Very high priced, services are poor in my opinion. Extremely poor communication with their client personally speaking....NOT RECOMENDED...sad really..they could do so much better. I Hope they change the way they are doing business or they will ot do well.

I was represented by David Fanning. A relatively simple divorce turned into a long nightmare thanks to some extenuating circumstances. Mr Fanning, Kennedy Jennings, and Laura Hebert were all very patient with me, kept up with the case, and made sure to communicate with me every step of the way. Definitely loved them as a legal team and if needed, would definitely use them again and would most definitely refer them to everyone I know looking for legal counsel! Thanks again!

Was going through a ridiculous custody battle with my ex husband; and also had two lawyers prior to finding David Fanning. I wish I would have found him sooner so i didn't have to deal with what I dealt with for so long because as soon as I hired David everything got done on the spot. All confusing questions i had got answered immediately. We were prepared and when the time came to go to court I felt confident and ready to go and we won. He is absolutely amazing and I couldn't have got through this without him. Up until the final days before we had a game plan he always kept in touch with me by phone and by email. I could never thank him enough for everything he has done. If your looking for a lawyer who cares and does his job to its full potential you should hire David Fanning he is the best I know by far.

Do not use..The secretary in the office lets other people outside of the office know that you are seeking a lawyer and lets your buisniess get out their...I do not Recomend this location or attorney to be used..The secretarys name was Maria...And is the only maria in the office that usually takes calls..Do not use them what so ever if you plan on winning your case....

I wish I could give 6 stars! David Fanning and his support staff are wonderful. I had just went through a difficult divorce with a sub par attorney and chose David for my child custody. He and his staff were SOOO much better than my other experience. There are good honest attorneys and David is one of them! No frivolous charges , just good honest service with a personal appeal. They made my child custody case a breeze. I definitely recommend! David will be my attorney from now on!

David Fanning is a consummate professional. He is well-versed in the law. He works hard and it shows. My divorce/child custody case was a tough one, the other plaintiff had the funds for a long and arduous fight. I started off with a lawyer, whom was highly sought. Once I was getting nowhere and the case was looming for over 2 years, I started looking for another lawyer. I was referred to David Fanning and it was a blessing. We had a meeting, he couldn't understand why we hadn't already been to court. He set a court date, debated in court, done and over, a win all-around, papers signed and could move on with my life. A few more court cases from same child custody came about, David Fanning didn't bat an eyelash to defend. Outcomes have been amazing. I would use David Fanning again and again. I refer David Fanning to anyone looking for a lawyer. You are in good hands.
