If you are hurt in a car accident please find a different lawyer I waited a whole year to get $488 more than the insurance company offered me my total settle was basically just lost wages. Stuff happens! Stuff like being injured on the job sometimes falls into that category. If it happens that you're injured on the job and if you file a workers compensation claim, it would likely be a good thing if you got used to seeing and hearing the word "NO". With attorney Dan Pruitt working for you, it's a different story altogether. He's knowledgeable and hard working on your behalf. You'll definitely receive his personal attention to your claim. My friend of 32 yrs had a car accident and he was arrested. The airbag didn't deploy and the right side of his face was in 4 different pieces. I was told Mr Pruitt felt he didn't have the time to take my friends case,isthis came from one of his secretarys. I was told he would call me,he never did,been 2 weeks. My opinion is that he doesn't want to take the case because my friend is locked up,,,, and that's compassion!!??
