The child support division really doesn't help. I have had issues since putting my two oldest children on child support. They let him escape custody by his girlfriend at the time saying me and my daughter was in a bad accident in San Antonio when we lived right across from the courthouse in Georgetown and the Jailhouse. I didn't find out until I went to court and he didn't come. Then there was several times I showed up for court and was told we would contact me when he shows up but instead they let him go. Now that he got a Mexican wife who was living with him. They decided to get child support for her. I'm black and they didn't care. Now she gets hundreds of dollars while my mom get a hundred and I get fifty sometimes twelve or less. Attorney General isn't fair to black mothers but to other races they are. My child's father escaped custody several times. my kids meant nothing to the attorney general because they didn't care. I would be talk down to by the attorney general when I would say lock him up because he wasn't paying. He would get away with not paying. Attorney general is a jO
