These people just try to make money out of everything! EricTrosch"s wife and his brother(son of old Trosch) have influenced the county justice department and through all kind of ways make money. They destroyed my life/ my husband life/ my children lives to make money through the local and federal budget(corruption through the local and federal officials)!!! yes just for money !! They destroy people lives just for money. up to now they have been successful but hopefully someday somebody stop the circle of TROSCH criminals.

My father and I went to Conrad, Trosch & Kemmy for his estate planning. It is a rather complicated estate with serious tax implications - their expertise was invaluable. Michael Kemmy was thorough, patient, answered all of our questions, and educated us about all options. In addition, I have gone to Eric Trosch and Andrew Rheingrover for help with several traffic tickets. They were kind and helpful, and did an amazing job. I had been a little concerned about a couple of poor reviews, but learned that they were fraudulently posted by people who were not clients of the firm - Eric's wife is a local judge and they lost a case in her courtroom. Very unfair that google keeps those reviews posted. I recommend this great homegrown Charlotte firm to all my friends!!

I know for sure they are really corrupted. For money they do everything. Through their family influence, they have got the control of some part of Mecklenburg County justice department! They even don't let anybody to contest them for their sits of the judges of the district! They indirectly steal from the taxpayers! at the expenses of destruction of (socially and financially) weak families! If somebody is looking for LIVE and SOUND evil, there you go. Go to this people office and ask for OLD Lou and Eric. Or stop by Justice department and ask for TROSCH(S)!

People don't get fooled by their own written comments! They are the most corrupted firm in NC. they have corrupted the Mecklenburg county Justice department through thier close reletives such as Conrad Trosch son, daughter in law(elizabeth) and.... If you pay them a hefty money you get through all the problems other wise NO. Money solved my husband's problems. his past prison history, his abusive life with me and ...... They have connection with a lot people too! Money corrupts people such as Cops,Judges etc.

Thoroughly disappointed. Never thought I would have to fire an attorney - but I did. Zero call backs. Cancelled appointment (after business hours) the day before said appointment due to lack of response to multiple calls on my end. Terrible experience.

Some friend of mine had told me if I want to get through my domestic problem in the Mecklenburg County, It is better to hire this firm(he said they have Two Judges on the board, so you can win anyways!) I thought to get my rights back, that could be a short cut. But, this people are so so greedy! they ask for a lot of money which I can't afford! hell with this Justice system that make us to bribe nasty attorneys to get my children custody!

Absolutely Horrible!!!!! I filed a simple joint custody for my son. My son's father hired her, She had him file a Emergency Custody. Had him and his family tell nothing but lies!!!! She states on all of her profile's that her only concern is to come to a civil decision and that the child is her only concern! No her billing is her only concern. I have sent over numerous outlines for parenting arrangements with no response. It disgusts me how anyone like her can say her concern is for the child. Do you even know my child????? Do you even know me? Keep billing his daddy, I have the truth and that is all a judge cares about. Even your colleagues say that your only concern is billing. Not one attorney I spoke with had anything good to say about Minette Trosch attorney at law. It should be Minette Trosch, thief liar and scam artist.

I recommend this law firm without reservation. They are of highest integrity. They are competent and get to the essence of the matter without wasting anyone's time. The advice I got from them helped me to resolve a frivolous lawsuit by someone who has been suing individuals and corporations for years for personal financial gain. The advice I was given was most helpful, and the attorneys did not charge exorbitant fees or try to drag the case out for their own financial gain. I’m a student who was facing eviction that I felt was unfair and wrong whereby the complex told me that they weren’t receiving my rent because they were investigating a visitor violation I had been accused of and then come end of the month, they sued me for non payment. I ran to CTK for help and Casey Couch was the attorney I dealt with she was absolutely amazing.
