I had a real estate contract for deed reviewed by Rita Edwards. All of the forms were industry standard forms. After allowing 10 minutes for an unsuccessful business entity search on the Secretary of State website, which I successfully completed in under 2 minutes, it took Rita 23.5 minutes per page to review the contract. This shows either excessive billing which I was told is not the case, or inexperience. It is unfortunate to be lead to believe you are dealing with an expert and paying for such service, only to find out that is not the case.
