I failed to file business and personal income taxes for 10 years after the startup of my LLC. When I finally got the courage to come forward and reconcile with the IRS, I contacted Stanton. He and his knowledgeable team did a superb job seamlessly reconciling my tax situation. About 40-50% was wiped clean and I paid off the remainder without any additional fees and was never approached unfavorably by the IRS. I had called to inquire about services provided by the firm. 'Deb' answered my call and attempted to assist me with my inquiry, however when I had additional questions about the information she'd provided she muted the call and left it silenced for over 30 seconds. When she came back on the line she was shocked and stated, "Oh, you're still there?". She was not very informative nor customer/client friendly. She alone has stopped me from utilizing this 'less expensive' firm.

Very bad experience. They had no experience with mediation or handling case with one person having a lawyer. Only ever said this be different if she had attorney. Wouldn't recommend to anyone at any point.
