plant before I checked out at HEB.
