I was hit when crossing the street in Providence by a driver that was not paying attention (might have been texting). The car hit my left leg and I suffered a fracture to it. This happened about 10 months ago. I went through a surgery and several months of Physical therapy. Attorney Landry just settled my case and it is fantastic. I had a fall from a wet floor that had no caution signs at CCRI in september 2013. I filed a lawsuit against the school because they were at fault for not putting up wet floor signs and a number of students could have gotten hurt. Since i have rheumatoid athritis, i sprained my right knee and had to follow up with physical therapy. To this day my right knee still gives me pain from falling on it. So in april 2015 i received my settlement, and four months later i was able to receive more money.
